I enjoy my grocery store. They always.Have everything I need. And the pharmacy staff are always polite and courteous. And it's nice to be able to use multiple different locations. If one doesn't have my medication, usually another location. Well, and it's no big deal to transfer the medication. The stores are usually typically clean and professional looking.

i get a couple “controlled” scripts… these complicate getting scripts filled. i need syringes and the techs don’t really know much about them. i do like the text notifications. all in all the best pharmacy in Rockford

They refilled the wrong mg for my epilepsy meds-25mg instead of 200mg. They told me they only have 3 pills in the store to get through the wkend and the other pills I can get in 2 days. I went back 2 days later (by now I'm out of my meds). The worker told me I can get my meds in 5 days. I tried explaining my situation and how I need my 200 mg. She told me I'm taking my meds wrong and if I need 200 mg to do legwork and pay cash and go to a different pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional! I did my own legwork and got my 200 mg I needed that day at Lowell meijer pharmacy, with the insurance covering it, since I haven't taken my meds wrong at all.

The staff is always very kind and respectful to me, which means a lot. When I first started taking Testosterone, picking up my prescription was a source of anxiety because I worried I'd be belittled for being a trans man. A year and a half later, not once have I had a negative experience and some members even went as far as asking me my preferred name and pronouns!

Tyler stayed late past pharmacy close and worked hard to get us a prescription we needed urgently, even to the point of calling another local pharmacy to try and see if they could fill it faster. We were so impressed and grateful for his help!! Him getting us what I needed that night (after being discharged from the hospital) was a huge service to us. Thank you Tyler!

So I called in a refill on my prescription today and I was told by 3pm it will be ready. I go to pick it up and I'm told it's not ready beca use they don't have it in stock....i ask why was I told it would be ready then at 3? They tell me that the computer doesn't know what they have in stock so that's why.... Then they tell me they do have 5 pills of my prescription which it's supposed to be a month's supply but they will have it on Monday. So now I have to drive there again take time out of my day to hopefully get a prescription refilled that should have already been done. Changing pharmacies asap. The employee told me that the reasoning behind it was basically the computer's fault and she said she tried to explain it the best she could as to why this happens. This is NOT the first time either. I would go anywhere else other than here!!

Undersized for the amount of demand. Ever-present in rockford uses this pharmacy. There is always a wait. I called In a prescription and arrived at the appropriate time to pick it up. It was not filled. The pharmacist told me to come back in an hour, still wasn't filled. Same old excuse "there was a problem with the insurance." I've have rock solid insurance. After the forth time they finally filled it. I'm switching to Amazon as my pharmacist because of this pharmacy.

Overall a terrible experience with the pharmacy. The Mperks just aren't worth it anymore. They have 1 or 2 employees that care and are decent but the rest are rude and do not try to be helpful. I had back surgery and needed my pain meds. A fill that we were told would take 30 minutes took 3 hours because they filled the script wrong. I've also been trying to get the same script for over a week now and getting the run around. "The doctor sent it in wrong." "Our escript isn't working so you have to call your doctors office to get them to resend it." "Oh looks like it's getting filled at the wrong location." I went through all of this to find out, "Oh looks like we don't carry that name brand medication anymore."

If there was an option for no stars, that’s what I would give this pharmacy. Absolutely terrible with no consideration of another person’s time. I had a doctor send in two prescriptions. I left the office at 12 and called this pharmacy and asked when they would be ready. They told me 12:30. So I ran some errands and showed up at 12:30. Only one of the two prescriptions was filled, but they told me they could have the other one filled in 30 minutes. So I went and did some more errands and showed up at 1:30. Yep. Still not ready. They apologized and said that somehow it didn’t get put in the system, but if I waited another ten minutes or so it would be ready. And this is not the first time I have experienced a situation like this. Needless to say, I will no longer be using this pharmacy. Even called my doctors office and changed it so nothing gets sent here anymore!

If I could give negative stars I would, countless times they have screwed up my prescription and/or not filled it and wouldn’t tell me why. Today I got a text saying my prescriptions were ready and so I go and wait for 40 minutes in line and they say they sent it back and I have to come back in 2 hours. Do not recommend this pharmacy

I went back because they switched medication on me to a different brand and the pharmacist was rude about it. How do you expect for anyone to trust you if you can't be nice enough to explain what's going on.

