Rite Aid is less busy than it used to be but the service i receive is personal and they remember my name and what i like. Also they have a wide range of OTC meds and supplements.. basic dairy items, toys gifts and they celebrate most holidays including Valentine’s Day. ALSO they have a Bitcoin ATM..

Always enjoy shopping at this Rite Aid. It's a bit off of the road but it has a very nice selection of items and a very big pharmacy plus it's in Rockford!

Very courteous staff.Once I showed up at Pharmacy closing time. The prescription was mistakenly ordered to a different Rite Aid.However, the Pharmacist put in extra effort to call the other Rite Aid store and got the prescription handled, staying beyond closing time… now that’s Customer service!

Customer friendly pharmacy! Have always had prescriptions filled at 10 MI Rite Aid pharmacy... until I made a mistake, waited till last minute for refill and Rite Aid was out of medicine I needed, so I was forced to go across street to Family Fare (I will never return to Family Fare pharmacy!). I encountered a huge billing problem (over $400/month) with refill at Family Fare. FF pharmacist was not patient with my questions or willing to attempt to right the problem and acted annoyed I was asking for their help. My Dr. office contacted Rite Aid pharmacy and they took hold of the situation! They spoke with Dr. office, called me to gather information, called the medicine manufacturer and found me a solution to correct the error and save me $400/month! Thank you Rite Aid, specifically Debbie and team! Debbie was patient, empathetic, and customer service minded.Thank you Debbie and Rite Aid Pharmacy!

My wife and I decided to try this pharmacy about 9 months, since our local Walgreens was backed up, stressed out pharmacy employees, and general frustration with that location.We were very happy we did. The head pharmacist “Kevin” I think, and his team have been cordial, quick, and great to deal with. And all of this has been especially easy, even without a drive thru.

Rockford RiteAid pharmacy staff are very friendly and very helpful. Kept me informed on some changes with one of my medications and my insurance. Called me at home to keep me updated and helped me work through the insurance problem. Staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

Prices are decent and select selection is excellent.. Customer service is it is terrible. EVERY time I go in this store I have to wait at extraordinary amount of time and run around the store looking for a cashier. Seems easy to solve with a bell at the cash register when they have to walk away. One cashier told me they used to have 1 and corporate took it away.Well then I take my business away. I never thought I would find a store that I found more frustrating than Meijer

Their posted hours are deceptive (they are for the store, not the pharmacy - the pharmacy hours are not listed separately). And it is impossible to find simple things like bandaids in the store because it is poorly organized.

The younger blond hair pharmacist is the rudest I've ever encountered. If you take suboxone trust me. DON'T go there! She'll treat you like your nothing. Extremely rude, loud to try to embarrass you. I will drive out of town than go back. I didn't even get my covid shot on time. No way! I seen her true self. RUDE!

I was a customer several years ago and quit using that pharmacy because of the manager. She is beyond rude!!! I made the mistake of trying them again, big mistake. Things haven't gotten better just the opposite . I will never use that pharmacy again. I will say that when the other pharmacist is there he is very pleasant maybe the company needs to demote and then promote!!

Terrible. Everyone who has "helped me" besides one lady has been absolutely rude. They have horrible communication with my doctors office and don't care enough talk you through the issues. Hopefully will be able to switch pharmacies soon
