Excellent help in finding the right dog food for Regan 10 years old and for Madison 11 months old. They also helped carry it to my van.Quick stop on my way back up north - it was convenient and employees very helpful!

Went there to buy fish and the saleswoman was snippy about me having a 60 gallon tank at home and wouldn’t let me buy feeder fish/30c goldfish. There are 40+ fish in that SMALL tank but she would let me get 4 with my tank size but if I was feeding them to another fish it wouldn’t matter? She was rude and short and I left with nothing. Couldn’t stand her attitude. Also watcher her pluck out two dead fish.. great look.

Tom The manager Wouldn’t give me the price that was on the product that I was getting ready to purchase when I got to the till I mentioned it to the lady she tried to charge me 19. 99 for a fish clearly said it was 9.99 7. 99or 3.99 so what did she do? She ran over there, took all the stickers off and said that you have to pay the price that’s underneath the stickers to me. This is false advertisement they will not go by the price that is on the wall that is given to everybody to see I will not come here ever again in time shouldn’t be a manager. If you can’t work out a solution his solution was that’s not the price, but the sign is wrong. Well when the sign is wrong then you have to do your job and make sure that the sign is right when somebody comes there and takes a picture and you get up to the cash register and they do not want to give you the price that is visible, there’s the problem I will mention this to everybody I know. Who is going to pay $20 for one fish when the sign says it’s only 9.99 clearly they don’t do their job and can’t be truthful and give somebody the price that is given on the wall. Sad I will never come here. I will go anywhere else but here very unprofessional to me it’s sickening.

They have lots of great pet related things! Their pet salon is top notch, especially groomer Jenny, lots of experience and does lovely jobs on all her doggies!

I got such a good deal on a 55 gallon aquarium. Very pleased. The store was clean. The workers were friendly and helpful. This sore is larger than I expected. I will definitely be coming back.

Saginaw store has a nice inventory of items we buy each month. They support the local cat adoption groups which is great. Location is great, near Barnes & Nobles. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This location always courteous & nice / however, my pet went in for dental cleaning at 9, and haven't heard a word about how it went - 4 hours later 😕. I am from Florida & will never take my pets to Pet Smart in Bradenton. There's been way too many incidents & deaths at that one.

Lil pricey but they have huge selection and it's not cheap stuff that'll fall apart or break good quality food too for reptiles n stuff ..I went to another place for frozen mice n I'm pretty sure it made my snake sick but the mice here made her happy n she's still kicking it so I'm always getting the mice here for now on and mealworms r ALways in good shape never got a bad batch yet they are never dark always big and juicy for my bearded dragon they approve

PetSmart is where I shop for everything I need for my cat. It's close, the prices are mostly fair, and the staff is always super friendly and helpful. Treats, food, toys, cleaning supplies...you name it: they have it. And if you have any questions, they have answers. Just a nice place.

Slow checkout, we normally go to a different petsmart and that one’s always clean. This one not so much. They had apparent lack of staff and there was dog pee on the floor by check out that had clearly been there a while.
