Love this store, it's where I go for the majority of my pets needs. They have something for every kind of pet, they have an in house veterinary service, grooming, training, good prices and I can bring my pet! What more could I ask for? The staff is helpful and friendly. I buy everything for my dogs there. Overall a great place to shop!Their "in store" pick up of orders that have been placed online could use some improvement. However, the friendly staff always do the best they can to help fix any issues I might have.

One of the few stores that carry the brand of puppy food I feed my basset girls. I appreciate the customer service and the attention they shower all of the visiting pets with.I do not use the grooming or veterinary services but the sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Over by the fish is a rude obese woman in her 60s . She walked in front of me to log fish without pardoning herself. She is very unprofessional and makes the store an unpleasant atmosphere. Won’t be returning

Merry ChristmasI just came home from trying to return 3 dead fish that I brought last night. Not only did I have the 3 dead fish I had the receipt. When I called in the morning the woman was not only rude she told me that they didn't even sell the $2 25 fish and that I had too many fish in the tank and that the temperature probably wasn't right. I didn't call to get her thoughts on how the fish died i just wanted to see if they were open on Christmas Eve so I could come get my 5 year old nephew some fish that were alive. After she told me that I wasn't going to talk to her any kinda way and refused to serve me and she refused to give me her name I had enough. I asked for the manager. They didn't refund me the dead fish I paid for 3 new fish. Corporate is sending me a $ 20.00gift card and sending me a new receipt since they kept mine. I'll never go back again and suggest you you want good customer service don't come here. All of this for $9.00 worth of fish and this is what they call customer service.

I came in today I generally come in 3-4 times a month, every time I come in I drop over $100 between food and toys for my dogs today I come in they have Christmas stuff on clearance it is the end of January now, I go up with a collar for my dog, the collar was ringing up as two cents, and they told me they wouldn't sell it to me because it's ringing up for two cents and they won't sell it to me then why do you have it on your shelf? That's the price that it's coming up as and instead of selling it to a customer a loyal customer on top of that you would rather not sell it and put it in the garbage. I definitely will not be back to this location.Update: I went to the PetSmart in Utica found the same color it rang up for that price and they sold it to me so I guess I'll be making a further drive for better service, do better PetSmart

Nice clean store, staff is great, helpful and friendly, there is an associate walking the floor making sure you find what you need. My Grandfur baby gets groomed here as well heard no complaints in that department either. Well organized too.

Very friendly staff, their prices and a little bit cheaper than competitors prices. Not seeing a lot of mom and pop pet stores anymore so for a chain this is a good pet store. They have a good variety of animals (could use more variety in reptiles) and have a lot of items needed for your pets.

Pet Smart is ok if your in a hurry and they are in the same mall as a store you like to shop at. I think thats the only niche they have. Pet Smart is more concerned with staffing the grooming and Vet parts of their business. The rest of the store like the pet foods are far more over priced then they should be. Pet Smart would never make it as a stand alone store with no mall traffic

Normally I go to Pet Supply Plus but decided to check this place out. They have a huge selection and I was really surprised to find live aquarium plants! Will definitely go back.

Okay for a petsmart, but you could definitely find animals that arent well taken care of. Its not the staffs fault that theyre taking care of exotic pets without a lot of training, but its sad to see.

😡 LIZZARD HEAT LAMPS 😡I am sick and TIRED of the lizzard heat lamps going out! I have constantly been buying and they keep going out. Well here’s the new record. I bought one yesterday morning it has been 24 hours and I woke up and it wasn’t on. Went to bed and it was on just fine. So they say keep your receipt. Tell me why customers should have to drive all that extra miles, gas, wear and tear each time your products do this? What compensation are they giving? The answer is NONE. I can’t even tell you how many bulbs have burnt out on me for zero reason. The sad part is half of the time I didn’t save my receipt or box so I just silently buy a new one. I KNOW I am not the only customer going through this! I have switched brands, I have got new light housings, I make sure they are handled with extreme care. FYI they know of the issue, how do you ask? I’m not the only person going in and complaining. How is it that they are allowed to continue selling this junk? So even though I was just there yesterday I have to drive back again today to get another one. Something more needs to be done.

This petsmart is like any other petsmart. It's nothing to really scream praise about. We never had our dog groomed here, but we did have her nails done, but they clipped the nails rather short, right to the cuticle. Which caused our dog some discomfort. Prices are a bit much but they have most of what you need.

This is a very nice store, it’s always clean and the staff is very polite and helpful. I keep an eye on the food prices as sometimes I can find better deals at Meijer. However Petsmart can’t be beat when it comes to finding high quality pet accessories. I found a Kong crate mat for my super chewer at a very reasonable price that is holding up great!

Took my puppy in for a puppy bath and Jenna was AMAZING! He was so happy and didn't want to leave her. Jenna did a great job from his nails and and paw pad trim to his ear cleaning and all around customer satisfaction. We will be back to book with Jenna!

They were great! Very nice helpful friendly. Everything you would need for a pet is in that store. They even have training and a hospital for your pet inside the store! Picked up this little guy from their adoption center. 125 spayed all shots tests and chipped too. Well worth it

I love taking my dog there she's a pit and I always get nervous about others prejudices. Nothing here all love and is just adored by the salon ladies. This is the only place that she doesn't growl when her nails get done. I don't know what magic this is but my vet doesn't even have that!

They have the best variety of cat food. Lots of options for a picky kitty :-)
