My fave Family Dollar in Saginaw. It’s one of the newer ones. Clean has a large variety. Workers are always helpful and items are affordable. You can get everything you need from there.

The manage Kelly Lambert did not let me use a coupon that I got in the mail for $5.00 dollars. When I returned everything I bought she said, "Its only $5.00 dollars" why you want to return the items. If its only $5.00 dollars then why wasn't my coupon honored. I would think a manager would not act this way but the customer service I received was very unprofessional.

Great Mrs Kelly and her staff are very professional and courteous love the stores new look and coolers it's always stocked and I never have a problem finding things in the store we go there alot at least four or five times a week I forget alot but thanks to the staff I have some help and would really recommend as long as they keep the red bull stocked up 😉😉

Very friendly and they definitely have alot of items in stock, which is nice. Not only did they have alot of stuff in stock but they had it out and available not just a bunch of stuff in boxes everywhere.

Not impressed to walk in and see an employee with a swastika tattoo in full view on his arm. I think I may start making my stops at Dollar General. I called and spoke to an assistant manager about it not being appropriate to show it at work but she said the company obviously knows and doesn't have a problem with it. That's ridiculous!

Cashiers were on there job. The Greeter was was friendly. Your store was neat and clean. Commending the employees on the cleanliness of the parking area.

Never would go in there again I had came to get some paper plates and was asking for boxes the manager said all I could get was two boxes which wasn’t a problem but she said the next time my friend and I come in there we have to leave our bags upfront seem racist or thought we were kids no respect and will not come back

I understand they were doing a upgrade, moving shelves putting stuff on shelves, but they could be doing this at night time because I couldn't find anything I went there for because it was too crowded!

The store employees are to wear masks and they all dont...if the customer is to wear one so should the employees...temployees...there handling my items. Hope this changing or I will stop going to family dollar

This is a community store where you know the workers. They are friendly and professional. Store is convenient and prices are good. Usually purchase cleaning supplies and snacks.
