I love going to Pets Plus they always have what I need!, even things I’ve never heard of before they have it!. Also I love that every time I spend money there I get points that you can use right away or save up for $10, $20 etc. coupon that can help lower your pets food bills go down!! Love this and the store!.

I usually really enjoy this store, but lately the service just hasn’t been where I feel it should be.I made a mistake and bought 4 female guppies & added them to my tank that had 6 guppies & a betta, and because of it, my male Betta fish got extremely stressed and died within 48 hours. I decided to return the new guppies, despite feeling very guilty - but I acknowledged that this is what was best to save my remaining tank.First of all, the first man I talked to did not seem to care. I don’t need a ton of sympathy, but something other than “hmmm.” When I explained my situation would have been nice - fish are family members too, despite what anyone thinks. Losing them is hard enough. It was also hard for me to return the guppies, but it was best for my remaining tank members.Not only this, the second person who helped me, I’m assuming is the manager, had to verbally confirm & check that I brought in females. I’m sure there are people who would try and pull the wool over the eyes of the store, but why would I bring back males instead of females, considering females cost less than males??? Questioning my integrity on top of the first employee not giving a flying F & treating me like I was doing some big horrible thing by returning the guppies was really too much. It would have been nice if this could have been done over by the fish tanks or SOMETHING, not right in front of me as if I’m doing so big heinous thing.I left feeling even worse than I have the last 24 hours, considering I JUST lost my Betta last night. The employees need to understand that a little bit of sympathy goes a long way. People make mistakes - it’s not my first mistake, and it’s not my last.I used to really love the staff here but lately I’ve been just kind of turned off from going. I think I’m done buying from big box pet stores, at least regarding fish. To the staff that reads this, please understand that I’m very hurt, this is not coming from a place of wishing ill will, I just vow to myself that if it leaves a bad taste in my mouth, I will speak up for my own sake.

I have cats and a Chow Chow. This store has an Excellent selection of cat and dog supplies and always has the foods that I'm looking for. My favorite part is they have lots of deals on items that may be getting close to an expiration date or for whatever reason. Sometimes I stop in just to see what deals I can get.

I was pleasantly surprised with my visit in the first time in several years. My rewards card was still active. So no hassle needing to do another. The staff was available, friendly, and professional. The items I looked for was available, very similarly priced as grocery stores. In fact there was more variety available than my go to grocery store. The only thing I noticed was considerably priced higher was my brand of dry cat food. I couldn't say for the gazillion other brands, however. Everything else was similar or even lower priced. I'll definitely shop there more often, now.

I bought my entire Pac-Man frog setup here, they had everything I wanted. Although they didn’t have the frog itself their selection and their staff’s knowledge was incredibly helpful. They are great with returns and assisting you over the phone as well. I would recommend supporting this business.

I had a fun adventure on my last visit, a young girl pushed the front of the society finches cage in and I helped Cath finches through out the store. The girls that were working really didn't care for birds. With my vast pet store knowledge I helped them out. My Boo loves their toys and food!

I just moved to Saginaw recently and was delighted to find this store. They carry a lot of special foods. My cat is a picky eater. I love that you don't need a card to get the discounts , just a phone number. The staff is always helpful and polite no matter how busy they are. Great deals on pet supplies!

The store 99% of the time never has the Redford Salmon & Rice large 40lb bags of dog food on the shelf & 75% of the time don't even have any in-stock. I've requested on now what makes the 4th time for them to order me in a bag every 2 weeks (has failed the last 3 attempts). If in 2 weeks this time around fails I'm done as a customer.

My dogs love the specialty cookies with the frosting. They're pricey, so they get those on special occasions. There's also some braided esophagus that is gentle enough for them to have something to keep them a little busy without choking on it since they like to compete to see who can get done first.

Excellent service! My order was ready for pickup the very next day. Waited only a couple of minutes for them to bring out my order curbside. Also have a much larger selection then anywhere else locally. Will be getting all of my pet food here from now on!

I'm amazed !! This store has the greatest variety of pet accessories in my entire area. The shelves are fully stocked. There were store associates readily available to help & give expert advice. I was sooo very impressed & satisfied when I left the store. Pet Supplies Plus is my #1 go-to pet supply store from now on.

Wonderful pet store! Staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer price matching and have a free preferred customer program which emails coupons every week to you! As you can see, they allow pet shoppers ;)

First time in the Saginaw location. I was pleasantly surprised at the inventory. A nice young man walked me right to the product that I inquired about. Great service and they stocked ear mite medication unlike Petsmart where I was told to order it on line. Pet Supplies Plus is the only store for me going forward.

Much better customer service compared to the Bay City location, Management apparently is doing a much better job compared to the BC location! Also the Saginaw location is better stocked and much much cleaner!

The store was nice, the staff was unhelpful and very bothered that customers came in and interrupted their social hour. I tried to engage in light friendly chat during checkout and was ignored. Won't be back

They deliver on a discount.. once you tip its like food to your house for free.. i love it. It's always the place to go as well for mealworms for my turtle... They always keep stocked up and run sales often too. Definitely my #1 place to get pet supplies for my golden retriever and box turtle.

Absolutely love this pet store. Very kind staff, decent prices and if they don't have what you want they will if they can order it for you so you can come back to get it when it comes in. Once I wanted a chocolate pac man frog and they were able to special order one for me. Definitely not something every pet store does.

Amazing customer service!! Drove from Cadillac which is a 1 hr and 50 min road trip because it's hard to find live or frozen feeder mice for my python!! I was arriving just as they were on the last minute of their shift. However after a brief explanation of what I needed, they all stayed late just to help me out! Highly recommended and worth the trip!! I'll be making it again this summer!

Went to get a pet tag for my kitty and the gals at pet supplies plus were very helpful. I only had to pick it out and pay for it. They did everything else. Very sweet and helpful. Thank you , ladies from pet supplies plus, for being such wonderful people. Will definitely come back here again.

Such a fun place to hang out and shop, especially if you are an Animal lover! I found a variety of food supplies for my kitten that I haven't seen in other stores such as Petsmart, Target, Walmart, etc. - and my kitty appreciates the variety that he is now sampling as a result. I even found some fun treats for my African Grey that I haven't seen at other places. The staff was very courteous and helpful and the animals/birds in-house were a joy to watch. Would definitely visit on a repeat basis..
