This owner is not right. That poor woman is over worked and should be compensated for her work. A saginaw policeman and paramedic were also in line and agreed she is over worked EVERY day. She was doing lottery running literally running, two cash registers getting doughnuts and taking a pizza out all at once. This is poor ownership. Where is he helping her? I understand people don't want to work and I said aloud she needs a raise doing 3 people's jobs at once. Shame on him for not contributing nor compensating her. I wish I got her name 1015 am Sunday morning. A True owner with decency would be there helping. Apparently being a cashier is beneath him. The policeman said she RUNS like that everyday. What a shame I wish i had lots of money because I would have gave her 100 just because. I won't do business there ever again because thos owner clearly doesn't care about his workers. How many others feel the same way? Of course there are long lines when it's just her. She should make 50 to 70 thousand a year doing 3 people's jobs. How disappointing..

I was attempting to buy combos that were on sale, 2 for $5. They did not ring up at the advertised price. The owner was present and proceeded to argue with me, stating how he didn’t have to give them to me for that price, I was a bad customer and he didn’t want me in his store. I was pleasant with him during in interaction and only wanted the items for the posted price. He accused me of just trying to get items for free. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received in a store.

I am not sure why the hired the one guy back...the one that went viral about letting the lady with her baby in. His customer service is trash. I avoid the store when he is working. He just rude for no reason 711 will hire ANYBODY. I get that times have changed ....it makes you question management. The turnover rate is TERRIBLE.

They lock the doors often never open when I go to it idk why they are 24/7 when they clearly aren’t. Even when they clean it still looks gross maybe get some better people working or a better manager?? I would rather go across town the service isn’t good either a lot of the men that work there are very rude don’t like the vibe the older men always have an attitude you’re better off going somewhere else this has happened to me multiple times

I stopped in this morning (5:15am) like I have done for the last 3-4 years there is a now, normally I have great service even with the new employee's, but this particular morning I wanted to redeem some points on a single item. I approached the counter to redeem my item I said to the young lady I wanted to redeem this item as she was ringing the item up, she scanned my item which came up to the full price. I told her there must be a mistake because I show my points deducted, but it rang up full price, she pretty much told me she knew nothing about how the points work, and what ever she rang up was the price. No help or let me try to void this and try it again she was done told me to "have a nice day" and walked away. I wont be back unless I see Bob's working, now he is an employee who makes stopping in very enjoyable!

this used to be our favorite 7eleven. yet today we went in for some coffee and pizza, we had asked why the one gentlemen closes down the store when noone else does. instead of being respectful and explaining that the covid is the reason and that they are supposed to be closing at that time. instead he rudely talks to us and even threatens us with a gun. really what did we do? then as we go to leave to get away in fear of the gun he runs after us and calls the police saying we were in the wrong. no longer going to this store ever again.

called with a complaint, was hung up on. called back to speak with someone about them hanging up on me and I still had questions, the cashier gets an attitude talking about it wasnt him he just walked in. whomever I was speaking to the first time didnt even finish the conversation with me. I'm on hold, all I'm hearing is dude ringing up customers. I was not rude 9r disrespectful, even when I called back because I was hung up on.

I worked down the road from this 7-Eleven and went here frequently on my lunch break because it was the closet thing around and I have to say this 7-Eleven has the WORST employees ever! Pure ghetto trash. They curse and yell ghetto slang in front of the customers. They hold up the line while they are either on the phone or because the just feel like ignoring the customers. Then when you say something to get their attention you get a sigh and a dirty look. The one lady will even tell you she can't sell you a sandwich because it won't scan, even though there is a big $3.99 price tag on it. I mean really?

There's a girl there who can take the money but doesn't seem to know how to turn on the gas pump outside. The last four times I've been to this station its her at the register. I'll Pay for my gas. Then I get to the pump and its not on. I push the help button several times and its unanswered. I go in and she's like "oh it timed out" with a smirk..I've been there when she has messed up other people's transactions as well..I don't know why she's still there..Not a fan of this station.

Owner doesn't schedule enough help. One employee during morning commuter rush isn't acceptable.At best I've seen 2 people working at once.Of course I say this at 735 am on a Wednesday and I'm 12th in line with one cashier.

Every experience here has been friendly and kind! The employees are nice and the manager is a pretty chill dude; I always like coming here. Clean, well stocked and overall a good atmosphere. I recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs. The owner is ignorant and straight up disrespectful! I will never be back. The workers are just as bad. If you go here plan on being treated poorly. Also if you have a medical condition and can't wear a mask the owner will tell you he doesn't care and tell you to get out.

i just paid 5.89 for five .49 big gulps.i paid with a $5 lottery ticket an it shouldve been only 2.50 plus tax .an she didnt give me change back an said i owed her .89. i did my rewards an all an she was new an still kept my money .the other day my daughter dropped her slurpee out of the cup holder in the parking lot right in front of the workers.an i asked if it could be replaced they said no.i was very upset.but let it go cuz rules are rules.but over charging me the black lady in there who works there was trying to explain an she was still wrong.the man said hell fix it if i bring my reciept .its not worth the walk but i am very unsatisfied with this 711 i go here all the time maybe everyday .i love 711 an their customer points.try an do better 711 on washington .

This place used to be my favorite place but recently they have went down hill! The service sucks! They don't kno how to slip tenders for Payment then the manager was Tryna be funny and gon give me the money back as if I was Tryna be some Charity case! They employees suck and are disrespectful!
