Hands down one of my favorite breakfast spots I have been to in Michigan so far. What a random find post girls night out with my friends at the nearby casino. Do not hesitate - take the 10 minutes and drive here to get brunch! It is small and you might have to wait longer, but your food is made to order and fresh. It’s worth it, I promise!

Stopped By Roz’s for some food on the middle of a road trip. Cutest spot ever! Cash only though. Really big portions and he even encouraged us to share which is nice since that is not allowed in a lot of restaurants. Cute mason jars for drinking glasses. Food was super good!! (My friend wants to say the sausage was specifically very good)

I went here with a friend and we both enjoyed our meals, fantastic omelets with hash browns and toast for me, hash browns and pancakes for him. He got a Denver omelet and was bummed to hear they were out of mushrooms he wanted to add. That didn't stop him from enjoying his otherwise delicious meal. He commented on the cheddar cheese which had an unusually strong flavor, but in the best way.I did the create your own omelet with sausage, American cheese, tomatoes, onion and green peppers. I couldn't have asked for a better omelet, with the perfect mix of ingredients, as well as the right amount of hash browns and toast. I like a little of everything in each forkful and that was no problem with this meal. Both omelets were fluffy and big, causing my friend to ask if the cook was using ostrich eggs. He wasn't, they were just big eggs bought down the road. The place is cozy, with no more than a dozen tables. We loved the paintings by local artists adorning the walls, as well as clever signs. The ambience is both cheerful and thought provoking, with a picture set that brought to mind the world tree and another painting with the word "gratitude" deconstructed - very cool!We especially liked the door at the back leading to a sink and possibly food prep. It was the door from an old bank vault, something that always intrigues me.We'll surely be back, probably to try something off the lunch menu despite how much we enjoy breakfast at 2pm. Ok, decent chance I'll get a breakfast skillet next time, but I'd like to think I'll try a wrap.Wheelchair accessibility: There were both stairs and a ramp, providing the option to wheel into the diner.

Food was fresh and well prepared, included fresh microgreens grown in house. Small diner space was full of unique art and plants, wonderful space very unique to the small town where its located, very worth the drive from where we were visiting. Will definitely return if we are in the area again. Enjoyed chatting with the chef/owner. Great food, generous portions.Dietary restrictions: My companion has many food allergies, and the chef created a wonderful combo that fitl within his needs.

We’ve been coming to the diner for years. Always great food and service. The addition of the diner grown micro greens is pretty cool. My wife put her Shawarma up there with one of the best she’s ever had. Place appears to be under new ownership but that hasn’t changed the quality and friendly small town service. Make sure you bring cash as it’s only accepted.

Happened to notice that this little restaurant existed on my way home from a trip into Mount Pleasant. It has a clean, artistic and fresh atmosphere. The little place was packed full but service was on point and friendly. The food was quick and homemade. I had the best breakfast wrap I had eaten in my life. The wrap was filled with corned beef hash, lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and more. It was so delicious and the portion was enough for me to have leftovers, which was rare.Dietary restrictions: Offered corned beef hash as an alternative to pork based breakfast meats which is uncommon but a delight because I am intolerable to pork. This would also be an approved place for a Muslim diet.Kid-friendliness: It is a family restaurant and many kid approved meal options.

The food was absolutely incredible!! I'm not normally a fan of pancakes and I did not order them. My friend did, though, and I was immediately jealous as they smelled absolutely amazing. Instead, I ordered the Eggs Timmy - it's like eggs Benedict but fried egg and corned beef hash instead. Delicious!!!! The artwork was also very neat and was done by the head chef.Cash only so be ready to pay with actual monies and be prepared for a line since it's a small building. If you like food and flavor, come to Roz's Diner.

Stumbled into this local gem amid all the chains and pubs along the highways. It was refreshingly cozy and colorful inside, nice music, good tea selection, racks of fresh micro greens, and a very personable server.Kid-friendliness: Coloring materials were appreciated. Booster seat and high chair too.

They are incapable of making bad food here. Everything is fresh and anything you pick off of the menu will be delicious. It all started with Eggs Timothy and I was hooked. I love going here, but you have to go early to beat the breakfast and church crowd! One of my favorite places to eat.

My best friend and I were on a trip to buy a new (used) stove. Afterwards we decided to stop at Roz's diner for a late breakfast. We ordered coffee, received our menus, and had instant 'sticker' shock~$3.00 for a cup of coffee!?! Worse than that, the cheapest breakfast meal was $10.00, and they were charging $15.00 for 3 dollar sized pancakes! We paid for our coffee and left! So unless you don't mind breaking your piggy bank to eat a small breakfast, I recommend eating somewhere else.Parking: Parking was not easy, there were few spots, and we had to go around the block twice trying to find a parking spot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, but it's very steep, and the space inside was cramped, I wouldn't recommend trying to get a wheelchair or scooter inside.

We found this little place on a fall color tour last week. The food was excellent and Chris did a little extra with the addition of microgreens from his on-site greenhouse. We will definitely return on our next trip near Mount Pleasant. It made our whole excursion a little more special.
