Friendly staff, well stocked, clean store. Very easy to find location. Look for deals during the off seasons, or just before the next season. When I recently visited two different locations I found leather purses, quality wallets, and decent quality backpacks that were all originally marked for $15-20, and they were all marked down to one dollar or less! Edit.. it is not 6 mo tha later and I wish I could raise the rating. The staff here are such incredible human beings. I wish I could remember all of their names but Dee in particular is a stand out employee.

Ever since the remodel it seems like they are taking better care of the store. there is little to no clutter like before. I love the expansion of the coolers and the fact they now carry fresh fruits and veggies. The Staff are normally cheerful unlike a select few at times, but we all have bad days more than some I suppose.

I like their products, and they are convenient. Up until a couple years ago I'd have given 5 stars. However, they have no back storage room. So the aisles are literally filled and blocked with carts of overstock that isn't put away and you can barely get yourself down the aisles, let alone a shopping cart.

Honestly, the store is always very cluttered and dirty. I can't believe that the CEO would allow this dollar general store to represent their company. Staff is hit and miss. Some days very nice, other days too busy talking to each other to give the customer any respect. I'm not sure what's up with this store, but the family dollar is always clean. Step it up employees. Be proud of where you work and show your customers you respect them enough to provide a clean, safe store to shop in. I try to keep most of my business locally, but I'm no longer going to shop here if it's not cleaned up. I keep trying to give them a chance, but every time I go in there it's REALLY filthy. Managers, hold your employees accountable. I'm sorry to have to give a review like this, but it's the truth. Live and learn...just keep it clean.

I shop here on the regular and I love it. But recently, I went in here with the worst case of indigestion and one of the gals took the time to help me pick something out and it really did the trick! Just what I needed on a bad day.

Poorly managed location. Store is dirty and not well stocked at all. Seems to always be ample time for multiple smoke breaks outside but never enough to fill shelves or to occasionally sweep the floor.

Went in to buy banana peppers because our local family fare was out. When I went in the shelves were bare. I noticed they had freight in front of the drinks (always like this) so I figured I’d ask if they had any in the back. I went up front, one of the cashiers was leaving so I asked the other woman behind the counter, she had to pull out her headphones to talk to me (why do you have headphones on behind the counter where you’re supposed to be helping customers?) she told me exact words “I’m not looking in the back it’s filled back there we just got a truck yesterday” You need to either hire more people so you can get your freight out (you’re losing money by stuff not being on the shelves) or hire some more motivated workers 🤦‍♀️ Incident happened on 07-19-20 at approximately 5:05pm.

Terrible, store very cluttered. Not just this visit but the last 3. Also, very long line, a other cashier came after 10 minutes. The line became just a women ahead of me and myself. That cashier left. The lady ahead of me had to be checked out twice. The line became very long again. The other cashier was finally called back. I was in li e a total of 25 minutes for 2 items. I will not be back.

They had a shipment today so all shipping carts were in aisles. And still some shelf items were empty or something else in its place. Definitely not going on a Saturday morning again.

The manager Becky and the other girls and the young man who works here are wonderful people always willing to help me out in anyway. I love shopping at this location,almost on a daily basis...LOL.Great products and food at great prices. I always find little diddy's I can't live without!

Dollar General has the lowest price in the village for our daily bread ( white and wheat )when shopping for the lowest price, the list breaks down like this, BP for milk and black cherry ice cream, Dollar General for bread , and Family Dollar for everything else. Family Fare has high prices. Since they carry the only fresh fruit and produce in town, eating healthy is less likely to be affordable for poor folk like me. I wish healthy choices were more accessible and encouraged by low prices or better yet no prices at all ,after all, pricing our needs costs us our lives.Why do we need to earn a living? Aren't we already alive? 😀 Food doesn't charge money ,but greedy people do, we shouldn't pay for anything that machine automation can produce for us. I could drone on all day about freeing humanity, seriously, how did humanity let it's enslaving happen and can we please stop it? Money is only paper, humanity is the real product we should be producing for a living. We need to Populate the Universe or we will pay for it ultimately becoming Extinct. I simply see and tell the truth , you can't grow a human tree of life or accomplish anything if compensate for it, it becomes null. Doesn't logic, or reason, state so obvious our purpose is to live. That Life must Live, we have a name address and phone number, these are the inalienable rights that must be addressed ,and named it is as my ,to you this hour ,now Our calling. I love you , live ,I see you as myself , another me , see me too. thanks

A very amazing place to visit quality merchandise, always greeted with a smile and a friendly face and great service by all the workers there the ladies do a beautiful beautiful and wonderful job there they have nice merchandise there but honestly it's the people that work there make it worth going to that make the shopping experience all worthwhile

I always wear a mask due to COVID-19, out of respect for others in case I am ASYMPTOMATIC so that I do not make anyone ill. Many people choose NOT to wear a mask because of many reasons - MOST NOT a valid reason.HOWEVER - I do EXPECT the employees to wear a mask at LEAST when with a customer. The woman today was coughing and did NOT turn her face away OR cough into her elbow. Instead, she coughed into her hand several times, NEVER sanitized her hand and then handed me my receipt!Yes, there is a screen between the cashier and customer but it has definitely been proven that the droplets from coughing or sneezing SPREAD very far! This is very inconsiderate of that particular employee and I will NOT return to this Dollar Store ever again!

Good selection and location. Understaffed and so therefore slow. Cashier who checked me out is very friendly but needs to learn to talk and scan at the same time so line doesn't build up. Lol thanks guys!

The staff is very friendly that's the reason why I gave it three stars. They should really change their name though there's nothing in there that's $1 oh, it's not a dollar store it's overpriced garbage from China. But unfortunately in the small town of Roscommon you're limited and what you can find.

I don't shop there, but was with a friend. I've been in there a lot, and every time the place is so messy, stuff everywhere. The Isles are full of stuff. They do have some things that family Dollar don't have, but I will always shop family Dollar.

Very messy, cluttered, dirty. Employees not very familiar with coupon policy. Hard to get knowledgeable help from the employees. Ptolly will not go back to this store agsin

Too much congestion in the aisles with restocking items. Most concerning was the absence of mask-wearing by employees! Nearly all customers wore them! Our Governor has mandated wearing masks and employees should comply while we are in the middle of a pandemic.

A great store to pick up greeting cards, plastic ware, containers, holiday stuff. Check their sales ads you might find something you wanted or need for cheap!
