UPDATED - the pharmacy employee who worked today 11/22/23 is the WORST employee ever. He needs to be fired and currently in process of filing a grievance against this location. Don't send your medication to this location. They will not show any accountability or respect to the patients, this person talked over me, didn't verify any of my HIPAA information before discussing my prescription information, and hung up on me when I asked him to provide his name, denied me access to speaking to any other pharmacy employee on staff, told me I can wait on the line until I'm tired before he helped me. All due to their system errors, my medication was not available to pick up and couldn't be filled by the Midland location due to the Saginaw location having it filled. The employee offered no apologies for the inconvenience and didn't explain there were system issues, but instead chose to blame me and my husband for the medication not being available to fill when in fact it was a system issue per the Midland CVS. Literally the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with a Healthcare worker and this location is garbage.Prescriptions were filled at this pharmacy, then were transferred to another location without me being notified and without me requesting it. Having us run around for medications for no reason is ridiculous.

Horrible place any time I try to call or get ahold of anyone no one answers and then the guy behind the counter is always rude and has a demeanor that you aren’t worth his time I’m getting rid of CVS just because of this location

The pharmacist I spoke with yesterday was SO compassionate, patient, and helpful. My mother had a medical emergency while visiting from another state and my brother and I both called CVS more than once, as we were trying to get a prescription transferred from the store in another state. I wish I had asked for the pharmacist's name so I could give her a personal shout-out. Many, many thanks.

Location holds hours that are not conducive of a real pharmacy. Place has greasy finger prints on the walls. And you have to go all the way through Target to get to it.

Worst pharmacy ever! There has not been one time I haven’t had an issue here! Pharmacist never show up or never answer phone. Give you wrong medication or change it without asking you! Never had a good experience here in years but was the only place my work would allow scripts to be filled! Absolute nightmare! Corporate needs to address this issue immediately!

Normally I have good service but today on a Friday evening they have one person, the pharmacist I assume. He I backed up with customers and now I'm told I will have to wait 1.5 hours for my prescription. Hard to forget this day.

Update: they hired a new pharmacist and he’s even worse. They put away my prescription after only 2 days of it being filled (which took him 10 minutes to figure out). I’d rather drive out to midland for another cvs than come here again, I’ve never once had a good experience here.The pharmacist here is a joke. He literally stands around and doesn’t do his job. Any other location, my script is ready in 30 minutes- 1 hour from when it’s called in. My last prescription I waited 2 days to come get it after it was called in and he goes oh it hasn’t been filled yet and then took him 20 minutes to count out 30 pills.

Absolutely garbage pharmacy, the manager here knows nothing how to process meds and always has to call someone else. This time someone else named Deborah, was on speaker phone and started complaining about patients out loud. We will be moving pharmacies and avoiding places like this where they don't treat customer/patients with respect.

I have never had a problem with any of my prescriptions here and everyone I have met has been very kind and helpful. Today I called to refill a prescription and Deborah was so incredibly kind and caring. She brightened my day :)

Complete lack of humanity from the pharmacist, who is also the manager. Don’t ask questions or have insurance that requires a 90 supply for coverage, or you will be put on his “do not fill list”.

A bunch of incompetent lunatics. They don't even know what they are talking about. Always gives wrong prescription and the wrong price and almost scammed me for 600 dollars. They even changed the dosage of my prescription without consulting with my doctor. That is illegal!

For the second month in a row, there’s been some sort of mistake/oversight with my prescription. This month and last month, after my doctor called in my prescription, I’ve had to go in to the pharmacy myself and remind them I need my medication. Both times, they’ve seemed confused when I tell them I’m waiting a prescription. This month, they never filled my script, so I went in to ask about it. I ended up getting sent home with a medication I didn’t need that my doctor had prescribed me months earlier, but I didn’t find out until I opened the bag when I got home and the pharmacy was already closed. My window to get my medication closed that night at midnight, I had to go have all my labs done over again and have my doctor resend the script. Again, I had to go in and remind them I had a script due, and AGAIN, there was some sort of confusion. I was told to wait for about a half hour, then told they didn’t have the medication (that they were supposed to have for me 6 days ago) in stock. I’ve now gone 3 days without a medicine I’m supposed to take everyday.

They are usually really helpful. never had an issue before , yesterday and today the pharmacist was rude and quite obnoxious to my dr.s office as well. She voided my perscription. Shouldn’t have had to drive an extra 25 miles to another cvs location.

Let me tell you that the pharmacists are slow and will turn you away. They do the minimal work. The assistants are better workers. I was turned away and not given a flu shot when they had 1 hour before closing time! The guy pharmacist said they were too busy! I went to Sam’s Club, which closed in 40 minutes and they gave me my flu shot even though they were busy! CVS inside Target in Saginaw has the laziest pharmacists! I will be switching my scripts to Sam’s Club! Someone needs to check on their work habits!

If i had the option it would be no stars. Everytime i have a prescription sent to them there is an issue. Then if they do not have it in stock they will not inform you in anyway you will find out when you go to pick it up. After being told it will be ready the next morning. Not only do they not inform you they make no action steps to get it ordered you have to be the one to ask them if they can order it. Then they give you the excuse that is is Very Expensive when asked a cost I was told $12.00. Customer service is non-existent and every single visit I am advised by the pharmacist to go through a rite aid or meijers. Seems as though they are not even invested in CVS.

Ever since Emily left this location, this place has went downhill. Today I came to fill my prescriptions, the same ones that I fill monthly here and have for the last 3 years. I was told by the “fill in pharmacist” that he didn’t have the key to the safe and couldn’t fill them. Then he wouldn’t even take my scripts and scan them in. He said it would be too much of an inconvenience. I won’t be coming here again.

This the worst CVS I have ever used. So slow, urgent care sent order at 730 AM it was not ready until 2pm and that was with me calling 3 times and being on hold long periods of time. Use Meijer or Walmart. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

His location is not open on Sundays, and does not have a convenient drive through. Also, you have to walk through the Target store to get to it. Just not convenient
