I absolutely love this store. Get all of your bingo, trinkets and cincession supplies here. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great prices and always has what I need in stock.

Great small town shop in a big town. I would do business with the kind folks any day of the week. They show their appreciation to have your business. Very welcoming and service was exceptional. I drove about an hour to get here and would drive do it again to give them my business.

Had a horrible experience with Hayes specialties Corporation. Called and asked if They rented a margarita machine. They said yes. I asked about the margarita mixes that go on the machine she said I could buy any nonalcoholic mix and use it in the machine. After calling them back before the rental date and asking about the ratio of mix to water she said we could only use their mixes. Well of course I’d already bought mixes from other stores so this was a little disappointing. But the big disappointment was the machine itself. It was not a margarita machine it was more like a very wet slushy machine. We followed the instructions to the letter, plugged it directly into a plug, had it in shade.. did everything that we were supposed to do. It was a warm day but there’s no excuse for how long it took to become the consistency needed to be a margarita. They told me it would be 45 minutes for it to freeze it literally took hours. We started at 1:30 PM it was not froze to the consistency for a margarita until 10 PM. Of course our guests were gone by 10 PM. When I told them that it did not work they acted like they didn’t care. When I spoke to a manager he pretty much called me a liar and said that I must’ve done something wrong and that I was not following the instructions. So pretty much they do not stand behind their product. This clearly is not a margarita machine it’s a slushy wet machine. Employees are rude and don’t care about customers!! Don’t tent from them!!!! Terrible customer service!

We rented a slush machine for our grad party. We had excellent service from ordering, picking up and returning of the machine. The machine worked GREAT. This is our fourth time using the machine from Hayes Specialties and each experience has been excellent. I will go back again.
