Holly has been cutting my yorkies hair for around 4 years now and always does a great job. Coming from a previous groomer that would require me to leave him for 5+ hours, it was shocking she only needed him for 1-2 (thankfully!). My yorkie used to come home from the groomers shaking and scared & we thought he was just a nervous dog - but after switching to Holly he hasn't done that since.I now have two cats who are just over a year old. Being apprehensive as I've never had to groom a cat before, holly assured me she would take care of them. She shaved them since they are long-haired cats who shed ALOT. My male cat was very troublesome for her to work with but she was excellent with him and got the job done! I was very impressed and so grateful she had the patience with him (because I would not have 😂).My parents also get their animals groomed by Holly because of my raving reviews about her. Couldn't recommend her more!

I just can't say enough great things about Holly and her staff. They did a fantastic job with my baby Sasha. Made my appointment and she was done start to finish in less than an hour. Store is decorated so cute and very clean. The owner Holly is so nice. They now have a loyal customer and I will definitely spread the word😊

I took my golden there for a full service grooming. He was a mess when I brought him in. When I picked him up he was just perfect. He looked and smelled great! The staff was kind, patient and friendly. They really love animals. The shop was tidy and clean. I am so happy with this shop and the staff. I completely recommend this salon. We will be back!

I heard about Platinum Paws from a group I belong to, and someone else I know. Everyone had nothing but good to say about Platinum Paws. So I took my Pomeranian there for the first time today. They did such a wonderful job on my baby!!! I will be going there for awhile!! Very pleased with them, Holly did great!!!!

Took my 7 year old calico to Platinum Paws for a nail clipping. I was really nervous because she had an ingrown nail. The ladies there were so sweet and took care of her nails in about 3 minutes. I was so scared that the ingrown nail was going to be an issue, but these ladies are pro’s!!!! Thank you Platinum Paws - you really made an anxiety-ridden situation a lot easier for me! We will be back!

First time using Platinum Pays and I am so glad I gave them a chance. They did a wonderful job with my American Eskimo Frosty. They were fast and friendly and less expensive than Petco. I will definitely be taking him back.

An absolutely amazing experience. It was my first time dropping my baby off at a groomers. They did an amazing job with him, he's never looked better. It was especially comforting that they worked with him even with him being a tripod. Will becoming back for the amazing service and prices!

I chose this place for the ratings. So many good things were said about it! Well, here’s my experience.I asked just for a bath and ear cleaning. She charged me $45, gave her a $50 bill and she graciously decided to keep $5 as a tip, that I never said she could have.When I got my (miniature schnauzer) dog back, she tells me she “trimmed one nail too short”. I did NOT asked for nail trim. I asked her why my dog’s ears are still dirty, she says “because the dog has hair in it”, I told her that’s exactly the reason why I asked her to clean her ears in the first place! Groomers clean ears by cutting the hair and cleaning the ear wax!!! So, in summary, I got charged $50 for a bath and a nail trim. I asked for a bath and an ear cleaning ONLY.***Edit after owner’s response:You can justify yourself as much as you want. I told you she doesn’t bite and she has never bitten anyone but you. That must say something about your handling. I did tell you she’s blind. I did not ask you to trim her nails because I know she has black nails and it’s difficult so I leave that to the vet so, thank you for your kind gesture that left her bleeding in the end. I did ask you to clean her ears and you did NOT disclose before the service that you take that as an additional service. I see on your website that you do have an ear cleaning service that you charge at $5 but there are no details to what you consider to be an ear cleaning. Please don’t say that you did clean her ears because on the text messages you said you didn’t so that’s a bit of a lie.In the end, I won’t take my dog with you ever again and the purpose of the reviews is to state why. If someone wants to pay for unsolicited services, not have clear details on what you do or don’t do and have extra money charged, then I guess that’s their choice.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with this groomer!! After calling several places that "claim" to do cats nails, but really don't, thank God I found Holly!I usually clip my own pets nails, but my kitty was only 7 weeks- so tiny & refused to sit still!lolI took her in & was literally amazed! Within 2 minutes- she was done! And she didn't fight them at all!The prices are VERY reasonable, the shop is clean, they were all so nice, & what a bonus, its like a mile from my house. I will definitely be back & would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Holly-such a great job!

