Accused of stealing while scanning the products. Then they counted how many we scanned vs bagged and it was fine. Then accused us again and had to do another count when trying to pay. We had 4 large items.Proceeded to make fun of us.Tried calling to have a complaint against the employee. But after 20 minutes on hold for a manager gave up. Will try again another day

So after a phone call to craftsman about exchanging a reciprocating saw, which broke being it has a three year warranty and simply told to visit a Lowe’s to exchange it under their factory warranty, apparently wasn’t a thing. I’m almost an hour away Lowe’s now as I live in the country and sad I won’t be returning. Wasted trip, wasted miles, wasted gas expense !The customer service desk rejected my return stating their return policy is 90 days even on craftsman tools which have a 3 year warranty. I didn’t want to return I wanted to exchange under craftsman warranty…. And because they couldn’t get an RA number from Craftsman as they are closed today. Great so inconvenience long time FORMER customers …and fail to simply exchange a broken tool. No help!

Lowe's is worth the drive. They have the best of everything. Need delivery to almost anywhere the next day? No problem. Need the best prices? Of course. Dan in the appliance department? Awesome. Erik and Quentin, the delivery / installation guys? Awesomer.

Ordered a dishwasher at the beginning of December that was supposed to come in 12/21, didn’t arrive until 12/30, when we got it home we realized that it was dented on the front panel. Called the store and sent pictures. They were not helpful. Would not pick up the dishwasher or expedite shipping on another. Wanted to offer $50 off the current dishwasher, which was not worth having to look at a jacked up appliance for 6 years at the price. Finally just returned it and bought the same one at Home Depot with free delivery to be here in 4 days instead of the month it takes to get it from Lowe’s.

Saginaw store has no floor ppl to ask for help. Tried to buy a power tool but no help just like ho me depot. Only employees working were 3 bimbo cashiers talking to each other, not helping any one.

Ever since we ordered this back in 4/27/2022 this interior door has been nothing but a nightmare with Lowe's. By beginning of July I had no word on the status on the door and when I call customer service I was told the door had arrived in the store but needed manager to switch its status. So they call and cannot get in touch with the person that handles that. So fine they escalate the issue and I call next week to check and I GOT THE SAME FREAKING ANSWER!!! I call for a third time the next week and finally get told that it got flipped in the system and will be contacted by my contractor. You would think it is fine but NOOOOOOO. My contractor shows up to get the door and noticed the box was busted up and low and behold the door frame was shattered!!!!! What makes it worse was no call from Lowe's apologizing for the mishap or evening updating me that they are ordering a new door and offering compensation. After 2 weeks of no contact I call them and find out now I have to wait till November to get a new door!!!!! As for compensation I "might" get compensation for all of this hassle once the door is installed.Long story short I will not be using Lowe's anymore for home improvement projects and will not be shopping there anymore. Please be aware when using this Lowe's if you decided to use them for contractor work.

I felt disrespected while shopping. One of the cashier physically pushed my hand to insert my card while I was asking a question. Then after paying for everything and on my way out the store, he stopped my cart assuming I didn’t pay. He treated me as if I was going to steal. As an active military member who just came back from deployment, I and any abiding citizen shouldn’t be treated like that.

We are doing major remodels to our home. Right now, we are doing a bathroom. We bought the toilet, vanity, flooring, sink and other items in advance, as we could afford them. Our last purchase was in July 2023, which I realize is beyond the 90 day return policy. Today, we are installing the vanity and we discovered that the side splash guard is too long, even though we were assured at the time that it was the correct size. Per your policy, I cannot exchange it. Your registers allegedly will not allow you to do a refund past 90 days. I know that there is a "workaround" for this. I don't even want a refund, I just want an exchange for the correct size. I live close to a Home Depot and a Menards, but I drive from Flint to Saginaw because I like Lowe's better, or I thought I did. Your hard line on returns has lost my business.

We've purchased our precut real Christmas tree from Lowe's for the past two years. The trees aren't dry and dying like other stores with precut trees. Reasonable prices. They also cut the base down, trim and wrap. My boy's had fun picking the best one!

I ordered a new front door and storm door for my mother’s house in November, including installation. Total price, about $3000. About three months later, the subcontracted installer came to install the door. They got the interior door installed, and when they went to install the storm door, they realized that the interior door was 2 inches too small. The storm door was presumably the correct door and was 2 inches bigger. When I ordered the doors and the installation, Lowe’s made a big deal out of the “measure twice, cut once” adage. I guess that didn’t even work well enough for anybody to realize that they were ordering two doors for the same project that were two different sizes.Both the installer, and I contacted Lowe’s to inform them of the shortcoming. Presumably, the correct door was put on order. The install coordinator suggested that I call the Lowe’s installation support team, so I did, and was assured that the door was on order, and should be in in about two weeks, but they would not commit to that timeline.After hearing nothing from Lowe’s for over two weeks, I called the installation support team again and was told that the Saginaw store failed to put the door on order, so no progress has been made. I called the Saginaw store and spoke to a manager who confirmed that the door was not on order and blamed the installation support team for not telling them to put it on order.Meanwhile, no storm door, and this is presently the interior view. And I’m storing the brand new storm door in my shed.Thus far, Lowe’s has taken absolutely no ownership of the situation or exercised any adult oversight on the process. They acknowledge there is a problem, but they’re all blaming someone else in the organization. And, perhaps the worst of all, they keep telling me to call other people in their organization instead of them deconflicting things, themselves and keeping me updated. Apparently they can’t do their jobs so they want me to do it for them.29 March 2023 Update:The store failed to call me with an update on Monday, as promised by the manager I spoke to on Saturday.The IST failed to call me with an update on Tuesday, as promised by the manager I spoke to on Saturday.I called IST this morning and was assured that the door is on order, with an estimated delivery date of 15 May 2023.

