Ayaka did a great job with Luna and really made her feel at ease during the whole process. Luna is a very kind hearted, loving Golden Doodle. She does not know how to be rough, mean or nasty. If anything, she is very much full of love and only aims to make people happy.Our biggest gripe is if someone pulls on her too rough or makes her do things she is uncomfortable doing and Ayaka did nothing of the sort!She really went above and beyond to put Luna first and we really appreciate her kindness towards her.

Outstanding job in the salon. Even though I brought my mutt for a bath and nails, he came out shiny clean and nails trimmed perfectly. The tiny groomer was terrific with my 75 lb. Dog.

I just had an awful experience here. If you have a large or heavy coated dog, I would advise seeking another grooming salon for your pet.We booked an appointment for our Leonberger mix to be groomed today.I took the day off work, requested updated rabies proof from my veterinarian and headed up to Petco. Upon arrival, the groomer (Hannah) came to the desk and gave a surprised look at my dog and shortly requested an updated a copy of our Rabies Vaccination Record. I provided a paper copy directly from my veterinarian (who is local to this petco location).Hannah, walked back into the salon to get her manager leaving us a little confused at the counter. The vaccination record stated the delivery date, and that it was good for "3 years" which would have been WELL in advance of expiration.Hannah then advised me that she wasn't "aloud to do math" to determine the expiration date of my pets vaccine, and also advised that "your appointment was for a medium dog, and your dog is extra large. I dont have time for that anyway today, you'll have to book another appointment."Apparently, when the appointment was booked it somehow pulled from a grooming my pet had received at this location while she was still a puppy.It was fairly obvious that the groomer was less than thrilled about doing her job today, or that our pet specifically (who is a lot of work to de-shed) was just not on her agenda. At that point, I wasn't comfortable leaving my dog at this location or with Hannah for grooming. We left and will NEVER return for grooming services at this location again.

Alexis is awesome, my dog Chloe doesn't warm up easily to very many people. Alexis is kind and patient with her. We so appreciate that. Alexis is also very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer my questions without me feeling rushed!

Very professional, patient. Our groomer, Alexis, was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable about regulations, treatments and products. I was very impressed. She was better than the groomers at PetSmart who were very impersonal. She took excellent care of my dog Laya.

Curbside pickup here is a nightmare. I've been sitting in the parking lot for 40 minutes now for 1 item. I had to call in 3 times so far, and each time I've been told it will be right out. Not sure what's going on but I can't go inside since my pets are in the car and I'm on a time crunch since I'm moving today, honestly wish I would have just gone to another location or I'd be fine with the wait if they just let me know what's going on and that it was going to be a wait. On the third call after 45 minutes in the parking lot they let me know they don't actually have the item. So much time wasted.

THE WORKER THAT TENDED TO OUR NEW RESCUE DOG WAS AMAZING. MOLLY IS A VERY TIMID DOG AND SHE WASN'T AFRAID AT ALL. SHE HAD A CALMING EFFECT ON MOLLY. I WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.
