The staff is very nice. The furniture and home decor are extremely reasonable. Wonderful prices on bedding, decorative pillows, glassware, dishes, lamps. Books are a bit pricey.Sometimes the clothes seem a bit expensive but ... you still can't buy coats, sweaters, men's sport coats and trousers, etc ... for the money. And and the toys, games, and holiday decorations are plentiful! Not to mention ...you have 7 days to return items that don't fit or just don't work out.

Big store. Lots of variety. Seems like they have gotten a little pricey for 2nd hand thrift store. I have found new clothing items cheaper at kohls, on the clearance racks.

The Saginaw Goodwill was busy today. I went to the games and toys area. I found 12 games to take with me. They were clean and complete. A couple were in new/mint condition. The others were in good to very good condition. No game was priced more than $3.99. It was certainly worth the trip up from Clio. I will be back soon.

Prices have gotten way too high for a thrift store where most things have been donated. Shame on you Goodwill! Many items are priced higher than the original store price. No longer a regular customer. Sad when the thrift store is too expensive.

You can occasionally find a decent buy here. It's become a rarity for me though, and I've stopped coming here like I used to. Prices are beyond ridiculous. However if you are looking to buy USED, OPEN dollar tree products for double the price, this is the store for you!

We were recently doing a job at the New Senior Center around the block. We came from Flint and they required pants to work during the weekday. Well rather than going home we stopped at this Goodwill and picked up pants. We also found some Very good buys, hats, a belt, and a Detroit Tiger Button up Official Issue! I look forward to coming back to see what else I might find. No shame in buying something that was Loved once before, Thank You Goodwill industries!!

A blonde, female employee was following my sister and I around the store, loudly complaining and cussing about how people put stuff in the wrong place or dropped things, and she was just being very passive aggressive, making snide remarks towards us. We had nothing do with the mess (it was there before we even got there) and yet she was essentially blaming us for it. 0/10 customer service.

Although pricing might be high on some items, they offer sales on color of week. Most other Goodwill on westside of our state discontinued this offer. Discount for Seniors on Wednesday is another way to save $. Store is clean and well organized. ******Update 19/2022. No longer color of week. Only those senior citizens signed up can receive discount on Wednesdays. Halloween items..no discount...:(

This place is nice but we saw a old lady yelling at children and starting at us? Now that is scary and if that's not scary enough she was tallking loudly through the store and was probly there for 2 to 3 hours being rude to people it's just not safe not a place for kids nor anyone! But it's up to u if u want to go then go but if you don't I agree

Getting crazy with their prices, would not accept Christmas tree cause it is not Christmas time. I like buying holiday stuff all year round. If you are going to get picky on what you accept, like Salvation Army, then don’t complain when no one donates anymore!

I'm a long time customer. I adore upcycling and saving money. On Thursday I was shopping with my youngest daughter. We stood in line and saw a wonderful customer service episode between Joy and another customer. It was truly joyful to watch! Now it was my turn. Hello! No response. I tried various ways of engaging Joy but it seemed that the joy was taken out of Joy. I think Joy needs to be schooled in the art of customer service. Smile no matter who comes through your line. It's your job. My daughter commented, 'Wow, that was rude!'. Discrimination goes both ways.

I wear your granddad's clothes, I look incredible, I get my look from the goodwill up the road. Lol. This Goodwill is very clean and very well lit. The staff is friendly bathroom is always clean and masks are required. It is a very big store and literally have hundreds of items Grown folks 2 kids. Plus all kinds of little Trinkets and glassware. Have fun shopping see you there.

Employees are nice but management is terrible, Charging $35 for toys that were donated that didnt sell on clearance for $20 at the original store. So goodwill charges 35 for it, absolutely clueless people running this goodwill these days

Last week one of the employees must've rang in one of the items I purchased with the wrong tag color, and when I tried to return the item not only did they tell me I was completely wrong, "its on a different receipt," but they also laughed about it afterwards and was very dismissive. Horrible service. will be calling corporate for my money back. Thanks for ruining my day.

They have good items, but a member of the staff misgendered me. I was there with my long term boyfriend and dressed clearly in men's clothing, not wearing makeup, etc...My boyfriend came in to help me try something on, since it can be difficult with a binder sometimes and a member of the staff rudely stated that men and women shouldn't be in a changing room together after we were already in there and I was half undressed. Your staff needs to go through sensitivity training .Not only is this offensive in the sense of misgendering someone, but you assume that a man and woman will automatically do sexual things in a changing room. Not everyone is straight and most people know better than to do things like that in public. I probably won't be coming back in until this is fixed and I intend to tell everyone I know who shops there about this.

In a tornado warning the employees made me leave the bathroom, the safest part of the building, to stand in the back of an open wearhouse, or leave. We should be able to use our best judgment in dangerous situations.
