What a wonderful day on the lake! B & B felt like a little hidden gem, all the staff and owners and Kona (owner dog) were extremely friendly and helpful for our day. The boat was a Bennington (wow!) with a capable 90hp outboard. Super easy (cart to carry your stuff, refuel as you return your boat) and straightforward process. Will be returning for our next visit on the lake!

The young ladies r soo nice n helpful. We keep coming back. We have been three times already since last yr. They also have great prices. More than Half the price than torch lake which wants 50$ for SUP for two hrs. Kayak is 10$ a hr..SUP is cheep too think it was 15 or 20$ for two hrs. Water so clear. We were suppose to come back next day to get jet ski but had to rush back home for a Dr appointment I almost forgot about. Will def b back again this summer. Our favorite place to go. Nice lil town friendly.😁

Highly Recommend!! Great place with lots of options of boat rental and equipment, available for use all day. They have a small gift shop with lots of nice items, recommend looking through for a souvenir. Service is very friendly and helpful, from calling on the phone to even after using services, loved that! As stated in other reviews, price of gas is expensive, they charge for how much you’ve used at their price so expect close to $200 in gas usage for a days activities (10am-5pm), all in your own control though on what activities you use equipment for and how much gas you use. Plenty of parking available on site and areas for hanging out and relaxing before/after a day of boating. Recommend using B&B for all your needs, you will have an awesome time!

I had a fantastic experience at B & B SPORT CENTER and MARINA. The staff, especially the girls who run the shop, were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They always managed to get us the perfect boat or jet ski, and their prices were reasonable, making it an affordable choice for outdoor enthusiasts like me.What truly stood out was their commitment to both customers and the environment. Great spot, great staff, great day. Rented a pontoon at a fair price for the day, the experience was great from the time we checked in until we docked back up. The boys on the dock were very helpful (tip them if you can) and the pontoon ran great for a day of tubing and swimming. Highly, highly recommend - will be back next year.

We rented a pontoon for 1 day during Labor Day weekend. The process was easy, all staff members were nice and patient, and I appreciated that they still had some inventory available just a couple weeks away from one of the busiest weekends of summer. I also loved that they had wagons available to haul all personal items to and from your car to the boat. My only constructive feedback is that I would have hoped for a boat in a bit better condition, aesthetically. It was completely functional and operated without issues, which is most important. However, it was an older model and had obviously been in heavy use for several years. All the seats and cushioned areas needed reupholstering. It was clean, but the cushions and seats were pretty stained from mold/grime and there were quite a few tears. Nevertheless, I still would have rather had the use of this boat than none at all!

Our family usually goes out to torch lake but decided to try out Higgins this year. B & B made the rental process easy I booked online and everything was all set. They have a large fleet of boats and other rentals so I would suggest arriving about 20 minutes before you plan to depart to get checked in and anything you’re taking with you on to the boat. The lake was absolutely beautiful. The boat we rented did end up having some issues unfortunately but the owners went above and beyond to make it up to us which was really appreciated. The customer service provided is top tier. The gift shop is full of a lot of cool merchandise that all looked of good quality. My favorite part of the day was meeting the owners dog Kona I think its name was. Love the family friendly environment 10/10 will rent again.

Great place. We rented a pontoon here and it was in excellent condition overall. The process was fast an easy. They know and explain the layout of the lake very well. I wouldn't even consider shopping around if I even rent another boat on South Higgins Lake.

This is great place to rent a pontoon and tube if you wanna spend the day on Lake Higgins. The staff is very professional and helpful. Boat was really nice and clean. They have 90 hp pontoons. I wish they had 150 or 250 hp. If you want to pull tube, you would rather prefer little stronger motor.

This place has their stuff together. There was a few customers in front of me and I thought it was gonna take a long time. The boys at the end of the dock really know their stuff and got us on the boat as fast as possible. Austin was amazing showing me around the boat. The girls at the front counter were amazing as well. Did their job well and efficient. The gift shop has one of the best selections of Higgins like shirts.

Beautiful place to vacation! Water was so clear and my boys LOVED that it was so shallow for quite a ways so they could play on the beach/dock! I personally LOVED the variety of apparel and wanted to take all of it home!!

Very disappointed. The seams on the corners of all the cushions were massively split where you could see the padding inside, the light pole was broken and dangling, and the radio did not work at all. We have rented here multiple times in the past and never got this poor quality before. Upon bringing this to their attention, we were told that it was because we brought a dog, and this is their “dog boat”. However, we have brought our dog each time we’ve rented here in the past and never gotten this poor of a boat before. We pay an extra fee each time we bring him, and are liable for damages he may cause, so to be given an 8 year old boat of such bad quality while still paying $500 plus gas, is a shame. We thought we had found a partner for all our Higgins Lake rentals, but unfortunately, we will be looking elsewhere.

Great place to deal with. We rented a 17' fishing boat. Price was fair. Staff was very nice. Will go back here next time. Way better to deal with than the State Park Rental Store.

Very easy boat rental and quick in/out. However, there was definitely water in the pontoon log on the passenger side prior to us taking it out. They didn't charge us for it or anything, but it definitely slowed us down and eats into the gas efficiency.

The pontoon was fairly new, clean and came with all necessary life vests (including appropriate child vests) and mooring buoy. We did have a problem with the ignition switch. We called and a technician came out to our location and corrected the problem. Very pleasant marina and service personnel.

We have rented pontoon boats from B&B the last 3 years after we sold our boat. We love renting as it’s easy & affordable with a small group. They are right on the lake & on the north side where we usually camp. Boats are in good shape & the staff is friendly!

Great spot and lots of things to buy and can get gas right on the water pull right up. It's just very expensive for gas, the gas was 7 dollars a gallon..other wise lots to by with shirts tee-shirt and Souvenirs and boat stuff plus they rent boats out.

My friend and I stopped here so I could look in their marina shop for some souvenirs shirts (they had a great collection)! The woman at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and she also helped us with a last minute tandem kayak rental! Great customer service here, we enjoyed our visit!

3rd year in a row of our annual work pontoon party. We rent two boats for the afternoon (16 of us) and it has been perfect all three years. Boats are clean and in good condition. Check-in process is seamless and quick along with the turn-in.1st class all the way!!!

This was my family's first time vacationing at North Higgins lake and the staff at the marina was fantastic!!! We bought some clothing and rented a pontoon boat for the day,the ladies were very friendly and polite the guy's on the dock was also polite and friendly explaining every thing needed for a fun day on the lake,once out on the lake we discovered the tube we rented wasn't suitable for our daughter so we called the marina and asked if we could exchange our tube for a different one and they didn't hesitate and said sure just bring the other back and we we're good to go I would recommend these guys for sure,I will not hesitate to use them again, thanks guys for going the extra mile

One of our favorite things to do is a pontoon ride from our cabin at the south basin up to B&B to check out the latest lake swag and catch up with Greg. Another successful venture yesterday. We rent a pontoon for a day in August from B&B, and have done so for the last 3 summers. It has become one of the top activities the kids look forward to every summer. Nice people, and the boats are always in great shape. Good value.

They have been so terrific that I have never bought a boat. I just go to B&B and they will always have a well maintained, gassed up boat waiting for me at the dock. The service and convenience couldn't be easier. I can choose the size boat, hours I want to use it, and return it when I'm done. No maintenance or storage. There is a nice gift shop with supplies if you need them. If you are like me and only get on the water a few times a year, B&B is the way to go!
