Would leave 0 stars if I could, they are horrible, lady was swearing and yelling at an employee while I was there with my 2 young kids, so unorganized and nasty. Was there about a month ago and the place was great, not sure what happened but since that girl doesn't work there anymore it's really going down hill. They need her back! I won't be returning!!

I really liked this pet store because of their wide selection of treats and toys. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, Monica is the best. Can’t wait until the doggie day care opens!

Absolutely awful place! Very unsanitary for a pet store! Poop and bedding all over the floor, all the animals were in filthy cages that looked like haven’t been cleaned in over a week. The smell was so awful and and over whelming you can still smell it even after leaving!!! Would not buy a pet from here seeing the horrible conditions!

Workers are really kind and they really care about the animals. They tend to try to give them the best lives they can even while in a petstore environment. I've been coming up here for years.

Owner is super nice guy, they have a wide variety of treats and lots of rodents, birds, etc in store! Great place to visit with your pet or children!

The pets here are not taken care of at all and the people are bad and we went to go get stuff they were rude and we’re not taking care of the animals and hurting them DONT SHOP THERE

They had what I needed. But a chinchilla is not suppose to be put in that small of a hamster cage stepping in it’s bedding with no food or any type of wooden toy to chew :( Super sad to see and a super stressful, depressing, and life threatening environment for the chinchilla….. Please consider putting it in a actual chinchilla cage or not having the animal if the proper care cannot be provided :(

I didn't know that there is a pet shop on this area, I was about to go to big pet stores to buy a set up for my African soft fur rats. I was in save a lot and about to go home and I saw a the owner carrying big reptile tank and I realized there is a pet shop on the corner, I went to check it out to see if everything I need is on stock and everything is available.The guy owner is so helpful, attentive and friendly. He offered me big discount on their reptile tanks. He answers all my questions, give advice which one to use and help me to load everything on my car. They deserve 10 star. Great customer service. Satisfied customer.

I would recommend this store! I loved how Cody took the time to talk to me. He walked me around and told me about all the animals and there names. I could tell he really loved each one of the animals and knew their personalities. The store is clean and well stocked decent prices too!

Always super friendly, cages and building well cleaned and tended to. Knowledge and helpfulness is great. Always willing to order something if they don’t have it. We enjoy going in there and keep shopping small business! Keep up the good job!

Great place to shop for almost anything you'd need for your pet. Friendly staff all around; Emily has helped me out so much with my juvenile snake's needs that I can never thank her enough! I will keep coming here for all of my pets' goodies!

I highly recommend this local gem. It is a full-service facility including grooming and veterinary services. The animals they house and sell are humanely kept and appropriately cared for unlike many other large chain stores. You wont be disappointed supporting this local business.

They hosted the mobile vet john herman. I appreciate the open doors for him. The store was clean and organized with a large variety of items from food to toys to birds...etc. good parking.

Honestly every time I go in it’s cheap and a super easy run to find what I need! I don’t love how they handle cleaning out the animals cages, but the staff is always super friendly and honest!

It was a very nice environment with knowledgeable staff. The animals looked well taken care of and my only regret is that I couldn't go more frequently. It's very unfortunate they were forced to permanently close. I didn't even know they were closing until I saw it on Google.

Staff always friendly and helpful in any way they can be. They help with finding items, ordering items not available, to carrying heavy items to the car for me. Small store with awesome personal sevice.

Our local Pet Shop! The only shop around that carries my mini dachshund's dog food brand. And if they don't carry it, they will order it for you! They have EVERYTHING! Even crickets for my Bearded Dragon, Lizzy! They also have a Pet Grooming Service on site! We really love all the people that work here too! They care! #SupportSmallBusiness #SupportLocalBusiness ❤

Went into store for particular item. Walked around looking up and down isles and couldn't find what i needed. There were two ladies standing in the center isle chit chatting, neither one said anything, greeted, or asked if i needed assistance, not sure if either worked there or not, both wearing street clothes with nothing identifying as an employee, but didn't see anyone else in store. Could not find what i needed. Going to Petsmart instead.

Friendly local pet store that has a good variety of fish food and dog food toys & treats always fun taking my dog with me if I can carry everything I buy and keep control of her she gets excited seeing the guinea pigs & rabbits in the front of the store lol
