Had a great shopping experience at this Target. Was passing through for concert, so decided to spend next day shopping. Target was on the list of places to go to. Target saginaw was clean and pretty well stocked. The cashier was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

Prices are comparable to other stores. Clothing selection is okay but the best part of the experience was that I was able to use the nursing station to feed my baby in a secluded space without having to leave the store. What an incredible, inclusive experience to provide for breastfeeding moms. Would recommend shopping here if you are a breastfeeding mom. I haven't seen any other store include a nursing station so this is greatly appreciated!

A little disappointed with this Starbucks location. We came to Saginaw to Airborne for my son’s 8th Birthday, we came to Target to pick out some toys and stopped at the Starbucks. As we was in line (My husband , Myself & our Son) my husband seen a light blue Stanley tumbler and asked if I wanted it, which I did (mind you I had no idea there is a craze over these) but I asked for 2 one for my son being that we were already looking for a spill proof cup. Well the person at the counter, not sure what they identify as, and I don’t want to be rude, told us it was one per group.. I’m was confused as to it’s always one per customer?! There was a lady working as well who told the person that the sign for them was for the day before, I guess the launch day… that it was ok to sell us another one, the person replied “I’m not sure so that’s what I told them”. Now, there came a group a 5 Men who came in and ordered, one of them only got this tumbler and the next one got a tumbler and a drink?!! How can you tell one “group” of people that you can only sell one per GROUP but the very next people wasn’t the case at all? So, I decided to call the store today and speak with a manager Aaron, I explained exactly this and I pretty much got brushed off, no explanation as to why their employee would do this. It makes me wonder NOW, after the fact if it has to do with race (and I’m usually not that type of person) but why else would it be allowed for a group of 5 white males and not for a family of 3. Anyways, I asked if I could maybe pay for it over the phone, as I’m over an hour away and we do not have Starbucks here, he said no. All and all, I won’t be back. Sorry for such a long post, no way to explain it unless it’s all there.

Saturday April 7th my son had his “Make A Wish” granted. He went on a shopping spree and one of the stores he wanted to go to was Target. Target was aware that my son would be in the store and that it was a special day. I didn’t expect anything from any of the stores we were visiting but all of them except Target made it known that Make A Wish would be granting a wish. We told Target when we got there and began shopping. When it came time to get stuff from the electronics area there was no one to be found, when we found the lady to help us out she was very rude and acted like we were an inconvenience and was wasting her time. She was snippy and pushy when my son was telling her what games he wanted out of the case. If you’re going to have employees working in departments that need to be helped and has to deal with people I would suggest putting an employee in that department that is capable of being nice and caring to help out. I get it, she might’ve been having a bad day or had a lot going on that day but there was 6 of us all in matching shirts, it was easy to see why we were there. Even other customers were coming up to us and telling us to have a great day and wanted to say hi to my son. So to the lady that had to help us out on Saturday shame on you for acting the way you did.

The Bay city target 🎯 closed few years ago with the recent brilliant idea 💡 of closing of the Midland Michigan Cafe my family and i would have to travel long distances to find a decent Cafe inside a Target 🎯 store. Not much seating area though but was a cozy little Cafe. One issue in colder weather the Cafe itself is located near the front of the store so when doors open to let shoppers in you feel the chill so have jacket near you.

The store manager and other staffs are very nice. Store is clean, so is the washrooms. Great place to shop for differernt stuffs.

Interesting selection of clothes there since they remodeled. If that's your style....hey alot of clearance. But usually I can find toys at good prices and other interesting things. My kids do love target for this reason. Great food section too.

All the employees are always so nice. I’ve never left target mad at an employee. Everytime I leave Walmart that happens that’s why I quit going. I’ll always choose target because I appreciate a good shopping experience.

I can not believe how clean the bathrooms are. The store itself is super clean and tidy. Staff are everywhere to help and there is lots of inventory. Impressed

I love target, how can you go wrong? You can’t. The environment, staff, the products, & sales. Also, I love how they have Starbucks in there now as well! Just makes it feel even more like home! Even if I am going in there and they are all out of it… at-least I leave with something. Lol.

Drive up pick up is a joke. They “forgot or lost” over 15+ items and no one noticed. This is now the Second time, management offers nothing for the inconvenience and calling customer service will not get you assistance as they won’t answer. Even going in I had to overly assist in them getting the rest of my order this again happened multiple times. Walmart has a much better pick up system and method of contacting customer support for immediate assistance.

Where is the experience I’ve ever received. Had a pick up item at target. Employee was rude when they came over to my vehicle and nasty. My item was literally thrown in the back of the vehicle and they just walked away. I’m sorry they didn’t like their job. I’m sorry they don’t like what they do but honestly I did not deserve this. And I would never shop at target again based on this experience, there are other places that would appreciate my business better And I would suggest other people do the same. This is the way target treats its customers we don’t need to go there.

Didn't find what I was looking for (duvet for a comforter), due to poor selection - almost everything was white or a similar light color.Also, due to most retailers committing to bare minimum staffing and self-checkout, there was no one to ask. I'm surprised Target and Walmart both want to close stores using theft as the excuse when their stores are barely staffed - everyone knows most retail theft is due to employees with self-checkout also contributing. Take a page from Costco, jeez.

Relatively clean store (the Flint store is a hot mess in comparison). I went here to buy clothes for my child who has a January birthday and recently a massive growth spurt. Not a good time to shop for clothes, since the stores are all picked over from the holidays. But why is it that stores like Target have tons of clothing for small kids and tons of clothes for adults, but hardly anything for in-between?

We shop here from time to time. We have always found what we needed here. The store is always fully stocked and full of people. The staff is always ready to help you out or just to greet you. The service is great and attentive. Their prices are very fair as well so one avoids the local trend to raise prices.

Very surprised at what I found at Target's in Midland, MI. Found a darling top in the Ladies Dept. Got lots of compliments. Great selection of clothing. Visited the Grocery Dept. to find lots of goodies. Checkout experience, fast plus cashier was very polite and helpful. Good going, Target!
