They called to let me know my prescriptions were ready and I got there 20 minutes after, and the Pharmacist on duty said they were closed and wouldn’t give me my prescriptions. I was just released from the hospital and he didn’t care! I will never have my prescriptions filled here again and I will tell everyone I know! Never seen anything like it! They are about as bad as McDonalds anymore!

I never have problems at the pharmacy, but the new pharmacy manager is extremely rude. My mom came in to get my prescriptions and the pharmacy was closed for lunch, but she could hear the pharmacy manager complaining on her phone very loudly about the techs she was working with. The techs returned from lunch and had to ask repeatedly for the pharmacist to open the door to let them in, which she did, but then left the pharmacy and walked around the store on her personal phone continuing to complain about them loudly. All the time they waited for her to open the door, they had to hear her complaining about them. Very unprofessional. The techs at this location are very hard working. I will continue to get my medications for the time being but this lady is driving people away. My mom came back in and asked for the corporate number to which the pharmacy manager replied “why?” and sent her to the front. She knew why.

Worst pharmacy ever. I have a special needs child who is 18 and can't talk and he cant write his name they asked him to sign and I said ma'am hes autistic and can't sign his signature. She said well hes over 18 he needs to sign you cant sign his signature for him cause he's over 18 hes just being stupid. I said EXCUSE ME HE'S AUTISTIC HOW RUDE YOU TREATED HIM LIKE THIS. IM GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE. They don't appreciate special needs who can't talk or write

Unfortunately this pharmacy is completely unreliable and understaffed. Multiple occasions in which my family has waited DAYS for prescriptions to be filled. As I write this we are sitting in the drive through waiting for an order that was due yesterday, came in to pick it up at 4 today, told to come back in 15 minutes and 1 1/2 hrs later we are still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous when these are medications that people require to maintain their health. I understand an occasional problem or delay but this is an every time occurrence, this will be our last time using them.

Terrible experience. Walked in and three workers were behind the counter. All looked at me and continued their conversation. No greeting or anything. Workers stood around and talked while I was slipping on the wet floors right in front of the register. The store was cleaning their floors that night, which is no problem, but puddles were all over the store. No wet floor signs were displayed. Not impressed. A year ago the store was spotless and the staff treated customers with respect. Can’t say the same under this new management.

Our small town pharmacy closed this summer and by default we were all switched to Rite aid in Roscommon. I have tried to stick it out and wait for this pharmacy to get things straightened out with all the new customers this business clearly isn't used to handling. This month was my final visit, new pharmacist and A LOT more training for pharmacy technicians are needed before this pharmacy will be successful. I will be driving to a nearby town just to avoid this pharmacy.

When we moved here in 2019 this was one of the best Rite aid stores around. Now the pharmisist's change every week and they seem confused. Why is it so hard to have a dedicated person on the register? My god they run around like chickens with thier heads cut off. I understand the merger from the other pharmacy They just need to get organized. I like Rite aid and these people seem nice.

Terrible pharmacy. Called yesterday to confirm I could get a booster shot after work. Was told they were available and open until 8. Showed up at 6:30 and was told I had to come back following day. Three people behind that counter and zero customers. Completely unacceptable. Already have tomorrow off for recovery, so a half hour drive to Walmart it is. Called customer service already, but feeling very Karen about all this, so decided to do a rare review. Get your act together Roscommon rite aid pharmacists!!!

Never again will I waste my time at this pharmacy. Rude, slow and in the case of the pharmacy techs, untrained or just uncaring, although that might be said of the pharmacist of the day as well. I'm glad that a new pharmacy will be opening in late winter here in Roscommon, so they won't be the only one in town. Some competition might force Rite Aid to clean up their act, but I'm not holding my breath. From reading other reviews, Rite Aid corp knows that there are massive issues at this store, but are doing nothing about it.

I’ve never been so disappointed with a pharmacy. The service is incredibly slow. People in the waiting room leave in frustration they take so long. My daughter needed an antibiotic and it’s been 24 hours and it still isn’t available yet for pickup. The pharmacy is so behind - they need another one or two pharmacists working here or something. They say an Rx will be ready by a certain time, but it’s not. Will definitely be avoiding this pharmacy in the future.

I'm shocked at the rating that this rite aid has. The people in the pharmacy are always so rude. I now remember why I switched pharmacies in the first place. I'm sure if the rating was just for the pharmacy and not the whole store the would only have one or two stars. Not nice or respectful people that work in the pharmacy at this Rite Aid.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever done business with. I've been trying for 1 week to get an ADHD med for my son and then after one week they give me the old one that didn't work. The one he needed had to have a prior aurorization, which they never called the doctor about. Not to mention when you have to wait up to an hour in the drive thru, just to find out it's not ready yet. Then you go back 2 hours after they say it will be ready, only to find out it's not ready. I so miss Pioneer, from now on I will go out of town for my prescriptions. I wish anyone luck going there!

This place is a dumpster fire, they know it (see all previous reviews and comments), and are doing nothing to rectify it. They were unable to fill my daughter's prescription, and I cannot get ahold of anyone in the pharmacy to have the script transfered. Don't have medication sent there that you need filled in the next 6 months because they won't be able to help you.

If I could give it no stars I would. Rob the Manager was very rude when I called to enquire about western union. At one point he said 'my my my" as if I was stupid after he assumed I was calling family fair liars because I wanted him to double check something for me. I will never go in there again.

The guy pharmacist will not answer the phone, he wants people to come see him. Called four times in one day trying to get an answer if they actually got a prescription refilled. Reported to corporate office.... There needs to be changes made her, very poor customer service.

I’ve always been real happy with the staff at rite aid in Roscommon,but today I pulled up to the drive thru and Tiffany approached the window like I was bothering her.She has a very poor personality!I like coming to the Roscommon rite aid but if I have to deal with her attitude one more time I’ll go elsewhere
