Every time I go to Family Unfare, there’s only 1 register open with 10-20 people standing in line. This store use to be so much better. If you go, plan ahead so you have time to stand in line!!

It's the only grocery store within 100 miles.But outside of a lack of other options, it's a great little store that has what you need at a slightly higher price then other places. All the people are helpful and it's a clean nice place.

First ever visit! Just moved to this town last week. Like the store! Specialty items in meats and cheeses. Great value on produce. Meat a bit higher than I am used to, but it looks great. The sales were good. Cashier was super friendly. Will be back!Been here 7 months now. I love this store. Still shopping weekly.Still shopping...10 months later. Staff still friendly! Love the cashiers.Right at a year now... Still shop here. Good variety still wide. Clean store. Quick lines.

A very nice grocery store.🎉Usually has everything I'm looking for. Food always seems fresh, meat is lean and well packaged. Fruits and vegetables in great shape. Friendly, Pleasant employees! 😁 Always helpful! I'm very thankful that they have TWO electric shopping carts!!🛒🛒 I couldn't manage to shop there without one. 🛒 AND there is always someone willing, and kind enough, to help me get my shopping to my car.🚗 (Even though, like all stores these days, they seem short staffed.) So...I shop here more often than I used to even though I'm driving farther. 😁

Decent place to shop. In town for a wedding and found everything I needed. Visited approx 10:30am on a Saturday and the lady one person ahead in checkout was absolutely wasted. After discussing the Brown Trout Festival with cashier and person directly ahead for 3-4 minutes she proceeds to drop her magnum of Merlot (unbagged): on the floor ...the wine bottle shatters and hooch goes everywhere. At this point she exclaims "F@ck!!! The go66d@mned bag broke!!!!!" Wasted lady then makes a beeline for wherever she found the magnum and roughly 30 seconds later , returns with a new bottle. Bag in hand and without a word she disappears into the crisp morning air. God I love this state

Produce is awful. I sent a complaint to the corporate customer service several months ago and all they did was forward it to the local store. Nothing has changed that I can see. Was in there on June 26 and found two absolutely disgusting oranges that were extremely moldy. I was too afraid to even bother with any other produce. There's very little selection for keto dietary needs. On the upside, the store is clean looking. Most of the staff is friendly. I'll do my shopping out of town where I can get edible produce and there are more options for keto.

They always have the food I'm looking for, fresh oh, and reasonably priced. Especially if a shopper can find the main courses of a dinner they love to eat, at a clearance price. That seems to be the case here frequently.

Not sure which one this is. Rogers City this is the best you can get for many miles around in all directions. Gaylord's is outstanding. Wide selection, has a Starbucks.

The customer service is exceptional. Sometimes the produce is going, or turned bad, and they like to hide the bananas in an aisle. The variety isn't too bad for the size of the store. Overall a great experience.

Nice, clean store with wide selection of just about anything you might be looking for. Larry, the manager,is always very helpful and good at finding new things that we ask for. Always glad to come back to Rogers City and shop at family fare!

A good experience! We would just like to suggest that prices be more visible for certain items. We were considering the blackberry sale of buy 2, get 3 free, but could not see anyplace where the price of 1 box was, so we passed on it. Other than that, no issues!

Usually there's a good selection although prices are usually high. Quality is pretty good too, and most of the employees are friendly and helpful.

A clean store with a lot of variety for the footprint. We were able to stock up for 1 week of camping for 7 people easily. We were also able to purchase a blanket when someone forgot their sleeping bag at home! 1 week of perishable groceries for 4 people cost around $100.

My go to shopping place. Only had a problem with one cashier, few weeks ago. But haven't had any issues since. Everyone else is very helpful and reasonably nice.

Good but they won't get my kind of cat food in, I've ask several time they carry my brand but not the seafood with gray my cats eat, so have t go out of town to get it. They never keep a diet Pepsi in it's gone in the first day.evey other kind in Pepsi there.

This is a poorly managed and poorly stocked store. The staff are friendly and the store is clean, however they obviously need a new manager. Grocery and dairy are the worst stocked departments. This was not a one time visit, see it as an ongoing problem.

The produce is so bad most of the time. Not enough selections for gluten and dairy free items and healthier meat choices. High prices. Outdated items (especially in baby section😞) Save-A-Lot has better produce. Most of my grocery shopping is done in Alpena.
