When I was 18 years old I used to volunteer here. I’ve never seen anybody treat animals so terribly before that or since then. That’s why their rates are so cheap. They showed me how they charge extra for special shampoo and then they use Dawn dish soap on everybody anyway. They don’t care how stressed your dog is, they will keep working on it anyway. I once had to scream at them to stop because a dog got so stressed its eyeballs almost popped out of its head. They poured undiluted bleach in the floor at the end of the night while their shop cats walked through it bare pawed. One had an eye popped out of its socket. My puppy back then caught mange from the crates they keep the customers dogs in while waiting. Thank you to this store for the traumatic memories I’ll never forget from half my life ago. How is this owner not in prison by now?

We took our black lab/pointer mix there last week. He is approximately 120 pounds and they did a wonderful job!! He smells amazing. His fur feels so so soft and he just looks so fresh and clean!! They brushedhis teeth and trimmed his nails. We have been to other places and paid this much even more and were not satisfied. We would recommend and will definitely be back!!

Absolutely terrible haircut on my dog. I will never go back. The hair is all gapped up and not straight at all. My dog has been going to the groomer for years so this was not a new event. This grooming appointment was awful.

Our cats were so matted that I'm sure they had a hard time shaving them. I'm only giving 4 stars because their manes were cut unevenly and I did find 2 mats still in one of their manes. Otherwise I'd give 5 stars and if I ever need them shaved again I WILL take them back there!

Hatchet job, shearing, as described in another review accurately describes my dog's "grooming". After paying $30.00 for a 11lb dog that they had for over 3 hours I picked my dog up to find that all they did was shave him down, no guard used, his nails were not trimmed, he was not bathed, (I know his because I had to wash him when I brought him home to get the stench of the perfume that they put on him and remove the tear stains from under his eyes) Thank God they did not hurt him, that I can see! Beware peeps, this was the worst possible "grooming" rip off place I could ever imagine!! Posting pictures on my FB to spare any one else of a horrid experience from this place !

I take my dog there about four or five time a year to have here deshedded .I have found they are very friendly and do a great job on my dog,they must be kind to the dogs because my dog will walk right in with out her lease.

The worse place I could have gone.. stunk of Pee... VERY RUDE lady that works in the office.. and done a VERY poor job on a trim for my dog.. LOOKS like hatchet JOB.... my 6 year old niece might have been able to do better.one plus my dog smelled clean afterwards. that but was it.
