We were really happy with the time they took with us on the phone answering questions to drop off, and then more communication at pick up. Our puppy took to Mercedes quickly and seemed very at ease. She was happy to see us when we picked her up and looked so cute. We are thanking our friends for the recommendation. We are pleased and now can recommend them ourselves.Thank you!! They are fairly priced and are just excellent at communicating. Time to make our next appointment. 🐾❤️

We brought our whoodle Mocha back for a return grooming with Mercedes. She is so happy when we pick her up. The staff here are so nice and you can really tell when the pooch enjoys the place. Highly recommended.

Today we had our first professional grooming appointment, and with an anxious attachment relationship between the two of us (lol!) the team at Scrubbers Royal Oak could not have done a better job! Because Penelope is a short haired staffie, I normally just groom at home without any trouble but noticed her coat was shedding more than usual and started seeing some dandruff so I thought this was the perfect time to go to a groomer. Penelope was super nervous to be there without me but I could tell she was in good hands. They took great care of her during her bath and learned things that made her more nervous or anxious and adjusted accordingly! Her coat is incredibly shiny and there’s barely any hair coming off when I pet her now! We’ll definitely make this a regular thing. Thank you all for making this a much less stressful experience for Penelope & I.

I had a small dog grooming appointment with Meli and she did an awesome job! My 10 year old shih tzu can be a difficult because he likes to move around and it was his first time here but I couldn’t be happier with the results!

My dog Wally freakin’ loves Lindsey and Marissa, even if he doesn’t show it while we are there for his nail trimmings. Wally’s claws were VERY long, because I was too anxious about cutting them myself and he HATES getting his nails trimmed. (I’m taking full responsibility for them being very long, don’t get me wrong here.) but his previous experiences were always at the vet, and he HATED it. He was a nervous wreck…he even pooped on the vet tech once.. Going forward, my vet prescribed Trazadone for any nail trim appointments. Finally and eventually I did something about it by bringing him to Scrubbers. At first I brought him up there just to meet the fine people who would be cutting his nails, and over a 5 week period, Marissa and Lindsay (I apologize if I’m screwing the spellings 😩) got Wally comfortable, and got his nails to a much more normal and manageable length. I am so grateful to them for their hard work and patience. If you have a fussy dog, they will be just fine at Scrubbers. ❤️

I decided to give Scrubbers a try and I'm so glad I did! Cas E. was attentive and excellent at her skills! She did an awesome job with Max, my Shih Tzu. He looked like a fluffy teddy bear!!Max tried to nip during grooming. She said, " he just needs to come more so he'll be comfortable with me (wow, what a response)!!! There's no doubt, I will definitely return! Come to scrubbers!! You won't regret it!!

What a great dog grooming experience from scheduling, grooming, notification, and payment/pick-up. The space is totally clean, non-chaotic, and my dog was at ease when he walked in. Cally listened to how I wanted Teddy groomed, and about two hours later when I picked him up he looked amazing!!! It was an excellent experience and my follow-up grooming appointment is already booked since they’re so busy. Thank you Cally and Scrubbers.

Friendly, caring, and thorough work! I gave my cat gabba pentin to make her drowsy and it worked well to keep her relaxed as her mats were cut away. She’s usually a sassy granny cat, but only lazily swiped at the groomer once.

Amanda did an AMAZING job!! My dogs looked so squeaky clean when I picked them up - they looked like new dogs! She also knew to blow out my huskies before the bath and after the bath - I will definitely be back! Here's a photo of the blowout phase 1 🤯

Scrubbers came through for my senior, high anxiety, sweet boy! They were so gentle and accommodating. They raved about my doggy who is seriously tricky. We take our two husky/ malamutes here to be groomed. They’re not an easy task with their size and thick fur. They come home looking like a million bucks 😃! Their nails are trimmed, their fur looks beautiful and we couldn’t be happier!

Good experience! Our 13lb weenie dog, took about an hour to get his teeth cleaned, nails trimmed and a bath/wash! For reference it was about $45 plus at the end of the service they ask if you would like to tip 20%, 25% or 30%. There were a decent amount of other dogs! In front of their building, they have grass for your dog to go potty before you bring him/her inside, they even have bags ready to go! Everyone I interacted with was nice & friendly! I think Katelyn assisted us!

The location is great for us! Our 2 dogs had their baths, nail cut and teeth brushed. The bathers were efficient and our girls ware finished earlier then estimated.Our pups are so clean and fluffy!😊

Royal Oak Scrubbers is our new regular groomer! They took such good care of my baby, Eleanor, and she left so happy and looking great. Came in here for the first time today to use the self wash facilities. The staff was friendly, helpful, offered some upgrades to the basic wash, but were not pushy about upsells. They made sure I knew how to use all of the equipment and made some simple suggestions. Overall good experience and will definitely return. Thanks!

I took my dog here for the first time after we rescued him. The groomer, Jessica did a fabulous job! Prices are fair and reasonable. I would definitely recommend and I will continue to take my dog here for grooming.

Only planned to have Órla’s (Golden) nails trimmed, because Enda (Labrador) can be like a bucking bronco about her front paws. Órla is always happy when people pay attention to her, so she did fine. But Lindsay said was up for a challenge! So Enda, who was along for the ride, happily jumped through the door. Marissa helped by distracting her with fun talk and treats (thanks Lindsay!) and holding her as Lindsay trimmed her nails. It was the fastest Enda’s paws were ever trimmed! While both dogs left happy and wagging their tails with all of the attention, they weren’t as happy as me! Thank you, Lindsay and Marissa!

Today was our first time at Scrubbers and I was very impressed. Our groomer Jess who we followed from a previous location is very professional and makes me feel comfortable leaving our pup for his services each time. She is so precise and talented!! I’ve been using scrubbers for a couple years now and I’ve always had a great experience. Scheduling is super easy and they always do a great job with my doodle. The self-wash option is also great too between groomings. Staff is always friendly and take good care of my pup. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great groomer and a fair cost.

I love scrubbers for both services they offer! The easy self washing stations for my Great Dane and then a safe and comfortable space for my doodle. Callie (sorry if I am spelling your name wrong!) is so kind and amazing with Rüfüs. I bathed him one time at the scrubbers self wash and learned of his screaming when getting dried. Callie has never complained or even mentioned it to me. He’s a doodle, he’s not easy, but she is always amazing. Highly recommend scrubbers for all needs of bathing/grooming!

I travel a lot for work and had an appointment but had to cancel due to a schedule change. I went to the Royal Oak location and explained. They were so nice about it and Crystal was able to get my pup in the same day before I was due to leave. The place was clean. Everyone was friendly and professional. My pup looks and smells so amazing!! I'm so excited to have found a groomer. My pup gave kisses before we left and that made me feel like they definitely care and love what they do. 10/10 highly recommend!
