My dog went in for bath,nail trim,ear cleaning was told she would take 2hrs to finish, got call 1hr later she was in the vets there,her nail caught onto grate in cage ripped nail out, she never even had any service done so that tells me she was cagged for hour,very disappointed & stressed,my dog & me. Petsmart paid vet bill,thankGod. .antibiotics & pain meds for my dog 14dy supply.was really stressful.

Love em! I’ve taken my Siberian Husky twice, once he saw Leah and most recently Rian. Rian killed it with his paws, I’ve never seen them so clean. I’ll attach a photo. Thanks, guys! 💙

Had my dog's nails cut. Inexpensive; $12. They were awesome. My dog was super nervous but they calmed her down almost immediately. Only thing is, her back nails were still a bit too long. Almost like... They missed two nails on each foot (the middle two). They did everything right other than that. This wouldn't stop me from going back. I give it 4.8 stars out of 5.

They make sure they show who they don’t want to be bothered with, I couldn’t even ask questions about dog grooming services because I didn’t bring my dogs vaccinations, the lady was really rude and disrespectful, yes my dog is up to date on his shots but lady you or pet smart Roseville do not have to worry about getting any of my money, it is a million places who trim dog nails I just happened to see that they had walk in service for nail trimming never will I be back in there, rude racist
