Top notch store! Friendly and helpful staff! The self-wash is awesome! Very roomy, clean and good value! This is not an issue but something I wish for all dog washes is a dryer that has adjustable heat settings. Having a dog with a thick undercoat is hard to get dry. 😫 I have my own dog dryer but it would be more convenient to do everything at the store and less mess.

Very impressed with their customer service! I had to make a return today of two items that I had tried on my pet which didn't fit. The manager on duty went above and beyond in helping me process the return, despite a computer that wasn't cooperating.

Terrible customer service. Do not yell from 40 feet away while visiting with other associates and ask me if I need help. Sorry, mgr found offense with me after I told him what happened. Well… lots more places to. It dog food

I have been to the Petco on 10 Mile twice, a month apart for frog food and both times they were completely out of wax worms, mealworms, and crickets. That is ridiculous. The store is being run by teenagers who have no idea what they're doing. Find a different live bait shop cuz this one is completely unreliable, don't waste your time driving there. If anything call first, but they might not even know what a cricket is after talking to them. Bunch of smiling morons

I brought in two tiny stray kittens I found to get a bath. I was hoping for a flea shampoo and only found some extremely vaguely labeled "shampoo", "puppy shampoo", ect. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient. In the middle of the floor is the drain which apparently wasn't draining because there was 3 inches of standing water I had to navigate around. I soap up these kittens and get them rinsed in about 2 minutes and get ready to use the high velocity. Literally my hair dryer is stronger. So disappointing. A high velocity dryer is the only reason I take my animals in for bathes rather than doing them at home. Get to the check out and she says $28 please. Dear lord. I had two 2lb kittens, used one pump of soap each and one towel total. Was done in less than 5 Minutes. She said it was a standard charge for all animals no matter the size or animal. I could have cried. I had just spent almost the rest of my money on these cute darn kitties and now I had to pay $28 for a bath I should have done in the sink at home. Disappointing to say the least

So happy to have this in Rockford! Everyone was so welcoming and Jamie in particular was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and very sweet! She treated me and my fur baby like we were already family! I highly recommend this wonderful store and will be telling all my friends and family!

Myrtle had her first visit to the Rockford store, she loved it ! She walked out with a bag full of yummy snacks and a new brand of dog food . The staff was Awesome and very friendly. Manager Scott was extremely helpful and spoiled Myrtle while she shopped around ! We will definitely be back soon ! Rockford Pet Supply Plus is a beautiful store !
