Five star experience. I highly recommend this location in Rochester Hills. Ericka has great grooming skills. It's affordable. The staff go above and beyond. At the time it was really hard to find a good groomer that does mini golden doodles. The owner Nikki was super responsive and friendly. :)

I recently took my furry friend to a this location of dog grooming service and I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional service. The staff was incredibly professional and friendly, and they took great care in ensuring that my dog was comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire grooming process.Not only did they do an amazing job of grooming my dog, but they also took the time to offer me some helpful tips and advice on how to better care for my furry friend's coat and overall health. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure that my dog was happy and healthy.Overall, I would highly recommend this dog grooming service to anyone in need of a professional and caring team to take care of their furry family member. Emily did such an amazing job with Obi! It was his first time so i was kind of nervous lol but she did great. I got there a little early and she made sure he was comfortable before taking him back. Will definitely be taking him back, thank you so much Emily

Took my mini goldendoodle for a puppy cut (they call it feet face Fanny) and Sam did a great job! She took her time getting to know him and made sure he was comfortable before taking him back. He looks great!

Yesterday was my 2nd visit to Scrubbers located in Rochester Hills. My first was truly an enjoyable learning experience and Ms Heather walked me through the steps providing tips of the trade and her patience. What an awesome experience for a beginner.My 2nd visit to again this location I met with Ms. Sam who did an amazing professional groom for my precious double doodle. From the very moment I turned over my precious Sissy to Ms. Sam I knew that my baby was in great hands. It was the 1st professional groom for my 8 month puppy. I certainly will be using Ms. Sam for all of my precious Sissy professional groom.Ultimately if you are looking for a great place to let your fur babies know they are loved, look no further than Scrubbers.

Emily at the Rochester location was FANTASTIC. We had just gotten out rescue girl a few months ago and I was nervous how she would handle the grooming. I never should have worried! Emily was great and my little girl looks gorgeous..Will definitely be back and requesting Emily.

I’ve had the best experiences with Scrubbers. You really don’t have to worry about using the same person each time you clean your dog, because everyone of the workers at Scrubbers are caring, compassionate, friendly, and helpful people. And they genuinely love animals

I took my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (Kody) and they did an amazing job. When I picked up him up he was so happy. I am a new pet owner and I felt good leaving my puppy with them . You must try them. They are the best hands down !! Rochester Hills location.

We absolutely love scrubbers! We started using scrubbers and utilizing the self serve wash which is so convenient and easy. It’s truly cost effective, efficient and the staff are extremely nice. We decided that we wanted our fur baby to get groomed and Emily has been grooming our baby Kizzy for 6 months now. She always respects our opinions, listens to our ideas and our baby is always cut and washed perfectly. We know when we drop our baby off with Emily to get groomed she is safe and taken care off. Scrubbers is a super professional and kind grooming establishment and I recommend anyone with a dog to go here! We are forever customers 😊

I brought my pup here for her first groom, because I wanted to try somewhere new and close by. it was a cute place and very clean. The staff was super friendly as well.However, they suggested a face feet and fanny groom for my pup since it was her first groom and they didn’t want to overwhelm her. When I came to pick her up, it ended up costing $50 which honestly is how much I pay at a different groomer for my adult dogs FULL groom that’s twice the size of my puppy. Including tip I feel like $60 for a face feet and fanny groom for a tiny pomchi is a bit much considering I’m going to have to take her back to get a full groom soon cuz her hair on her body is getting super long. I don’t even want to know how much a full groom would be for her if the face feet and fanny itself was $50. Unfortunately I don’t know if I’ll be back even if it’s convenient.

Fist time, and could not be happier. We chose self-serve. A learning curve for both of us. The staff was very helpful. Lil’j (my dog) was nervous, but came around. Great facilities, no more home shower/bathroom. We will be back. #liljthebernedoodle

Emily always does a great job with my goldendoodles grooms! We have been going to the Rochester hills location for over a year now and most grooms have been with Emily, who is amazing! Having a doodle requires a lot of frequent grooming and every experience I’ve had with scrubbers I’ve always been very pleased! Highly recommend to check them out

NEVER GOING BACK!!! When we picked up our pup we thought he looked good overall but when we got home we found cuts and buzz wounds on and around his ears that started bleeding along with a couple buzz wounds on his body. We will never go there again. BEWARE!!!In response to your response... hematomas were never discussed. Wife is a nurse and would've caught any mention of hematomas. These are surface wounds and cuts. And after owning dogs for many, many years the thought that a hematoma could be a result of a grooming is a HUGE concern. Ears were brushed out the night before... still skeptical if there were mats. We were expecting the tips to be trimmed due to the "mats" found... not the ears to be completely shaved. Our experience was our experience and a very poor one as was your reply.

When I visit the shop it is Clean, orderly, bright and cheerful with a helpful and friendly staff. Erica does a great job on my Schnauzer who is a little nervous about his haircuts. Erica works to keep him comfortable while she gets the job done in a time efficient manner.

Erica at Rochester Hills was phenomenal!!! She did such an amazing job grooming and trimming my senior dog. He has bad arthritis and a lot of health issues so I was worried about taking him, but he came out of his appointment very happy and looking like a puppy with his new cut! Can’t thank Erica and the scrubbers team enough for their efforts! Very happy dog and very happy owner!My dog just had another grooming appointment with Erica and she did a phenomenal job! She’s so patient with him and he’s always super happy when I pick him up! Erica is AMAZING! Very happy with our experience! I highly recommend her!

This is the first time I took my golden boy here for grooming. I don't know if it was because Jake wouldn't hold still out what but, his cut was kinda choppy. I'll give it another try to see if the second time is a charm!