I took my cat, Buddha here and had such a great experience! Being it was my first time taking him to a groomer and leaving him with someone else, I was super nervous. But Holly assured me that he was in great hands and she would do her best to keep him comfortable. She did just that! I took him for a cat bath & nail trim, he came back to me smelling amazing and clean! And she did such a good job on his nails, I didn’t realize how badly he did it! Also I must add the little boy helping you up front was just the sweetest! He made me smile and warmed my heart seeing him around the animals. Definitely will be bringing Buddha back, thank you all!

Really nice people. I've only had my doodle for not even 2 weeks and he was very matted, I asked them to save whatever they could without shaving him. He looks very cute. They gave us lots of tips to keep up with grooming. You can tell they are passionate about their job. Walter seemed very happy with them when I picked him up. Would definitely recommend and I will be a regular. Thank you!

Holly did a great job with my cat! She took her time with my admittedly skittish cat that really needed a bath even if she hates them. Cashew came back smelling nice and feeling so soft, and everything that needed to be trimmed was trimmed well. I definitely recommend her for grooming, and I'll probably be using her services again in the future!

I had an absolute horrid experience with a groomer this morning and ended up calling Holly to see if she would be able to fit me in (almost literally last minute). She was not only able to fit me in same day, but was done with my pomeranian's grooming much sooner than I expected! When she told me it would only take an hour and a half I was a little nervous because in the past these appointments have taken upwards of 3 hours. But when I got there to pick her up she came out so soft and perfect! I was extremely happy with everything that this woman did for me today! Thank you so very much. And might I add that she did it all for a very good price too!

Holly was absolutely amazing. Very professional, amazingly priced. I travel a lot, so finding a groomer who is willing to groom cats and can fit my hectic schedule is hard to find. Holly was able to accommodate me the very next day I called. I was also very impressed with the quality of grooming my cat received. I will most definitely be returning to her. I wanted to comment on Holly being so patient and kind to my Maincoon. I needed to have my cat's underbelly shaved. Holly was the first groomer who just said "bring him in" and did not hesitate to groom my kittie. Every place i called that advertised that they groomed cats, were reluctant to take my Maincoon. My cat is super skittish and Golly had the job done without anything going wrong plus she had his nails all trimmed quickly. We were out of the shop in 20 minutes which was extremely impressive to me. And her charge for the job, was VERY reasonable. I have already recommended her to several people. I wish Holly a successful business. Thank you Holly.

Holly did an excellent job with my 2 German Shepherds. They’ve never been professionally groomed. They're too big for my bathtub, so we do baths outside with the hose, but come winter time, that isn’t an option obviously. They were seriously overdue for a cleaning and brush out! She was quick to respond, and quick to get us scheduled. She let me book them both together since they’re inseparable, which was comforting to me. They turned out so so good. I couldn’t be happier. Just had my first grooming experience with Holly of Platinum Paws. She gets 5 stars out of 5! My Frankie was done in less that an hour and he looks so adorable. Holly was so sweet with him (and me) and it was a great experience for both of us. We will be back and am so grateful to have found someone so kind to take care of my furbaby. Her prices are more than reasonable, too!

I am in tears with how happy I am, Holly did such an amazing job with my 3yr old Munchkin. This was her first lion cut and my cat is terrified of anything that moves as she cant see well. I actually was pleasantly surprised at the price, very affordable even for those on a fixed income. We will definitely continue to bring our Munchkin back for regular haircuts. I have been coming to platinum paws since my dog Midnight was 4 months old. I have nothing but praise for Holly on the care she gives my dog . Kind , patient and thorough with the grooming. I give the facility 5 stars and would recommend anyone looking for a GREAT groomer to give them a try .
