Forgot to ask the gentleman for his name, but he was very helpful in directing my wife and I when we were looking for ingredients for Swedish meatballs and we couldn't remember what all they were. Thanks again for your help!! We'll see you next summer, too cold for camping, Lost Valley Campground closes for winter end of October. Until next summer folks

Very expensive. I feel for the ones that live there and have no choice. Fortunately, we don't live there.

Rose City does is not a Metropolis, so you have to keep your perspective when shopping here. I did find that the store had a lot of what everyone needs and that is what is important. Even though it was a busy day when I was in, the staff were friendly and helpful and did not just try to avoid the customers as a lot of people do at big box stores, so that was a huge plus. Will I shop there again, sure, but at the same time, I am not a frequent flyer.

When I walked in I undoubtfully smelled this weird odor in the air. I cannot pinpoint what exactly it smelled like. The produce department was lacking in selection. I just needed a potato and I had to buy a 4 pack resulting in me making no choice other then hash browns for breakfast the next morning. Moving on to the meat department I found what I needed and Andy was a great help! Highly recommend this location. Fast and E.Z!

Been shopping here since I was a toddler. I'll always know this place as Glen's. They're your average small-town market and have anything you could need in terms of fresh groceries. They have a nice selection of products and often have some good sales going on! Never had a bad experience here.

Rose City Family Fare is a great place to shop. You are greeted when you come through the door and the service is helpful and friendly. They have fair prices, especially compared to other local stores. Because it's located in a small town, they don't always have some of the items found in a city grocery with a more diverse clientele BUT will order any items that you are willing to purchase. It is clean, well-stocked, and maintained.

I went in to get some eggs, and bread. The eggs were $6.69 for 18 and $4.49 for a dozen. These were Family Fare eggs. A woman was there stocking the eggs and I asked "why are these eggs priced so high! She just said "prices on everything is high" I put them back. Well... we went to Lewiston to the Family Fare and they were $3.39 for 18 eggs the same day!!!! What's up with that!!!

Love our little towns grocery store. Staff is always friendly and helpful. It's easy to tell when visitors are here from out of town because certain items are wiped out. Cheaper than Walmart when it comes to time and gas, and sales are good.

Good place to get groceries if you're camping in the area. Prices are fair. Produce was good quality. Cashiers get you out quick. I stop here every time I'm camping at the Rifle River Recreation Area. They always have what I need so I never pack grocery items and instead just stop here and pick them up after setting up camp.

Staff is helpful. I like the prices. More reasonable than Walmart or Meijer. Shelves are stacked.

Good for last minute items, pricey and feels old. Employee at the checkout had no emotion or personable communication. Idk why the store still looks old and in the need of a face-lift in this time of competition.

While I'm happy that this store is here, it sure does break the bank. Milk was pushing $4 for a gallon and it wasn't a special brand that only the stores in the boonies would carry. There's a great selection of items - think a shrunken down Kroger (non-Marketplace stores anyway), but I try to avoid overspending.

Absolutely the most overpriced grocery store I've ever seen even in California these prices are $2 to $2.50 above every other store Walmart Kroger I have price them out multiple times who wants to pay $7 for a half a gallon of ice cream really and who wants to pay $6 for a gallon of milk when they're a dollar 29 anywhere else

The people working there are great, the prices are higher, but it makes sense because they are trying to stay afloat in a small town. I do a lot of my small shopping here and go to walmart to really stock up. I am glad to have a grocery store in town though.

Nice clean well-organize store but the prices are high. They have a very small produce section. They have a gluten free bread that I can't find anywhere else and it's delicious (tapioca bread).

A bit disorganized for a grocery store, with the aisles changing direction for no apparent reason. It's a small store as grocers go with the corisponding low selection. Good for quick shopping trips if you want to avoid a trip to Walmart.

Since they have taken over for Glenns, the quality has gone down, the prices WAY up and 1 cashier with 8 people standing in line. The trip to west branch became more palatable when family fare came to town...

Always a great place to shop. I've been going to this location for nearly 25+ years, since our cabin was built. Always my grocery stop when we get into town!

Its selection might not be as large as a big city modern grocery store with a sushi bar and a coffee shop but they always have the right amount of cashiers to make checking out reasonably fast.
