I’ve been trying to get my dog in to this place specifically since Covid. I hear great things and would prefer to switch here, every time I’ve called which is once every few months, they’re not accepting any new dogs for grooming. Ever. Really disappointing as I have 3 small long hair dogs who get groomed frequently, and numerous people that I know that also want to bring their dog here. I’ll just continue where I’m at until I find a better one. Lost out on multiple customers.

She did such an amazing job! I adopted a 4 year old, 76 lbs, Siberian Husky a few months ago. She had never been professionally groomed before and he's quite a handful. His fur would come out all over everything and everyone at the slightest touch no matter how vigorously he was brushed. Pretty Pooch worked their magic on him and he came out looking like a new dog. He is so soft and so fluffy he feels like a stuffed animal! We can give him cuddles now without looking like we rolled in fur. Thank you so much!!The photo of him standing in the water was before. The one at home wearing a bandana was the day he came home from Pretty Pooch!Edit: New before picture - in the photo in the woods you can see the lines of his undercoat much better.

Best experience we have ever had! My dog is terrified of getting her nails trimmed and every experience has been awful elsewhere! Pretty pooch blew us away! Did her nails right in the parking lot and she didn’t bat an eye! They are so nice here and left an everlasting impression! Definitely will be back and highly recommend!

I’m very disappointed in my last visit my dog had a muzzle on and I have a tight hold of it and the girl refused to cut his nails and I’m very disappointed and pissed she has cut his nails several times if your scared of dogs you shouldn’t work for a groomer I will never be coming back and he has come to you guys for years to get his nails cut

We take our dogs there for nail trims and I have to say this is the best service ever. You don’t even have to leave your car. The gal comes right out to us and does the trims right there. She is so nice and friendly. Their price is very good as well.

Such nice people and the pull up nail trim is the best idea ever! No appointment necessary! Just pull up and call the number on the sign and they will trim carside or take your pup in. Love it!

They take walk INS for nail trimming. They come to the car to grab your pet, do the trim and bring them back to ya when they're done. Quick and convenient! Staff is so friendly! Love this place!

The girls at Pretty Pooch are awesome! Chico does not like having his nails trimmed, but these girls are so good with him that he actually doesn’t seem to mind! Chico had his first professional bath the other day and he looks like a brand new dog and is no longer shedding like he used to. Highly recommended Pretty Pooch!

Very friendly staff. I have my cats nails trimmed here, they are very fast. You can play with the puppies, they have for sale.
