The aisle are always crowded with merchandise in boxes. There's always two people at the registere.. One working and the other one on their phone. Time to get a real manager up in there. To get this place looking organize. 2/21/2023 This is my neighborhood store . I went there last week and an aisle has been closed. Went there today and the same aisle was close. The floors look filthy. It's starting to look like before. A mess ! Who ever is managing on Washington Street. Needs to manage this store.

Wow. I don't even know where to start with this place. I guess I'll go with the thing that is most striking to ME personally. Upon entering, this stores interior is extremely dark/dim. Once your eyes adjust to the shadowy atmosphere, you are taken aback by the MESS that is strewn about this entire store. On a GOOD day, the shelving is MAYBE 65% stocked. Mind you, this is NOT for lack of goods; as you will be skirting and tripping over boxes of the merchandise that the shelves are without-for your entire visit. If you need something you don't see in stock; and visit the front of the store in order to inquire about; you will have to patiently wait for whichever "employees " scheduled for that day, to finish conversing with one another. Only to be snubbed and eye rolled at. The answer as to the availability and/or location of what you are in need of always seems to be: "We out. More might be coming on tha next truck." Before returning their engaging conversation. This exchange is made all the more frustrating because you can SEE an entire carton on the floor in the middle in the aisle OF THE GOODS YOU ASKED ABOUT!In short, this store is in a state of constant disarray, severely lacking in items and staffed with a bunch of slackers. You're better off going the extra 1/8 of a mile further up Bay rd to the Family Dollar.

Wouldn't even be giving a star at all. 3rd time I have been to the store found a item that scanned a price get to check out and I'm told I can't sell you this. Back in February found paper towels on clearance 15 packs manager took them said I can't sell them that low. Husband went back in about 20 later parked car across the street the same manager was loading them In her car, called corporate office still waiting for a call back. Store is always dirty

3/30/20 went into store. 111 on Bay St. Your cashier told myself and other customers she was sick with a upper respiratory infection. What the hell is wrong here????? Get her out of that store NOW! I refused my receipt and change! Make her go HOME!! And explain common sense to her Please.

This establishment is a joke it's 9:30 I'm standing here with a parking lot full of customers are standing at the door knocking well two associates stand there and look at us well shaking their head. I called the store to be told they closed at 9:30 because he had to clean the store... I guarantee you this store just lost six customers they'll never get back

The cashiers and workers were pleasantly nice and helpful to me, by asking if I needed any help finding anything. I love to shop at Dollar General stores because of all the digital coupons available to customers. If you haven't signed up for their digital coupons on the DG website yet, then what are you waiting for PPL? Lol😂😂 hurry because you're missing out and you'll THANK me later..May God BLESS😇🙏

When they first opened it was so nice and clean. But the last mo th it's just as bad as walking into family dollar on bay rd. Boxs blocking the isles. The workers have said the manager of this place used to manage family dollar and came and got them to work here, well apparently that is the problem. And if you go into family dollar now its clean.

Went to dollar general on bay and weiss the workers were rude and when i went to check out the one girl walked up and said u dont have to have an attitude dang all i asked was if they had anymore of the laundry soap i was looking for so my wife and i just walked out of the store .will never shop their again wish i could give negative stars
