The things I could say about the staff here could go on and on. I called for the first time and spoke with Molly we are from Ohio and hadn’t had a vet yet. Unfortunately my dog was very old and it was time to say goodbye. Molly was so kind when she set up my appointment. I was in tears and she was calm and patient. The vet tech and vet at the appointment showed compassion and made my girls last moment as comfortable as possible she loved the cheese they gave her. They gave my family and I all the time we needed and the vet tech made me a beautiful paw print that she took her time on. I had chose not to get her ashes but I quickly regretted and called I spoke with Susie again in tears and she said she would try and get them for me. She was patient and understanding and prompt calling me back within minutes to say she was able to get it done. This was an extremely hard moment in my life and the team here showed compassion and kindness . I can’t thank them enough. You made saying goodbye to our sweet Payton easier.

Took my healthy 14 yr old standard poodle told vet I didn’t want him to have any vaccines besides rabies and any very important shots. He gave him 4 extra vaccines. He was rude. Took my dogs to different room for this! 3days later my dog stopped eating vomiting whatever he would eat, had diarrhea, became very disoriented!! I had to have a vet come to my home to euthanize my dog!I’ve had standards for 30 years. I wouldn’t take a sick rat there. Corporation owns it and only care about bottom line. Be aware.

All 4 of my girls have been in to see everyone at Roscommon Vet. They have taken EXCELLENT CARE of them all. Even had to take my boyfriends dog in cause she decided to try and be friends with a porcupine. They did GREAT, taking them all out. Recently, I had to put 2 of my girls down, and they were both happy to see their friends up there. They all do a FANTASTIC job and made it comfortable for us both. Thank you all for caring for them both since puppies, the card, and their paw prints. They both will always be loved and missed ! I recommend you to all my family and friends.Well, it's September 6th, 2022, and I had to put another one of my girls to rest. The staff here are hands down the BEST. All my 4 girls have been going here since I had them. Bess had bad hips, but she held on until she could not bear a lot of weight on them. I started noticing she was dragging her back legs. The Vets here took Great care of her throughout her life. Thank you all So Much.!! She will always be loved and missed !! And they are always in my heart. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL OF YOU AT ROSCOMMON VET!!!!Update...February 28th,2023I just want to start off by THANKING EVERYONE of you at Roscommon Vet. I had to put down my last fur girl, my BABY GIRL BELLA. She was 13 years old, survived breast cancer, and had diabetes. She ended up blind and breast cancer ended up coming back and took her. You will forever be missed and LOVED my girl. Roscommon Vet has taken GREAT CARE OF ALL 4 OF MY GIRLS !! Thank you all for caring for them like they were your own. If I ever get another one, you bet I will be taking them there.UPDATE. Well, here is Autumn. I got her in September of 2023. She is my girl (I miss my other girls badly). She had an infection between her paws due to an ingrown hair that bothered her. Then, shortly after that went away, she got bit by something, and her snout was all swollen. Again, the staff here was AWESOME. They took great care of her. It's the only place I take, my girls. Thank you, Roscommon Vet !!! I appreciate EVERYTHING you have done for all my fur babies.

I never write reviews but I had to take the time and write one on this vet.. it was an Amazing experience! My dog is very much afraid of vets after his last horrible encounter with a vet in traverse city. They took their time to make him comfortable, they were very friendly, informative, and helpful!! This will be the only vet I go to from here on out! That is a guarantee! 💯

I've taken my animals here since I was a kid. They take great care and are great at getting them in when they are sick. They are a little pricey but they have worked with me a few times when I didn't have all the money. Pictured is Diva 2, Onyx 5months

Had an urgent situation while away from home with my dog. Staff and doctors were and amazing at squeezing us in and providing excellent care for my girl. She is on the mend now! My baby girl on the left resting peacefully and her little brother keeping watch. 💙

Dr. Minkel, Dr. Fairbanks, Susie, Lori and the whole team (I wish I had everybody's name) have taken such good care of our boys since moving to Michigan a year-and-a-half ago. I am -- what some might call -- an enthusiastic doggy momma and every member of this team has taken time to answer my questions (no matter how silly), address my concerns and truly care about my family, every single time I have reached out to them. On top of phenomenal care, they offer excellent pricing. I wholeheartedly recommend this veterinary office. This is a very special place.

