The pharmacy staff here are wonderful.The pharmacist Patricia will call if there's any issue such as insurance not covering the full amount or a delay in filling a prescription.They'll readily contact other pharmacies or your doctors office too (although some docs are slow or don't call back).I've gotten shots here and the staff are very accommodating and the injections relatively painless :-)Even when the online system can't do what I need, I have called and pharmacy staff handled it for me.I think CVS does a great job choosing pharmacists because the previous pharmacist Jim was also just as helpful and personable.Now Patricia and her techs still give great friendly, professional service.My family has been coming here over 25 years. This CVS location is a gem.By the way, there are some other health care and beauty products that that I've needed and this location stocks a good variety.That's on top of the variety of little helpful things like magazines, gadgets, and party items.Oh, and they take good photo ID pics too! Better than the Secretary of State. LOL

Worst service ever. Will not go bavk to this storeI use CVS for everything including all prescriptions. This store is one of my least favorite to go to. The pharmacy is not the best and the store is really starting to look junky.

Very disappointed in my experience at the pharmacy two days ago. My daughter had just had oral surgery and the surgeon sent in prescriptions for an antibiotic and a few hydrocodone pills for pain. They filled the antibiotic but said there is a manufacturer shortage of pain meds and couldn't fill it. They did not try to locate it at other CVS pharmacies. They told me my only option was to contact my doctor and get a prescription for an alternative (which there wasn't in his view). This sent me on a 3-hour nightmare to find this medication, but that's another story. Upon research, I found there is no widespread shortage and I believe this was just their decision to not fill a medication they didn't agree with. I will not patronize a pharmacy that uses deception on its customers, and one who substitutes their judgment in place of a prescribing physician, at the patient's expense.

I recently moved my prescriptions to the CVS located in Bruce Twp, MI. I don't know the name of the Pharmisist there, but in just the couple of months I have been going there, she has really taken the time to explain everything fully and has been extremely helpful. Great customer service and it is very much appreciated.

Let me start off saying the Pharmacist is excellent however the pharmacy staff is very rude they always act put out and speak to you with a super snotty tone. This really needs to be addressed by the manager. It’s unacceptable.

Been shopping at the Romeo CVS for so many years! I love shopping there! The staff there is very nice to me and friendly to me every time I shop there and know me by name and friends with them too! The staff brightens my days! Kim the manager is awesome and the pharmacy staff is awesome too!

Went in at 7:55 to pickup a prescription and waited at the pickup counter. Pharmacist was just off to the side flipping thru stuff on a counter. At 8:00 she pokes her head out and says sorry we closed at 8:00. Absolutely ridiculous that she sat there and made me wait and then closed down the register. I will not be returning. Poor service and absolutely ridiculously high prices on anything else in the store.

From the pharmacist making comments about meth every time you buy Claritin to the really old wannabe cop who refused to scan or accept my valid id for beer because my hair is longer now I'd say go down the street. Even if you are buying normal things they try to hide and suggest you use the self checkout everytime.

The pharmacy is great and personable. However, the people working the front are consistently rude and unhelpful. If not for location and actual pharmacist; I would not shop here.

I cannot say enough good things about the people working at this pharmacy. I have been sick A LOT lately, and they always greet me with promptness and kindness on a first-name basis. Trish and Aimee are so patient as I ask a zillion questions, and Haley, Kelly, Liz, and Cherie have consistently gone over and above the call of duty to be professional and compassionate to me every time I am there. They take good care of me, like a friend would, and it makes all the difference when you're not feeling well. Couldn't recommend anyone more. Thanks ladies!

There is only 2 workers that are nice, The only reason I’m writing a review because 1 of them asked me to. I would give them 1 star ⭐️ instead of 5 🌟 but I’ll be nice 😂 one thing they could do to improve there store is Fire that lady that’s always got attitude and yells. She obviously hates her life and takes it out on the customers 🤧 there just some things you can’t make up

The pharmacist Trish knows you by name. On a first name basis. Same with the pharmacy staff. Kim, the store manager is awesome. Anne the cashier is sweet and attentive to her customers. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Staff are very unhelpful. After the last two visits I will no longer shop here. The bottle return bin was full, so after searching everywhere I finally spotted an employee who appeared to be trying to avoid me, I finally got her attention, she informed me that another employee was using the restroom but she’d be over there right after. Okay no big deal, I’ll shop around in the mean time. After completing my shopping I go back to the bottle return and its still full. Again, no worries I’ll hangout and wait a bit longer. I wait at least 15 minutes then realize no one is coming and I’m done waiting. Then I see what looks like someone who could be the manager coming from the area where the bin would be emptied and I asked if anyone was coming to empty the bin, her response “I don’t know.” At that point I just left my cart and walked out. Staff is rude and unhelpful. I’ll go somewhere else where staff actually appreciates my business.

This pharmacy used to be my favorite but now it is By the far the worst. The customer service in the afternoon is atrocious. They don’t even try to contact drs offices while they are open. I was contacted before leaving the office parking lot, that they had to contact my dr. They waited to call after the office was closed when I could have just called/ went back in myself. I offered to give them the number or call myself, They said they had all the information and they would take care of it. now my 10 month old has to wait even longer to start medication for his double ear infection and another sleepless night.

I want to know why this store no longer requires customers to wear masks. The state of emergency is still active in MI. Really disappointed in this neighborhood store. Will consider spending our money at a competition location.

Don't go here if you're doctor gives you a prescription for COVID medication the pharmacist doesn't agree with. They will refuse to fill it. Been a customer for years, but no longer. They have no interest in helping people, just following corporate rules.
