Giving 5 stars because I’m impressed they are still here after all these years. Haven’t been in to shop in a while, was in the area and thought I would stop in. Didn’t find anything but didn’t need anything either, just wanted to do a little browsing. Very nostalgic at Macy’s, like the Frank Sinatra music playing, nice added touch. Thank you Macy’s⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 stars because the rep at the perfume counter was beyond patient and helpful for me and my 18 year old daughter! When we purchase any perfumes it will be from Kayla.

My wife needed some new Silver jeans and we showed up late. The woman up stairs helped us find three pairs that my wife liked and also fit like a glove. An actual store that she could try them on before buying and having them immediately were great. I'm glad they are still there. Thanks, Lenny

Nice selection of name brand kids clothes. End of summer deals on summer clothes right now. Nice store. Now they have a mini Toys R Us in the kids clothing section. How great it was to see Toys R Us again!

Had to take in my new Citizens Women's Watch to have a couple of links taken out.Very happy with the jewelry department for the quality my new watch with Swarovski crystals around the bezel. Absolutely beautiful!!!Maritza was absolutely wonderful! And so was the assistant manager or manager that finished taking the links out of it.

Used to be the best place to shop for clothing for the whole family. Very little selection these days. Very sad.

Unfortunately I experienced staff that were either not trained very well or just untrainable. Hopefully just a seasonable worker who will find customer service is not their field

You can pay your Macy card bill at the store. Beautiful jewelry, clothing, purses..shoes. perfume etc..friendly staff.

I just want to say a huge thank you to the team at the perfume counter today. They helped me identify a scent I've been seeking for a year. The Chanel seems to be it and if not it's difficult to tell the difference. Thanks!!

Look this macys! I recently took my Ray Bans in there to have them tightened recently and they were so friendly and did it free of charge! Gave me a free case as well. Have had to return stuff and it was a seamless process. Highly recommend!

I give kudos to Michelle at the return desk. She was very helpful. She called Macys.com for me. I ordered a gift for a bridal shower from a bridal registry. The wedding has been called off. I should have been able to go to Macy's and return the gift. Nope, I have to box the gift back up, find a place with a printer, print a UPS label, put it on the box, go to a UPS store and wait for Macy's to get the box, before I see the credit on my credit card.

Wow, what a treat! This was like taking a time trip back to when department stores were wonderful places. High quality merchandise nicely displayed in lovely store. Absolutely incredible staff. Fair prices given the stellar quality of goods. Wow!

I had an experience with Linda in your shoe department she was absolutely Amazing I couldn't have gotten a better rep. She was ever so patient and her smile oh so Amazing. The day before I was in bought $82 of costume jewelry for mother's day forgot boxes returned to get them the sales rep was ever so rude about giving them to me. She went to far about gift boxes. She didn't believe me I offered her my card to see I really did make the purchase. She needs to be addressed I'm so sorry I didn't get her name.

I love Macy's. So I usually only shop on line but needed something quick so I checked on line for the item that I wanted, said it was in the store, went in, tried it on and bought it. Transaction took maybe 20 mins. I have found yet another way to shop. Love Macy's!!❤

I have never shopped at a Macy's. I was looking for a formal dress I'm a mother of the bride. The store was exactly what I expected. They did have an assortment of beautiful gowns reasonably priced. Just be sure to bring a friend because I had no one to do the final zip of my dress unlike the good old days

I had a terrible and embarrassing experience at Macy's yesterday. I went to buy two dresses, my card kept getting declined so I used my checkbook. The employee Simon was on the phone for 10 minutes having difficulty accepting a check because it was his first time so after I left the store not being able to pay for my dresses I realized I was using my expired card which was 100% my fault. I went back 20 minutes later since they kept the dresses on hold, I was so embarrassed prior to this I forgot Simon never gave my $25 gift card back. When I returned to the store they said they had no gift card, so I ended up never getting it back. All the worker did was write my name and number down and I still haven't heard from them. This is exactly why I prefer to online shop. The customer should always be right in situations like this. I would never make a scene, but I'm extremely upset how they handled the situation and will not be back. Since the employee recognized that I was there earlier she should have called Simon to confirm I had a gift card. They made me feel like I was stealing. I wish they could look at cameras to see it was never returned back to me.

Pretty big place so many things to choose from 2 levels there's literally something for everyone. I bought something and it didn't work out but the staff was very friendly and helpful. I'm just not a big fan of lots of people. Sorry people its not you 🙂

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to to Selina in the womens dress section at this Macy’s location! I was at the Flint Macys getting extremely bad customer service and NO help! I needed a different size in a dress that needed asap for a Christmas party two days away! I called and told Selina my situation. She took my name and phone number and found the dress for me in the right size! I was so thankful for her. I drove an hour away to this location for the dress and I was very happy I did. This store is very well put together and the customer service I received from Selina over the phone, and at the store was perfect. Thank you Selina for finding the dress, holding it for me until I arrived and then checking me out! You made my experience so great and now I have a beautiful formal dress to wear to my holiday party this weekend! Thank you!

I was surprised to find the store with a lot less merchandise than they used to have. However I did find the perfect dress for upcoming weddings! Service was great, but fewer personnel to help. So sad.
