Store would be great if they stop having people pester you and harass you trying to get you to sign of for stuff and it’s just ridiculous. They have one at the front as soon as you walk in then another one in the back by the guns. I drive a hour to come shop here quite frequently and I think from now on I’ll be driving 2 hours and just go to the bass pro in Auburn Hills. Atleast they don’t crowd you trying to get you to sign up for stupid stuff all the time. I’ve even told him many many many times I’m not interested in some “trip at a good deal” still he wouldn’t leave me alone til I said “I don’t like Democrats”

A smaller Cabela's than the store in Dundee but clean and well stocked. Proportionally more home decor, apparel, and stuff like that. Lots of fishing items. Interesting mounts and photos. Some larger outdoor items available too (kayaks, etc)

The sales staff wasn't very attentive, I had to go out of my way to get assistance from two associates standing in front of me. However, once we started talking the lady was extremely helpful, offering to carry the two binoculars I was looking at outside so I could compare them at distant objects. That's going above and beyond- especially in 35° weather!

Carter was outstanding! This was my 3rd store for something specific. He was informative very clear and made this purchase painless. I was intimidated by the other stores I went to - not Cabela's I will be back because of him

What more can ua say acceptthat they literally have everything. My last visit was mainly in the fishing section. Needed a few new rods and reels. The guys behing the counter were absolutely great. I had quite a few questions and they had the answers amd dis not rush me. I totaly recomend.

Best Santa in town at this location! We took the dogs to get pictures with Santa and they were down a elf but they still had the Christmas spirit going! Best part is you can schedule an appointment as well. Thank you guys for always having the most friendly people here

Never been more disappointed in a store/ company. Every time we decide to go to Cabela’s in Saginaw they are out of or don’t carry what we are after. Check online and it’s “in stock “. Call the store “ yep we have that”. Drive there and they never have it. Try to order online and they don’t carry what you need. They used to be a lot better when they had competition. When Bass Pro was a separate company.

Cabela’s speaks for itself, huge selections of outdoor equipment. They have everything you need for a day out on the boat or fishing on the river. They have a fishing, hunting, camping and archery department and a good selection of clothing both for hunting as well as daily wear.

Terrible service! Tried to purchase a firearm and denied me for being honest about a 4th degree misdemeanor. Made four different trips and did what they asked. Everytime I went there to remedy the issue and told me something different everytime and wasted hours of my time. I don't recommend doing business with them. I am legal to own and their bad policies made them lose a sale and a customer.

Didn't get the help I needed in the food plot section. The person working that day told me to look for what I needed at a different store all the while what I wanted the store had even though it wasn't on the shelf. He never took the time to check to see if it was in the back room. I did call the store and customer service checked and said yes they had four bags and what I wanted so I came back the next day and got them thanks to customer service.

Purchased a rifle back in March but the guys behind the gun counter decided it was "too short" to legally be sold in Michigan. The length requirement is greater than 26 inches, the Mini-14 Tactical is greater than 28 inches in it's shortest configuration. The employees couldn't even tell me which states the firearm was legal to purchase in. They returned my rifle to the US Military(apparently not legal for civilians) and told me to expect my refund in 7-11 days.I purchased the exact same rifle from another Outdoor Store in Michigan a few days later and received it with no issue. Crazy, right?The crazy part is this whole situation could have been avoided if they didn't sell me a gun that thay believed was illegal to sell. State laws and regulations should be interpreted at the corporate level, not at the minimum wage level, where apparently their employees don't know how to operate a ruler.

I like to go shopping here. Customer service not so much. HOWEVER Kimberly at the Saginaw location was GREAT! she told and showed me everything I needed to know! When above and beyond and sold me on the boots I came for and an additional pair! She was great

No live fish for viewing like other stores. Gander closed again. So I go here. Just purchased a new gun today from them. Firearm staff was professional. I will return to purchase what I need.I'm not a fan of the 3 guys standing around waiting to pressure you into a time share vacation, ever time I'm at the store. They call it a flash sale.. tell me how it's a flash sale, ever week.I buy a new gun and new scope. $1400. I came back to have the scope mounted and they didn't have time to put it on for me with 4 hours before closing. How can you not have time to my scope on for me.
