Reggie groomed my American Eskimo dog Freeza today and I am super happy with how he came back! He got the shed release & looks so much lighter & fluffier now! Smells great and I'm obsessed with his dainty little feet trim 😍 Thanks so much, I'll definitely be requesting Reggie next time.

First time taking my 8 month old black labs to the groomer. I was worried because they can be quite hyper lol! But Chelsea and her coworker (I’m supertanker I didn’t get her name) did an awesome job!! My babies look and smell so fresh and clean! They were happy pups when I picked them up! Thank you ladies for making our first trip here a very pleasant one!! You girls did a fantastic job!! We’ll definitely be back :)

Beth is so pleasant to talk to, its my tom's 1st time to be groomed, they know , after the appointment, he was so happy, didn't even look stressed out. So i know he had a good time with beth, plus he was so clean and a cute. I will definitely make beth his permanent groomer.

Greeted with a smile! My puppy was taken from my arms and promptly kissed on his head and reassured he would be just fine. The facility is clean and tidy. The staff is always friendly. Service is fast and price is fair

Took both my Yorkies here for a hair and nail trim. Since they were close by and had a 4.8 star rating and some good reviews, I figured I would give them a try since my original groomer was not available at the time. What I was expecting was definitely not what I got when I picked them up. Although the staff was nice and pleasant, I can't say the same for their service. My dogs hair trim was awful, it looked like a kid went scissor crazy. Their hair was trimmed unevenly and looked choppy. You would think being in the dog grooming business that they knows how to trim a Yorkie's hair especially with the prices they charge. They say first impression is a lasting impression, well you can guess by this post what my first impressions are. Needless to say, I will never take them back to this particular Petco store again.

They did an excellent job with my sisters dog. Nails cut and bath great price. He sheds a lot so the did an add on that we requested to do extra brushing. Looked like a brand new dog. Well done Petco and staff.

Slow when it comes to taking care of customers I had to find someone then she had an attitude because I needed her help. The one on 9 mile and Gratiot is better I will continue to there.

The staff has been taking care of my very large and furry dog well since she was 7 weeks old. I now have a puppy as well and they are taking care of him too. Staff are great with my dogs.

I've used Petco Grooming 4 times The first 2 times I had 2 different groomers and both were great! I have not seen either one again. The third time I didn't know the groomers name until she groomed a 4th time. Her name is Olivia. On my 3rd appt. Olivia charged me for Essential Grooming.I DID NOT ASK FOR ESSENTIAL GROOMING. I DID NOT TELL HER I WANTED ESSENTIAL GROOMING. OLIVIA HAD NO BUSINESS GIVING ME ESSENTIAL GROOMING WITHOUT ASKING ME. If I had known she was going to be the groomer again I would have asked for someone else. OLIVIA DID NOT EVEN THANK ME FOR THE TIP. OLIVIA IS NEVER GOING TO GROOM MY BEST FRIEND EVER AGAIN!!!

This is very disappointing. My dog returned to me looking like a homeless dog. I received a call saying they weren’t able to cut his face but shaved his body, my dog was still matted and cut unevenly I will never come to Petco again. I wasn’t charged for the process and I see why.