Wonderful place. We are up north and our cat got sick. They fit us in that day and spent a lot of time talking about options. Very caring and a wonderful staff. Never seen us before but they made us feel like we had been there many times. Highly recommend.

This place totally sucks! This place is awful! I went to this place with my dog who is still sick they ran all sorts of tests and then told me to follow my dog around and collect a stool sample and bring it back. The charged me $350.00 and did nothing for my dog. Didn't get called back with any results of the tests. When they charged me I gave them I believe $210.00 cash and then handed them my credit card and told them to take the rest off it. They came back to me and handed me a receipt that showed a split charge between cash and debit and paid in full. A few days later I get a call and I'm thinking these must be the results of the testing. Nope! They never cared enough about me or my dog to reach out to me with the results of my dogs tests. They had realized supposedly that their credit card machine must have malfunctioned or something and never took the money off my card they say. I then go to check my balance so that I can pay them but this was like a week later and I didn't have enough money to survive and pay them. So I said I will have to pay you at a later date because I am on a job and I have been to the vet 4 times with this dog and no one is fixing him. No one seems to care enough to observe him and it has all been money down the drain. They didnt give me any answers they didn't follow up wit results they didn't fix my dog they didn't do anything except take my money. I shouldn't have paid them anything. Now my dog is really sick from the same existing condition and I am going to have to find a 3rd vet and spend a bunch of money I don't have again. This place and the grayling animal hospital are owned by the same crooks whoever they are. Save your money and hang on to your receipt because I got a thing in the mail that said that they were going to send collections after me. They didn't even do anything for my dog! Good thing I have a receipt that shows I paid in full. They don't care about your pet. They care about your money.

They went over and above to get my cat in. He had been avoiding walking on his right rear leg (possibly broken). Turned out to just be a sprain but RVC was very caring and thorough. We went ahead and got his vaccines while there. I was pretty surprised it didn't cost an arm and/or leg. Very reasonable. Will use again when/if necessary.

The office girls are so helpful and friendly. The vet tech was new but she was very good with my unfriendly cat and was very knowledgeable. The vet was very through and explained everything. Love that place!!!

Took in my 2 dogs for check up, blood work, and Simparica Trio. All staff were very pleasant and really put my fur babies first. Yes it cost a good amount, but not over priced. The medication price was comparable to getting them from Walmart Pet Pharmacy. This is now my Go To for my fur babies.

This place from the time you call to the time you walk out the door has your babies and customer service to a tee!! It's beyond refreshing to see a vet office operate so well. They took my fur kids in quickly as needed!! I can't thank the entire staff enough!! It's worth the drive to me!! Highly recommend!! 😺🐶

My small dog, Rolo was attacked by a big dog. He had holes through his skin.We live 200 miles away.We called 7 veterinary clinics and none would see him.Except Roscommon Vet. They are very caring nice people , they fixed Rolo. God Bless all the workers at Roscommon Veterinary .

Roscommon Vet always fits me in no matter what. Dr. Busser and Dr. Fairbanks are so nice. They are taking care of my Boy Gunner right now cause he has lymphoma. they are so caring. I can’t even begin to tell you how compassionate and caring they both are. Colleen is an awesome Vet Tech as well. She kisses my dog and is just so wonderful. I really appreciate them so much. They are always there every time I need them. Thank you Roscommon Vet ❤️ We just brought Gunner to get put to sleep and they all greeted us with hugs and just a compassionate staff. I'd go again! Never been there. Squeezed me in. Didnt judge. Respectful and informative. Kept animals separated well. Price was lower than expected. Visit, pain relief, antiobiotics, and a rabies vax $170. Gave me treatment options. In and out in less than an hour. Good follow up instructions. Doc was a little quick but hey my cat was being seen so can't complain.

Great place for people with money. I Love my Dog, but I'm looking at $1,500.00 for a tooth to be removed. 'Surgical? Or not? Even simple extraction is $350.00 and up!! But Everyone Deserves to be paid for their time, and expertise. They seem to take very good care of your dog.
