I like that the floors are cement! I like the location. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because they are under staffed. I've noticed that the shift supervisor works the floor and the register and there's only one other cashier. This causes delayed check out. I recommend 3-4 employees per shift. 2 run the registers and 2 restock the floor. ❤😁

Visit family dollar 4 to 5 times a week. A few of the workers there are great. But it's always a mess. Always stick sitting around everywhere. Stuff is just everywhere. But hey they have what I need at a fair price so I'll keep shopping here.

The store on Bay Road the Family Dollar really really needs a good manager to go in there and straighten out that store it is a total total mass is very unorganized there's stuff all over the floors very very bad store need a manager in there right away that can clean that store up. Somebody needs to take time and go look in that store I think the branch manager should go check that store out

It was horrible I've never stole a thing from there ever and I opened a coloring book that still had the UPC code on it so I could look at the designs I had no intentions of stealing it I had it in my hand as I was walking up to the counter and while I'm in line she asks for her merchandise back like I had in my purse or something really made me feel horrible I still purchased it but I'm never coming back her name was Stephanie and apparently she is the manager but yeah that was super uncalled for
