Nice people and helpful but the tanks are not what I would like.Went to purchase some fish and there were 3 dead in the tank I was looking at, one which looked like it had been there for a while and another was picking at it. When I told the staff about it they did not care nor go remove the dead so I wouldn't purchase livestock here at all.But, they have decent supply prices.

So I visited this store for the first time and upon entering the building I was taken back by the musty smell in the air and the dirty floors. The tanks were cramped, and looked like they needed maintenance. The store was very dark and gloomy. It was a complete mouse maze trying to navigate from one area to another. I found it quite appalling of how unkempt it was. The cramping and disorganization of all the supplies and merchandise was disturbing. The shelves were down right dirty with layers of dust and dirt. The staff was not helpful at all despite the store was not busy. There were several staff working but when asked for help, I was basically pointed to an area and that was it. I had questions that were left unanswered. The store is on a busy road and the parking lot was small. Needless to say I did not purchase anything from them as I did not feel comfortable in the store or the vibe I felt by the staff. It's unfortunate to have such a large inventory of aquatic life and supplies and not keep it properly maintained to an acceptable level or organized in an orderly fashion to help aid in the shopping experience. Sadly, I can only give this shop 1 Star. I took away 1 for the smell, 1 for lack of cleanliness, 1 for the disorder of merchandise, and 1 for the staff who didn't seem to care I was even there.Needless to say I will not be visiting this store again. Hopefully they can get their act together as the store could have great potential if they put more effort into it. No candy here!

I love Oceans & Seas because of their tarantula selection, willingness to order certain genius and species upon request, and prices. I've been going there for at least 20 years (for fish, aquarium supplies, and invertebrates) and the staff has always been super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.All of my pets that I've purchased from them have always thrived well.I prefer them over all other pet stores in my area.

Very clean and well stocked store. Nice to see fish at a fish store actually properly taken care of! Staff is also very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We will only be getting our fish from here from now on.

Was happy with the vibe inside this store.Fish were well maintained.Alot of selection. From fish to plants to accessories.Was greeted and asked if help was needed. Was helped and informed on items. Purchased everything I needed.Will be shopping there from now on for my fish needs.

This is the best place if you want somewhere to either start building your own beautiful aquarium home for your fish or take care of your fish. Dan is the owner and he can answer any questions that you may have with his knowledge about the fish in the store. He is always friendly and willing to help! The staff is always helpful and friendly too! I have been going here since way before Covid and I have nothing but the best experience throughout this entire process.

Just walked into this establishment at 4:30 pm on Sunday. First thing we're greeted by a manager( older gentleman) whom is looking at his watch. Asked them about some salt water. Apparently they did not want to take the time to mix it for me.Secondly, we were looking for a natural solution for Aptasia. Wanting to purchase an 80.00 to 120.00 fish, yet no one to help.Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in what is a very high end hobby.

Very knowledgeable staff. Went here to stock my planted tank with some small Ember Tetra and a Betta. The staff was really helpful with finding peaceful small fish that would be compatible with my Betta and the tank size. All the fish are thriving and are great tankmates. Thanks so much!

Possibly the best aquarium supply and fish store in the area. Awesome staff who really likes fish and great healthy selection of fresh water and salt water fish. When I finally get a salt water tank I am coming here to get my stuff

I love this place even though it's pricey on some things. Lots of fish fresh and salt water. I'm sure whatever you looking for you can find it here. I been coming here for over ten years now since I moved to the eastside.

I will never go to another fish store again. Every question i asked was answered even if there were alot lol. Helped me get exactly what i wanted. the fish and other products are pretty much the same price as other stores

Great place! I came in 10 minutes before closing and the staff was helpful and attentive! Beautiful selection of both fish and supplies, tanks and aisles are clean and clear. The fish i purchased are still doing well!