I went in today to get my monthly prescription filled, not because they texted me that it was ready (this happens speratically at best), but because I ran out of meds. I figured they had just forgotten about my auto-refill again, since that has happened at least eight times now. Instead I was told that I was out of refills. I asked how that's normally handled with auto refills and was told that I should have received a call from meijer letting me know. I received no call. This should not be this hard. I'll be moving my family's prescriptions to another pharmacy.

By far the slowest pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. 100% of the time I go to pick up a prescription (no matter if it’s been hours or days since it was called in) they tell me it’s not ready yet and will be another 30-60 minutes. I don’t have the time to hang around for an additional hour for meijer to get their poop in a group. I’ll be filling my prescriptions at Walgreens from now on.

They filled a prescription with name brand when they have signs to always fill with generic unless otherwise noted. Then they wouldn’t take the name brand back and swap it out for generic either. The package was unopened and never left the store. This cost me waaay more than it should’ve.

I had outpatient hysterectomy surgery and my medication was called into Meijer pharmacy. Called ahead on way home And was told 2 of my 3 prescriptions were ready and I would have to wait an hour for 3rd prescription (which was literally 5 pills). I explained my situation and got a giant lecture by the pharmacy rep on how many prescriptions they fill a day and I will have to wait . Needless to say I walked in there foley bag attached and demanded the script get filled ASAP. Which they did but I shouldn’t have to do that. Poor customer service.

I have been using 10 mile Meijer Pharmacy since it opened. Today for the first time I was treated very rudely, guess when u are older u are automatically talked down to by younger people. May be time to use another pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in terms of customer service and timeliness. I’m never able to fill a prescription there same day unless I’m able to wait an hour or more. Several times I’ve dropped off a prescription and the next day go to pick it up and it’s still not ready! And I’m asked to wait another 45 mins.

This is the slowest pharmacy I've ever experienced. Every time a medication is called in or Erx'd in to them it gets put in to be filled the next day. They can not fix the problem and don't even acknowledge that it is a problem. It's very close to me so I give it a chance often and I have never been impressed. I changed to a pharmacy much further away for all of my normal prescriptions just to save myself from the hassle.

Every month I pick up the same prescription every other month they’re out and leave me waiting 24-72 hours without my prescription. Also when they cant fill it they never tell me that. They just make up some reason that keeps me in the store waiting another hour and when I get back to pickup they tell me they’re out.

Called the Rockford Meijer pharmacy 3 times about my husbands meds between 2 days. Was told it would be ready in 45 minutes the 2nd day, arrived an hour later they didn't even have the meds in stock. Was told they would call it in to cedar springs so we could get it when we got there. They never sent the perscription. After 5 phone calls, 2 1/2 hours, and 32 other customers were helped we finally got the meds. Never again. I would give Rockford Meijer pharmacy a 0 star if I could. I never had problems with them before, but after this I will not use them. I can't trust them to actually do what they say. Cedar Springs apologized and did their best to help us, but Rockford did not and even tried to tell us to wait 3 days to get the meds in.

They hang up on you, doesn’t matter what time of day you speak to anyone…they are overly rude no matter when you call and have 0 customer service skills. I’m curious why half the staff works in a pharmacy when they can’t stand dealing with customers even polite ones…about to switch pharmacies because the service is that badYou can call and either get no answer or they answer and are so rude you’ll wish you didn’t call at all.

Every time I have a prescription filled here, they mess it up. Prices are wildly inconsistent, and any time they have a problem, I receive no phone call. When I get there to pick up my scrip, it's not ready. The staff is incompetent, to say the least.

Horrible!! 8am Friday doctor calls in a script. Recieved a text stating it will be ready Saturday by 1:00. Saturday at 3:00, script not ready. Told it would be ready by Monday. Recieved a text stating its ready. I go in at 6pm on Monday...ready...nope!! I am now told Tuesday!! Ridiculous 😡

Even though the pharmacy labor is only a part of getting your prescription, (there's still doctor offices that have to do their part, and insurances must approve payment, drug companies must have the correcf stock, etc) they do everything in their power to fill your prescription as soon as possible. Love these guys.

Im not sure a pharmacy could be any slower. It literally takes them 15 minutes per customer. Once I got to the counter they were nice.
