Needed some items and saw this place after visiting Deer Tracks Junction. We're from Gun Lake so this was very convenient. Store was nice and clean. Employees were very friendly and helpful.They carry Boars Head! You've got to try Boars Head caramelized onion Jack! This cheese makes the best grilled cheese sandwich 🥪 😋

I had only go there once before and vowed to go back. The bakery is fantastic, the store selections are great and the fact that it's not a large chain grocery store is fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be going back.

Whenever I'm working in the area I stop by for a quick lunch.The $5 cluck is the best deal around. 8 piece chicken for $5, yes sir.It's always clean and has friendly staff.

This is the best supermarket around!!! Ric’s is the real deal with exceptional service, premium brands, family owned. Plus the way that the store is set up is extremely appealing, a traditional style grocery store, and I absolutely love every experience I have there. I will always choose to go to Ric’s over any other store!😊

This place is like an oasis out in the country. It’s an expansive food store with a lot of selections you don’t find elsewhere. BONUS for those that require a nice, warm lunch… they have a really good deli with many choices. You will not miss lunch. It’s here. Plus a vast selection of groceries and produce. I love places like this!

Excellent deli items. Excellent fresh beef. Bottle return dept is not self serve.No self checkout, they offer bagging. It's getting trickier to navigate parking lot with all the additional new housing starting to encroach perimeter further and further, be careful. It's like a little town sprouting up before my eyes. However I still love Ric's, it's not an oversized mega store, just a smaller supermarket, don't kill myself walking miles to get deli & veg on one end and dairy or frozen on the other end. =)

I absolutely love Ric's - first, it's immaculate. The selection they have is just top notch - especially their beer and wine section. This is what a top-tier grocery store looks like.

Beautiful store, beautiful setup, fantastic selection, unbelievably clean.... Ric's food center is an awesome place to shop. Employees are incredibly helpful and friendly. The shelves are fully stocked and organized. Fruits and vegetables are fresh!! The coolers are super cold. Well done Ric and company keep up the good work

I absolutely adore this little store!! The employees and managers are so polite and helpful! I've worked here for 8 months and HIGHLY recommend working here or just stopping by for some groceries! Such a good selection of everything you need, good prices, and smiles everywhere 🤗 Such a loving atmosphere, these people are like family to me, so so awesome ❤

This store is kept immaculately clean, their staff is always super friendly, and they still return your pop bottles the old way (take them from you, sort them for you, give you a slip). They have pretty much any grocery item you'd need. Even though items may be slightly more expensive because it's a smaller place, it's worth a few bucks to avoid a crowded store and virtually never wait in line to check out.

Since I worked there for over a year I'll give it a Solid 3 stars. Working in the Grocery department was As you expected both fun and Boring at times. The only problem I had Was with the management if you had a problem they would only listen to one side of the story and not the other. They did not care what I thought and Disregarded what I had to say and my Input on the situation.

I love the location and convenience of Ric’s! Prices are higher than elsewhere, but I usually just do small shops here. And oh my goodness, the customer service from Jubilee is so impressive! She is sweet and kind ♥️ I have seen her there a few times this past year and she continues to smile and spread positivity. I know firsthand that working in a grocery store during this times can be quite difficult, but she does her job with grace. She definitely deserves some recognition!

The store is really well kept and the employees are helpful and honest. There are some great sales prices and some things that are just worth the splurge. Everything in the store is kept up on from what I can tell- the shelves are stocked, produce looks good, deli looks good, the bottle return is manned by employees, which is great. The store itself is bright, clean and well organized. I like that there is such a priority placed on customer service and cleanliness.

I rarely go in here but when I do I wonder why I don't more often because it is actually a really relaxing shopping environment. The staff is always helpful and engaging. I watched a couple employees go out of their way to go above and beyond to help customers(myself included)and they seemed to truly want to be helpful! Aesthetically it is very pleasing, especially the produce section. I love how clean it is! Good job Ric on providing an above and beyond shopping environment and I'll be sure to stop in more often:)!

4 1/2 stars hmm, clearly not based on website or pricing. This is a 4 star store overall, no more: -2 stars for pricing, -1 star for bad website/rewards program, -1 star to reflect the stores true overall score. And don't say it's "convenient" you numbskulls - so is Shipt.

This store is kept very clean. The shelves are stocked very neatly, without overcrowding, leaving items easily accessible. The size of the store is not overwhelmingly big nor too small. Easy in and out, and...hassle free parking.

Stopped in for a few Easter supplies. This isa smaller grocery store, but packed with all the essentials and a several gourmet treasures. They have a nice selection on deli and cheeses, wines and spirits. The store is very clean and the personal are friendly. You may have to pay a little more here but it's well worth it. Will return here.

I went here to buy some pop. I ended up getting more than what I came for lol. I wanted to buy some pop. Then I started looking around and then I ended up shopping for more than what I wanted. I seen some great sales on products and produce. I asked one employee which Isle a certain product was located at. She replied were it was located. They was very polite and courteous with a great attitude. When I checked the customer service was very awesome they were 😎. I will come back if im in the area. Thank you very much!!!!!

Friendly service, very good deli area,also have boars head meat and other products. Large selection of beer and wine and liquor. Fresh and local vegetables and fruit.Very good bakery, including specialty breads. nice large parking lot, restrooms and children's fun shopping carts absilable.

I like shopping at Ric's the store is always clean service is exceptional, employees always willing to help, pricing a little higher than bigger box stores but they do have good sales. I do like the meat and produce is usually good. All and all it is very convenient.

Location is convenient and staff is helpful. The store is stocked with basic grocery needs, and prices are a little higher than elsewhere. The store has a good wine selection, and the beer selection is better than a gas station, but not quite to GR standard.
