The app is horrible!!!! The customer service is even worse!!! I don’t recommend using the app for anything

Not impressed with store cleanliness, on the floor and dust on certain products throughout the store. Customer service staff need to look you in the eye or at least the face when they're talking to us, especially if US customers have a question about if they are ever going to have a certain product in stock. Saying a simple genuine Hi/Hello or Hey and an acknowledgement when I myself say Thank you and have a great day or Blessed day 😊 ☺ Common courtesy please and thank you in advance.

Employees here just don't seem to want my money. Tonight was the second time I left my items at the checkout counter and left the store. This location is walking distance for me but I'll drive 4 miles to walmart in the morning. I know this store is a dive but maybe hiring people that care just might make a difference in the appearance of the store. Something local ruined again. Stores should be proud that people want to spend their money local. Too bad this isn't one of those places.

Store is dirty, unkept. Usually only one cashier working with lines 6-7 deep every time I go in there. I'd be satisfied if they'd just clean the floors once in a while.

Only one staff there that's really nice nd generous and speak everytime I come in and is very helpful and hardworking the cashier Tremar ...the rest of the staff is rude not helpful ....don't like the store manager either she's very lazy and rude everytime I come in she always have that one cashier running around doin this and that instead of doin it her self

I havent been to family dollar in quite a while, just to a store next to it. The store in carrollton is so dirty so I tend to stay away from family dollars