We are normally HD shoppers, but Lowes has a much better selection and quality in vinyl sold core flooring. Plus 20% off for a new CC, saved $100! Can’t beat it. Staff was amazing too, had them look up quantity of tile I needed, very helpful.

Ordered online and probably within one minute I was met by a pickup up specialist who went and got my order. It was great as I am handicapped and did not have to get out of my van. I will have no problems ordering there again.

Purchased washer dryer, delivered next day steam dryer missing the y connection, hose, and feet, after they set it up I was told to call let them know parts missing. Called same day transfered to 3 different numbers getting cut off twice. After getting through was told that if I wanted feet had to go through Maytag and purchase from them. By this time I'm fumeing, I'm not buying feet that were supposed to come with, I was told the only way to make this right is to return the dryer and they will bring new one Tuesday or Wednesday. Nothing showed Thursday rolls along called, and what do I hear the oh I'm sorry we will get that expedited right away someone will call you with delivery time. 5 hours later I call them only to find out they are busy with deliveries and I won't get dryer till next Wednesday so now I will be without dryer for a total of 10 days this is if it gets here then. To top this off I was told if I purchase warranty I will receive another 100 off purchase. So I did then when I rang up no discount because it had to be an appliance not warranty. Only got 100 off instead of 200. Canceled warranty.Got response from Lowes saying sorry to hear about your troubles to speak with representative call number listed. Well I called and number for customer service went to shipping where I was told hold time is 1 hour. Of course I hung up. J.b.hunt shipping who handles delivery why talk to shipping when it should be customer service. This proves their customer service sucks.

Just paid over $500 for a brand new dryer on 2-11 date today is 2-15 I call them up bc it's not working basically got told to get bent after the associate when purchasing it told me it had a 90 day warranty only to find out through another associate over the phone that it's a 48hr warranty and that they won't make an exception " there's no way one of his associates said that"

Do not buy large major appliances from here! They do not service them or warranty them, The customer service for any of their ELECTROLUX brands is dealt with through the manufacture warranty which is orchestrated out of an inept call center in Mexico where the associates apologize off a script. The call center does not provide any help just lies and pass it on to another department. I have had a tech to my home to send and resend pictures and videos of my NON WORKING , UNREPARABLE brand new refrigerator 10 times. I have had a broken refrigerator purchased from Lowe's in July of 2023 that has never worked since it was installed, will not regulate the refrigerator temperature, the freezer has never worked nor has the ice maker, it is has been deemed UNREPAIRABLE 8 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED and to DATE TODAY 12/05/2023 I have broken refrigerator and am still trying to get them to replace it !! Buy large major appliances from an ACTUAL dealer and DO NOT BUY FRIGIDAIRE or any ELECTROLUX brand out there, from LOWES! there is a whole list of people with NON working FRIGIDAORE appliances that they refuse to warranty!

Had a great experience with Tre from Appliances. He was very knowledgeable about appliances and helped us pick out a very nice set. Unfortunately, when we called Lowe’s to finish our purchase, whoever answered in Appliances asked us to hold, failed to place me on hold, and left me forgotten about for over 30 minutes. During that time I overheard every single word from the store, which was a breach of the other customer’s privacy. My husband called from his phone and was answered immediately, but told they’d “call back” or to just come in but we live an hour and a half away. Assistant Manager said we could complete on the phone. Very frustrated with my experience on the phone. Hopefully this purchase will go through without any further issues.UPDATE: Nope. It only got worse. Delay after delay, refusal to install, unfulfilled promises and lots of wasted time, energy, and money. Don't bother shopping here for anything that you can't pick up off the shelves yourself.

Ordered a new grill and had it assembled and delivered. It arrived with no owners manual, gas line wasn't attached and not a single screw holding the control panel to the grill. I called customer service at the Saginaw MI store and got passed from department to department before being hung up on. Not once, not twice and nope, not even 3 times. The 4 time I was just put on indefinite hold. I finally called the grill manufacturer. Their customer service was fantastic and mailed me the parts that same day.Lowes might consider taking lessons from Webber in customer service. I won't spend another dime at the Saginaw Lowes!!

Great selection of outdoor and indoor plants. I really like that they mark down and reduce the prices on plants whereas other retailers simply throw everything away. I've nursed some really cool plants back to health that had been marked down. Prices on other items are pretty fair and the store is laid out nicely to find what you're looking for.

We were in there to get layout of new cabinets. We were working with Valerie, she ended up going on LOA and said someone else would be working on it and keep us informed. We have heard nothing from anyone. Everytime I call to check on it no one answers the phone. We really need to get these ordered soon. I guess we'll have to go somewhere that wants our business.

Worst customer experience I've ever had! I wanted to get a quote for siding and installation. The person came out and took a picture of my garage. They use Google to get measurements. He didn't have any samples. I have worked retail and customer service for 20 years. Not showing up with any product on a job that someone is going to spend thousands of dollars on is ridiculous. On the quote that he finally sent the contractor has to remeasure for an accurate estimate. The quote was almost 10 grand which is higher than even the highest end on what an attached 2 car garage should be. He also said that 20% off installation was added! Lol I know customer service is a thing of the past but it shouldn't be if companies are trying to stay relevant in this economy. If you are spending alot of money an accurate measurement should be taken and being able to see what the difference in products and quality should be a given!

Had what we were looking for. However, we had to wait for employees to get it from the top pallet rack with a lift, at our request. My patience grows thin waiting, especially since they were not that busy. Some employee should have taken the initiative to replace the empty stock on the floor prior to us having to request it from 16' up on the shelf. I wonder how many people just said " forget about it" and went elsewhere prior to us?
