There are the worst prices I have ever seen, 26.98 for 30lbs of propane. They price basically by convenience, they don’t care about the consumer. Just whatever makes more profit…. I will be advocating for people to boycott and bring awareness to a corporate bully that thinks they can push prices up for more profits and Personal gains, I was a long time customer, I don’t mind paying a little extra, but when the price sky rockets and keeps going up, they have forced my hand and lost a valued customer over over-inflated prices that make no sense besides that they’re the only hardware store located in the area and that makes them more of a convenience to the locals that would have to travel outta town just to get basic hardware supplies. corporate office deserves to be called out for there inflated prices that were already set way too high in the first place

Staff Rocks. We went there just before closing and instead of complaining they were happy to help us (time did not seam to matter to them) they did joke about if we were still in there after closing that we would have to help stock shelves. Love that kind of attitude!

Awesome store. Owner is great guy. I had to go get a big job box for work. The one I wanted rang up wrong. It was more then what the sticker said. The owner insisted I take it at the wrong price. It was not off by just a little either. Customer service is great. It can cost a little more for some things. That's due to being in small town. I would rather pay a little more, and support our local businesses. Rather then give it to home depot or somewhere else.

Wow!! I was really bummed that the Roscommon Hardware moved after a million years in town.. but to my surprise I was happy I drove out to their new location!! 3X (at least) the size and packed with all kinds of neat stuff!! I needed 1 thing and ended up spending close to $50 on all sorts of handy stuff. Really impressive and will definitely go back on a regular basis 😊

I walked in to buy a $30 router and walked out with a $170 porter cable router. I was shown how to use it in the store and have been using it ever since, I’m so glad I didn’t buy a cheap plastic tool. Prices are fair, products are top of the line, the service is the best. Build happy!!

This place has everything, I can't see myself leaving to go to home Depot for anything other than lumber at this point. Thanks village hardware for having such a selection and good prices to go along with it. And thank you Heidi for helping me out with the paint selection.

Overpriced, walked out.Walked out after bringing a kids sled to the counter and was rung up for 69 bucks.This was not a heavy duty ice fishing or hunting sled, it had a picture of 2 children on the sticker, it was just a kids sled.I bought one a day later at "major brand hardware store" for 20 bucks.I love supporting my local businesses, but i need my local business to not try and rob me every time i walk thru the door.I'm not coming back unless I'm in desperate need of something, I'll just figure they're 400% overpriced on everything.

Wow, I'm really impressed with all the smiling faces here.You guys are all so kind and truly knowledgeable about all things Hardware. The cashier girl is always so incredibly helpful when I come in with nearly indecipherable lists from my boss (who now thinks his secretary is a hardware genius thanks to the folks here ;). Kudos to this place.. there never has been a request on our behalf that they couldnt decipher and fulfill!

I stopped to buy some Weber Grill disposable alum drip pans yesterday.They come in a pak of 10. The price was 10.99 plus tax. I have not bought them in a year or two. But I thought that the price was excessive, and mentioned it to the clerk who helped me locate them. Typical answer that all metal items are going up in price. When I returned home, I check other places to buy them. Yes, they are more than they previously were. $8.49

This place has saved me so much time and major money so far instead of going with some contractor that would break me so to speak. I always have something going on or some kind of project that needs to be either looked at or taken of somehow. Recently, from my perspective, they saved me even more from a rickety latter.
