I would absolutely not recommend ordering delivery through the Rothbury smoke shop!!It took over two days to get my $600+ order where they sold me things they did not have, brought the complete wrong order, and only told me what I wanted to hear while I tracked them down to try and get my money back. I was truly convinced this was a scam. They acted apologetic while definitely lying to me. She said she would make it right with an extra tank I never got and was promised more than once, and some ”flower” that was absolutely CBD. I waited for 4.5+ hours two times waiting for them in the hot sun at Forest to meet me when they said she would come right back with my order. The most ridiculous experience I will never trust again.

The place to go for supplies!! From mediums, lights and containers. Little low on glassware but excellent service. Clean store with helpful staff. Will be going back. Also, the products can be used with tomatoes and other crops too.

They were amazing! It is so clean and everyone there is so helpful and knowledgeable. They will match also all prices (which rarely happens since they have such low prices). I will be back very often to both locations!!!

Stopped for potting supplies. They had several sizes of pots and trays at a good price. They also carry the exact potting soil I wanted (Happy Frog) at a very reasonable price. I paid just over 18 dollars a bag. Some places want 32 dollars for the same bag.

Well I used to really like this store but about a month ago I payed 50 dollars to have my soil tested at the beginning of flower and I still dont have my results and they refused to refund my money even in store credit. I was gonna spend at least a hundred dollars as I do usually weekly. I'm super disappointed in the situation and to top it off now I cant spend any of my hard earned money there and have to find new store.

I would recommend you call ahead if you are going here. Don't expect customer service either. Young man was to busy playing video games to help us. When we got frustrated he said order will come Monday. As we were leaving he told my husband to watch his f***ing attitude. Great way to get customers to come back. Not!!!

Juul pods? Yes they got them! I was in town for Forest and ran out and stumbled upon this place online. Prices were reasonable and they have different juul pod flavors! I’ll return next year for more and they have CBD and other cool products for sale in the store. Staff was super friendly!!! Thank you all!

First time I showed up at 11am and waited over 15 minutes, no one was there. Business hours on the door stated they opened at 11am.Second time they didnt have what we wanted and we were told it would for sure be there next day. Drove all the way there, they didnt have it but it would for sure be there tomorrow...Ill be taking my business else where.
