I gave this a 1 because 0 wasn't an option. My wife and I went there today to get a new filing cabinet, a chair and runner for my office. I needed help with the filing cabinets. They sent a guy who was rude and went out of his way to be unhelpful. There were a couple of different cabinets, in the box , with no way to see the exact color.When I asked what color they were I was simply told in a smart Alec way "brown, there both brown and brown is brown". I asked politely if he could perhaps open them up so I could at least look inside and see the color. "no I cant do that if I open these then I can not sell them". They actually expected me to buy it without even seeing it.Ironically I did see on an end cap several open ones for sale so that "I cant open it because then I cant sell it" was baloney. He was simply being lazy and Unhelpful.Rather than waste any more time we left.Places like this make Amazon attractive. I'll buy it all there.I will never go into a Staples again. Tomorrow I will be contacting their corporate to tell them about the rude staff.

Just feeling immensely grateful for the amazing staff here. The manager went out of his way to let me in a few minutes early as I was standing outside waiting for opening in an attempt to quickly get my prints order. He kindly guided me to the prints services where i efficiently got everything I needed along with some good laughs and a great start to my day. The woman working behind the counter was happy to help and both of them ensured my order was exactly what I needed with no stress involved. It felt great to get genuine help from good people.

We walked in and out the cashier never greeted us but she greeted everyone before and after us. We happened to be the only people of color. She didn't offer us help or anything. The guy at the printing counter was nice and helpful and also a tall older guy that was walking around.

Very very bad place and staff.I asked the employee to print 4 copies for me. He mixed them them with each other, moreover. He said I cannot help you.Very bad staff and place. I really do not recommend this place for anyone .

I wanted the General manager to know that every customer should be greeted and treated the same regardless of their skin color. Me and my sister came in to copy some important family documents and was not greeted when we walked in. As we were making copies every single person Caucasian person who walked in received a warm welcome and a offer for assistance.It's 2022 not 1960 get with the program before you lose money. Money is green not white or black.

Called print center to check prices for printing large poster size pics for a bday party. Was told they could do it on cheap paper and cost would be low. Then went there very close to time of Party and was told they could only do it on photo poster paper and price was more than 10 times amount I was originally told. Now, too late to come up with a different plan.

Great customer service! I was looking for a product that happened to be out of stock and was set up pretty quick to get it delivered and at the online discounted price.I filled out the customer satisfaction survey and wasn't given the option to list my associate so I decided to leave this review and say Kevin C. was great to do business with :) He offered a warranty, set me up a account and saved me some money - couldn't be more satisfied.

If I could give zero stars I would. I came in to get one thing emailed and printed and they began helping me, then stopped and helped THREE other people before finishing my order. When these other customers had an exact order. I'm furious. Avoid this place at all costs. I just wasted 40 minutes of my life I can't get back.

Terrible customer service I have been printing thing through them for the last 2 weeks for a benefit for my dad no problem the whole time till I come in today lady with a ponytail heavy set who helped me multiple times said she could not help me at all and then lied to my face and told she just started and would not help me

We went to get a new printer and the gentleman who helped was wonderful. I didn't caught his name but his salesperson number is #1550916. He was very helpful and explained all about the printers. Answering all our questions! I will always go back there
