Used to come here every now and then, but will I ever come again? Probably not after what I just experienced. Grabbed a chalkboard and some paint pens then went to check out, the cashier that was doing something and talking to another customer looked up and saw me, then went back to what she was doing before walking away while I was standing there at the area where it says to wait for an available cashier for what felt like 5 minutes or more. Ended up putting everything back and leaving (when I was walking out the cashier was back next to the register). I get that they’re busy, but at least tell the customer that’s waiting that they’d be with the customer in a minute. Luckily I already got what I was originally looking for at another store and didn’t really need the stuff I was gonna get at Joann’s

I'm quite happy to say, even though it was done a little begrudgingly, Joanns did the right thing and honored their sale price. Initially the woman just kept setting them aside, No, this isn't it, this isn't it... Then my sister, said Ohhh no, so then your sign is a lie? Then she went back, took a picture, and the sign clearly states no exclusions. The manager said it was only for acrylic. Guess what, they are acrylic, it doesn't matter if there's glitter in it or whatever they're still acrylic paint so she said just give it to her. This was a great victory 😁

I make no sew blankets and they have a good variety to choose from. I don't like that I can't use certain coupons because my material is always on sale, but they have a lot of supplies for other crafts as well. Good for wedding planning and scrapbooking as well.

I heard they made all full time employees either go part time and make less than new hires or quit. Will not give money to a company that treats hard working employees like garbage. Will bo longer have full time employees so they don't have to give benefits.

I was looking for Quilting material, for my soon to be Great Grand daughter. Found everything and so much to choose from. The store is always clean and bright, it reflects it's customers, pleasant event.

Got what I needed. The yarn selection isn’t as big as I hoped, but got colors close enough to what I wanted. Upon check out was greeted by Dan. A very lovely human. Chatted a bit and even let me be annoying and show pics of my crafts lol. Very kind and tried to help with a craft idea I had. Hopefully this store recognizes they have at least one great staff member!

Such a nice experience shopping yesterday. Loads of fabric choices. Clean, well stocked, prices posted and EXCELLENT service from every staff person.Of course, I bought twice as much as I had intended. 😃. I will be sewing up a storm!

Didn't have what we wanted, Girl at Cash Register was Nice, but she did not do well with Numbers, and IF the person in my party would of just said NO I Do Not Wish To Have your WHATEVER it is they have. Then it would of been a super easy check out. LOL

I was just in this store! I had a ton of fabric and Hope did an amazing job cutting all of it and multitasking her job. Then I saw her helping someone else in checkout with very detailed order. She was amazing! My guy that checked out my items was very nice as well. Great job guys! Thank you!

Always stocked and has plenty that other stores don’t. But what really highlights this place is the workers.Felix is extremely knowledgeable and great to talk to. He helped me find a specific pattern and knew exactly which one I was thinking of. He even cheered me on when I found it myself !! Love him. Also great at cutting fabric quickly too.Ava is also a great person! She helped us out with a mistake and made it an easy fix.Definitely seems like a nice place to work with so many kind people :) (love you Felix)

The cashier that checked me out was so nice. She greeted me when I came in the store by saying hello. And when I cashed out even gave me an extra 20%off my purchase. I was so blessed that day. Ty joanns employees...

Was looking for a certain color of yarn and was unable to find it anywhere. Usually find all the yarn I need at Walmart, but apparently they and everyone else don't carry this color anymore. So I had to buy a color that was a lot lighter than the one I needed at Joann's in Saginaw. I don't like to shop there because their yarn is very, very, expensive. Just like a candle I wanted that came in a pint jar. I got the same candle at Kroger for $6.49 and it was $25 at Joann's. I guess I didn't need it for that price. So now Kroger doesn't carry that candle anymore.

First let me say that this store is understaffed, which is likely pandemic-related. As a result, there is only 1 cashier with occasional back-up when the lines are long. Because of the staffing problem, service has suffered. You must stand in line to ask a question. You must wander up and down the aisles trying to find what you need without assistance.I have tried ordering things online, but... Even though the email says NOT to go to the store until they let you know that the item is ready, no notification is received until someone calls three days later and tells you that you have until the end of the day to pick it up or the order is cancelled. This has happened twice. (And, no, there were no Joann emails hiding in my spam filter.)I then ordered items to be shipped to me, and they arrived broken because they were inadequately packaged. I emailed the company, and 6 days later I still had not received a response. I had to then take the broken item back to the store, stand in line to get permission to return it, wander through the aisles trying to find the replacement item, and stand in line to get permission to leave.I am not impressed.

Hope the manager at this location is extremely rude to customers and her employees she didn’t help anyone ring up customers she left my cashier the amazing Sean to bounce between registers ringing customers up while she hid in the back doing nothing. She took my receipt trying to complete a return and walked off and never apologized or spoke with me directly. They also charge a $25 which she refused to waive after making me wait and not communicating with me of what was going on she left Sean to rely messages to avoid me for whatever reason when I confronted her about this she had an attitude and didn’t seem to care at all.Thank you Sean the amazing male cashier who apologized for his bosses rude behavior and I let him know I felt sorry for him being under such lack of leadership and wished him the best. This place is under staffed and lacks communication would not recommend.

All good, however, all of the Halloween items were completely picked over. It's only the 30th of September. Very Disappointed. Still a great place to shop for fabric and crafty things. Kinda bummed out.

Did curbside pickup of an online order. Order was perfect and at a great price. The girl that delivered it to my car was rather ride and didn't even ask our name just tossed the bag at the open passenger window. 🤦

Joann's ALWAYS has what Im looking for, AND MORE!!! Forget going in with a list to stick to!! Never fails....Great sales and finds. And the staff is always so kind, welcoming and helpful! Thanks you for the top notch service at this location! 👍🏽

There is a wide variety of fabrics and crafts items to choose from.the staff is helpful. But I do think they could use a little more staff on days when there are coupons. Sometimes there is a long wait in line to get fabric cut and then also when you get to the checkout

Great deals right now this late in the season. Store is kind of in a disarray. My only issue is nothing that they scanned was scanning correctly. If I hadn’t been paying attention, I would have been charged way more than I should have been.

Fun store to go to. I love how the holidays items go on sale before the holidays so you get a chance to pick up quite a bit of whatever you might want period prices are decent period inventory was nice and big. Clean store which I appreciate.

Has everything I'm looking for and you can also order online and return at store makes it easy for you to complete a project. They do need more staff I understand overhead and cost used to be in retail but you do need more staff there were times it took me 10 minutes to find a staff member to help me find something and then there were times that I never found a staff member at all and gave up looking for what I needed and went to Hobby Lobby where it's much easier it seems to find someone at times so I think they need to do some hiring or make sure they have one person in every area breaking down into different parts you know and then the bigger Parts where you have more people like your sewing your material have two people arts and crafts two people than you know your Decor make that one section and have one person sometimes there could be a long line for checkout but they bring people up quickly and get that moving but I do say that they need more people on the floor at Jo-Ann Fabrics to help.

Do not EVER order online!! I was charged for a product that I never received and its been over 2 months of back and forth. Cant get through on the phones and they answer emails maybe every 2 weeks and it doesnt even address the problem, just gives you a generic response. I would never order from them again and at this point will give my business to Michaels or Hobby Lobby!
