My boy Zeus is a client and he enjoys his time while he stays there. We always use CBD Surgeons, CBD oil, before bringing him in so that he feels nice and calm before hand and he settles in very nice, I get happy pictures from here and I just feel at ease about him and his health. Thank you guys!

I talked to Smilin dog about grooming. She was extremely rude on the phone when I called to ask about grooming. Definitely do not recommend dealing with such people.

My wife and I have been going to Smilin Dog forever - the people there are really friendly and do a fantastic job whenever we go there. Our dogs loved the owner Penny right from day one 🙂 Definitely an excellent choice 👌

I think my wife was more nervous than our dog for his first ever grooming in 5 years, but Penny made us all feel comfortable and confident that she will take good care of our papillon and she did not disappoint at all! You can tell she loves her work and is good at it. Great job! Will definitely return.

By far the very best place to get your dog groomed I've been taking my little corgi/pomerian there for 11 yrs now and I would never go anywhere else, Penny and her staff are WONDERFUL, no matter who does the grooming!! Honestly to God, the vibe in there is superb, I just recently took " Princess " in and at the moment she has a bum hind leg, and they were VERY mindful to her, so to anyone out there looking for a groomer I can't think of any place as friendly, compassionate, and professional as the Smiling Dog!!!

Highly recommend. If you are paranoid pet parent and have no idea where to take your animal, or just have a hard time finding a place that you could trust, this is the place to go! Penny is so welcoming and caring, not only for the animals but for the owners too. I have 2 pits, one is still a puppy and very excited about everything & they were very patient with me and my pup. My other pit mama has a bad back leg and they made sure to be careful with her which was my biggest concern, she is my rescue baby and has had a hard life, they took amazing care of both my pups. I also have to add in that penny is one of the most hands on business owners I have ever met, she will go out of her way to make sure your baby is well taken care of. This is my go to spot from now on. Finally a place that cares❤ thank you all who helped me and my fiance today with out babies. You guys are all amazing ! We will be back !!

This is the ONLY groomer I trust with my baby! I have a short hair chihuahua. Even though her grooming needs are basic, they do a fantastic job. Penny, who is the owner/operator, truly loves each & every dog who comes in there & treats them all like her own animals. All of her staff are great, so very friendly & professional. Pricing is most definitely reasonable, I have spent more in the past on big chain pet store grooming services. My baby girl always comes home smelling great, very clean, nails trimmed short & with a cute bandana on her neck. It's hard to find a place that's reputable & trustworthy when it comes to care for an animal, animals cannot tell you if they've been mistreated. I can tell you, this is the only place I will ever take my dog for grooming or boarding. The boarding crates are enormous, very clean & have a huge, fluffy pad in them. Boarding fees are also reasonable.

The owner is the sweetest lady ever and she's honestly the dog whisperer. Our dog is super anxious about getting bathed and nails trimmed, but Penny puts her right at ease. I recommend this place to everyone with a dog. Penny does such a fantastic job. I won't take our Lily anywhere else.

This is the third time I called, on 5/4 at 11:12 am, the girl on the phone was kinda of rude. they are not taken any new dogs right now and They're overbooked, I was told again. For the third time, I don't know how they make any money. I would not recommend this place. I will not call back for sure and Tell my friends not to go here.

It is the only place I will take my fur baby. Penny is wonderful as well as Darcy they treat my baby as if it were their own. I heard her talking to my baby calming the nerves while trimming nails which makes my little one excited to come back.

I have never meet a more caring staff.If you are looking for top notch service this is the place to bring your pet. I have been taking my pets there for over 16 years and have never had a problem. Penny is very knowledgeable about animals and treats each one as her own. I highly recommend the Smilin Dog!

I took my Golden Retriever here for a grooming after a referral. They did the BEST job! We had to pick her up a little earlier than they would usually have her ready & they accommodated us. She looks fabulous! I will definitely be back!

After spending $100 last year and giving a $20 tip to have my Springer Spaniel groomed, I had my appointment cancelled by the owner for next week because my dog is "volatile" Furthermore, I was lectured on how I should have brought her more often for grooming. My dog has a very sweet nature and has never bit or growled at anyone. I agree she is quite nervous, but I thought that is why I paid that exorbitant amount.

The staff was very friendly and nice so no complaints there, but I dropped my dog off at 10 am and he was not ready to be picked up until 7pm...9 hours later seems a bit excessive to me. Now price is my main complaint-this place charged me $25-$30 more than any other groomer I've ever used or received a quote from (max price I've paid in past is $40 total), it wasnt a bad looking cut but it was not any better than my other groomers I've used at a much cheaper rate.I cant reccomend this place due to high cost and the time it took my dog to be ready.

Go somewhere else! Trust me!! I took my dog here twice. Both times for a nail trim. The owner boasted about how great she is with large dogs who don’t like their feet touched. The first time was not so bad but the second time, she put a choke chain around my dog’s neck and dragged him so hard into the room that he fell on his back. She was SO aggressive with him that he was terrified and pooped on her table. It’s taken me almost 1 year to be able to even get near his feet again because of the mental damage she did. She also told my neighbor if you don’t come for a grooming every 6 weeks she will never groom your dog again. Someone else deserves your business way more than this lady.

I will definitely be taking my pooch back! I took my pug today after a disappointment with my previous groomer. Not only did they get me right in, the receptionist listened to my dog's needs and personality traits and made note of things they needed to pay attention to. I was very pleased with the work done and the attentive to detail. My dog was happy when I picked him up and seemed we'll cared for.My only complaint was that I couldn't view any of the cage areas or grooming areas from the counter. Everything is closed off behind walls and doors. While that does create a clean facility, I wonder what they might be hiding. I think my next visit I will ask to see the grooming rooms.

Penny and her whole staff are by far top notch. My husband and I have used Penny for 3 years with both our boys, Fred and Henry. Recently, we moved out of the area and figured we would try a groomer closer to home. Boy did we make a mistake! We tried two separate groomers within a mile from our new address. The first one showed no personal connection nor personality and the second place injured my Henry! I’ve learned my lesson I’ll take the 20 min drive! Penny and her staff go the extra mile not only to make your pup feel comfortable but their parents as well! It’s hard nowadays to find honest, loyal service and we know we have that at The Smiling Dog!
