Not the most handicap, friendly location. They follow the ADA guidelines for the most part. However, there’s many areas of the store that you cannot access. For instance, if you try going down, the main clothing isles in a wheelchair, you will hit yourself in the face on both sides, because of the clothing. Pop up tables and isles not at all accessible.

Lots and lots of things here. If you love looking through stuff this is the place for you. Seems to be alot of the same things repeated. The furniture is overpriced. Rugs were nice. Clothes, not bad. But alot of the same. I did find an under armor jacket that was a super good deal. Tons of purses, some very expensive. Alot of random things. Especially health and beauty and food items. Associates arent the friendliest. Checkout was sloooooooow. Very small amount of kids clothing.

All the usuals of a TJ Maxx, my only complaint is that the woman working the dressing rooms wouldn't let me go in with my boyfriend to help him decide on some pants, and then she proceeded to make uncomfortable comments about gender identity and who should be allowed in what dressing room. Wish I would've gotten her name, but if I were a trans person shopping here I might feel unsafe and unwelcome.

Great store - a selection of name-brand items at affordable prices. It's like the step between retail and a thrift store (but without the layer of dust and grime). It's the perfect mix! The Saginaw store is always clean and is usually well-organized, even around the holidays. You won't be disappointed!

Good clothes, good prices, all good. My only hangup. Was it felt like they were making the cashiers go above and beyond with extra small talk, to the point where it was just awkward. Like, I just want to buy socks. Not tell you my life story. I would have just forgotten about it, but I could hear them doing it to everyone in line. Some people liked it, but some people just want to buy there stuff and go.

Was happy with my purchases but even happier with the excellent customer service I received from a very friendly, courteous young man named Cole. I even forgot one of my bags and he ran out to the parking lot to bring it to me. A+ for service!!

I love this store! My daughter and I always come here just to look around. They have delicious spices of all things. And we love going through their housewares department. You never know what you might find here. it's always worth a peek.

I do not think I understand this store. A lot of items seem to be one off items. I noticed a lot of damaged items for full price, such as a candle holder with big chip missing, Halloween light up table top tree decorations with missing pieces over the lights still full price, decorative coffee mug missing handle, many products I seen had defects. I glanced at clothing section without intension to purchase so I did not check prices or sizes of clothes. I did find a cheap ball cap, cheap necklace set gold plated, a book for kids, and cheap kid socks by registers area. Lots of shoppers on a Wednesday, so I may just be wrong about this store. I don't understand it's value. I may not shop here again.

You can certainly save money here. Clothing for adults and children, purses, shoes, jewelry, home decor, toys and lots of beauty products. What a joy to shop here and the employees are so sweet and helpful.

A good place to stop into as they are always refreshing their inventory of items. I can almost always find something I would purchase when shopping. Unfortunately I feel like the men's clothing selection and quality has significantly declined over the last few years. It's becoming harder and harder to find some of the major name brands that were almost always available.

Nice store but the girl that checked me out in front seemed to have had an attitude because my coupon didn't work on my phone. It literally took 3mins for her to get everything worked out. I mentioned how I was sorry but she just ignored me and when I got my bag I said "thank you for being patient with me with a little chuckle" she just said " next in line". Your employees have to check their attitudes because someone else might not be as nice as I was about it.

Went there looking for an item they carry seasonally, it's not stocked yet.In and out, no muss or fuss.Went in today for a couple after Christmas exchanges. Transactions were smooth, employees were awesome!

Some good deals, but pretty chaotic on the hooks and shelves. It is almost like items are placed wherever the person stocking feels like. Bit they are grouped with like items.My wife still loves the place.
