I have not lived in the area Saginaw for decades and I can always count on Grohams to prepare the most beautiful arrangements for my loved ones who currently live there. Living in Tennessee, I was at a disadvantage when needing to order flowers for a memorial service in Michigan.After sending emails back and forth with Grohman's Florist with questions and preferences, I was not only pleased with the results, but they exceeded my expectations.I can't thank them enough for the beautiful arrangement.

Very nice place. Staff friendly put together a Bouquet of flowers for my grandparents Cemetery Plot. The flower shop been there for years. Location is a benefit to the churches and cemeteries near by.

I had Grohman's do the flowers for my wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Everyone was super easy to communicate with and super flexible with my crazy third shift health care worker schedule and I was so over the moon and beyond happy with my flowers!!!!! I brought in swatches and inspo pics and they nailed it! I would recommend them to anyone!!!!

Our family ordered a lantern for a funeral/memorial service. When I called, the phone was answered by a very pleasant lady that was extremely helpful & kind. She checked for me to make sure the lantern we wanted to order was in stock & ready to be delivered. Upon arriving at the church, wenoticed the lantern right away. They did an absolutely beautiful job adding ribbon & card to it with names that were all very legible. Thank you to the entire staff at Grohman's for being so professional & helpful. We will use them again when needed.

On behalf of myself and siblings, I ordered a funeral bouquet from Grohman's. It was for a cousin's visitation and funeral at Holy Family on Dec. 22, 2022. I haven't lived in Saginaw in decades, but I had a vague recollection of Grohman's from other funerals.Without much notice, they put together a lovely bouquet. Another cousin sent a photo of it, which I forwarded to my siblings, and they thanked me for ordering it. No, thank Grohman's! I would definitely use them again.BTW, I do most ordering of stuff online, but I prefer to order from florists by phone. Easy experience.

Went here for a grave blanket for my dad's grave. The lady was very helpful, she took the time to make just as I wanted. She made a beautiful grave blanket for me. I highly recommend this florist she takes pride in her work.

Went in and asked for a bouquet to be put together. The girl at the counter said to choose one of the pre-made ones (that weren't fresh) or to make my own. I was hoping a florist would put it together knowing the prices and what looks good. No luck.** Edit: I've opted to voluntarily change my review rating as the owner reached out to me and apologized for my poor experience which is more than amazing. She offered to rectify the situation, however I was not looking to take advantage of the company so I'm politely declining. I appreciate the acknowledgement and courteousness of Rachel.

I ordered an arrangement for my mother for mothers day however it didn't come out as the picture so I contacted Grohmans. They were so extremely pleasant and granted me a do over. The next delivery was beautiful!! My mother was extremely happy. Thank you so much for your beautiful customer service, it was greatly appreciated.

The workers are rude. My mother & son was ignored by two different workers. She got they're attention, they looked at her and walked away. Left anyways because most of the roses were half dead. Wouldnt recommend buying here.

Have had four funerals done by Grohmans and have always been happy with their services. Love the hospitality and all around care for us during a difficult time. Slight warning, they have cats inside the building so if you are allergic I would suggest not going inside.

I usually get my flowers from a different local florist. But, lately I haven’t been happy with her. So I decided to try this place today. They did an excellent job!! The roses look absolutely perfect, the arrangement actually looked like what it did online in the picture. And it was delivered quickly too! I highly recommend this place!!

I received my flower arrangement as a Mother's Day gift. I cannot express how delighted I am with these flowers. The arrangement is beautiful. Each and every flower in it was as close to perfect as nature can make them. I have received flowers on many occaisions during my 77 years of life and can say in all those years have never gotten any others as impressive as these.

When looking for a local shop in Saginaw, I found this to be the best one, with the reviews. Local or not, they do their best! I sent flowers to my friend but she was transferred that day, just hours after ordering. This company was so nice to refund that same day. Thank you!!

The designers at Grohmans Greenhouse and Flower Shop are top notch. Whether it's for a wedding, funeral or special occasion their floral arrangements are always gorgeous. They design beautiful planters from very large to very modest. They also have a great selection of annual, perennials and vegetables. To top it all off Leah, Dave and their entire crew are super friendly and helpful. They are also extremely reliable. You will never be disappointed! They are the very best!

This florist was used by 1800Flowers.com for a birthday delivery for my mother and boy did they drop the ball. The arrangement arrived 1/3 of the size it should have been. There was additional greenery used that was not a part of the original arrangement, I’m guessing to make it appear larger. Even the representative that called to confirm the delivery was short and dismissive as if I was inconveniencing her. Being thousands of miles from your parents is tough enough and all I wanted to do was show my Mom I was thinking of her, thanks for ruining that. I wouldn’t recommend them nor 1800Flowers.com after this experience.

I am Pauline Mora but using my husband’s email as I don’t use gmail. I ordered on Grohmans website on 11/19/2020 for a funeral 11/23/2020. I paid $145.94 for a funeral basket (the 1-800-FLOWERS Heartfelt Sympathies standing basket) in MEDIUM that should be 34” H by 32” L. The photo I got at 8:12 am 11/23/2020 had THREE white roses and lots of cheap filler flowers, mainly carnations and daisys. I mentioned it in a reply and was told no it had 5 roses and it had to leave the shop right then IF I wanted to go ahead with it. Like I would say no with the funeral starting in less than 3 hours? Who uses FIVE? It’s not even a half dozen? If they did or couldn’t get more white flowers in time for the order, they had 4 DAYS to let me know. The order was confirmed via phone call to me on 11/19/2020. I have never had a problem with Grohmans over the years till now. This basket was sad and EMBARRASSING! More GREEN with cheap palm fronds sticking out everywhere. The supposed bow looked like a drunk made it! Very sparse flowers, not symmetrical at all. It had 8 Lilly buds, with only 2 partially opened. After watching mass on FB, I called to express my utter disappointment. All I received was a woman arguing with me that she ran out to the van before it left and it had 5 roses in it. For $145?? I am by no way cheap but I think the person who made this basket has no idea how to arrange flowers in a way as to not have it look sparse. Perhaps it’s my fault for not asking how many roses would be in it and lily’s. I won’t make this mistake again. Can you believe she told me if I was unhappy she could GO GET THE BASKET??? I replied -From the Cementary??? Are you kidding me? Who speaks to repeat customers like that? Especially those in MOURNING!!! Absolutely disgusting treatment of a paying customer. I wish I could post the pictures for the public to see before ordering from Grohmans. Complete FAIL! Look at the basket on 800-FLOWERS. IT IS NOT WHAT I GOT AT ALL.UPDATE: Grohmans response is I misunderstood being asked, IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT, DO YOU WANT IS TO GO PICK IT UP? No, I clearly understood! THAT US WHAT WAS SAID. See? More arguing from Grohmans first, then insult I misunderstood with closing we are sorry for your loss.
