I was in this store on my lunch break and the nice gentleman checking out the customers at the register had a MINOR error with a UPC code, not his fault. The manager on duty not only raised her voice but began belittling him in front of everyone! She was not giving any constructive criticism or suggestions as to how to correct the situation at hand. I felt terrible for him as he was only trying to do his job. He kept his cool the whole time and never showed any anger or embarrassment for being treated so poorly by this miserable person. She should not be in a managerial roll. I hope the man behind the counter knows he is appreciated.

I really don't like how on a rainy day after I had only been in the store for 2 seconds the guy instructed me to take my hood off like I'm some kind of thug before I could even shake the rain off me. Just to be treated like the cashier had better things to do when I got checked out. Plus, I'm pretty sure the guy that asked me to take my hood off kept watching me like I was going to take something from them. This isn't the first time I've been treated like this in this place, but I know it's the last. I'm done with you guys. ✌🏾

Terrible customer service. I walked up to the first register and the employee Emerett left and came back after some time. He was ignoring me so I asked if he could ring out my items and he responded with an attitude. He handed me my bag from behind the counter, tried to start an argument and left the register.

Manager Curtis physically threatened me the other day. Got in my face, with his finger a quarter inch from my glasses, screaming at me so close and so loud that his saliva was ending up on my face. And definitely loud enough that every customer in the store could hear him, incredibly unprofessional. I will be pressing criminal charges, the police explained to me everything I need to do to file a police report and get the ball rolling on that. Going to go down to the police station and file a formal report as soon as the precinct opens on Monday.The crew told me before the police arrived that they were literally planning on lying to the cops. Everything I've said is true, on God.Doesn't matter what the customer is doing, its absolutely illegal for a store manager to physically threaten a customer. And it all happened on camera.The store manager Jess has told me she wishes she could fire him, because he has such a terrible attitude. She said he is the reason they can't keep new hires. She says that she thinks the regional managers are pulling strings to make sure Curtis doesn't get fired.Former store manager Wes also really wished he could get rid of Curtis.Avoid this store at all costs.

Always friendly staff, busy location doesn’t give them much time to stock and ring up. Only thing I can say negative is if you call them if automatically gives you a busy signal. Don’t know if it is really because they are on the phine or just off the hook. Its fine just forces you to go to the store to see if they carry what you want, which they usually have some brand of what you want if not the actual brand.

Walked up to the store yesterday, middle of the day, and saw a tall black employee ANGRILY yelling at the Pepsi delivery guy outside the store. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

I am amazed at the reviews on this store. I have been to hundreds of stores in my life, and I have never ever seen such a disgusting place. The entrance I had to walk over something sticking and dirty, the inside of store is a mess. Floors are nasty to put mildly. The dirtiest floors I have ever seen in a store. I would be ashamed to even work there. Or how about this, if you work there mop the floor. Boxes in the freezer are empty due to lazy staff obviously. This is the problem with business's staying in business in Saginaw. Cant find any decent help. I will never enter this store again.

Hands down the filthiest of all the family Dollar locations in Saginaw. Several aisles had merchandise spilled all over the floors making it impossible to push a cart down. It's like a yard sale in there, every day. Management needs to prioritize the cleanliness of the store instead of worrying about labor costs.

Almost always has what I need and is in a convenient location near the highway. The staff is very friendly and happy. This is my preferred location even if other stores are closer to home.

This dollar store has alot of seperate items in smaller amounts to offer at dollar prices several items great selections although its not property put away causing trip hazards for elderly and staff was carrying on a conversation re: a customer whom tried stealing day prior...overall 3 star

This store is extremely unorganized and messy. The staff was heard talking about one another. The isles are way to small. I can say the prices are affordable.
