I was looking for a particular cat condo for some time. Premier Pet Supply had a nice brand from Condos and Trees LLC.I originally found the condo in Rochester Hills. However, during the July week 20% off sale, it sold out :( . So I worked with the owner, Jeff, who has been more than patient with pricing and service and found the cat tree at his Shelby location.Thank you again, Jeff. I look forward to future purchases at your locations.

I have started visiting this store more in the last year. My puppy loves coming to visit! The staff are exceptionally helpful, and they love the pets almost as much as the owners do. Every time we visit the environment is welcoming, the staff seem very knowledgeable on the products, and we always leave with a treat. I really appreciate all of the events they do for the pets. The last time we visited I was able to purchase some products to help with some itching my puppy has been having. Rob was able to point me in the right direction. Definitely a great place to checkout.

If I could give a negative star I would, their customer service sucks and they are very rude. We have went there plenty of times to get feeder mice and they tell us a minimum of 5 at a time. So we go in there today to get 5 and the one lady worker rolls her eyes and says we only have 5 left and we have other customers that might come in to get some so we can't sell them all! Make that make sense, you can't sell them all but you put a minimum of 5 and now you tell me I can't buy 5! So we make up rules as we go!!! I will never go there again!!

I was on the hunt for a new, high quality, super solid cat tree and this Premier Pet Supply had what I was looking for. The tree I chose was too large for my car, and the manager (who's name I will add to this review shortly) graciously helped with my options. I paid in store & picked up another day with our truck without any issues. The entire process was seamless, our cats are very happy, the tree will last for life and was worth every penny!While I was there, the dog groomer (who works near the cat trees) had client after client. If I had dogs, I'd definitely want my dog groomed by him. Not only was he kind, friendly and gentle, he was quick and manages appts himself.I was at this store on Thurs Oct 13th '22 from 6-7pm.

We love this pet store! They have such a variety of supplies for many different animals. I also love that they support so many local companies within their store. The staff is so friendly & beyond welcoming & knowledgeable of products. Our favorite highlights are the self service bath stations for dogs & all the fresh treats they offer.

Took my pup in to get her nails trimmed. "Peticured" had a space in the store. They have a great selection of dry and refrigerated foods for dogs, frozen bones, even frozen treats. The selection for cats was just as good. Many different food selections for birds, squirrels, reptiles. They also had animal washing booths. They adopt out kittens too. Store was clean, well organized and well stocked. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Great local shop with extremely knowledgeable people. They have a good selection and good sale prices. One women helped a ton when we were trying to put together a starter fish tank for my son. We had no idea what we were doing and she was super helpful. A few weeks later, I went in for help with my dog. He was a geriatric case with fatal cancer and I wanted to find a high calorie wet food that would be easy on my dogs stomach to help him keep weight on. A gentleman knew exactly what to buy but it was pricey. He helped me read the back of every can to find something comparable that would be less expensive. He was incredibly supportive when I needed it. Great place.

I would of gave them a 5 if they had more hamster bedding & food. The staff was wonderful. Very nice. I was just driving by when I seen them I had to pull in & check it out. I love their cat toy selections. I will be coming back and bringing my mom and boyfriend with me.😺😸

The manager was very helpful in finding us a puppy food that would help with our dog's hives. He took the time to explain and checked the ingredients to assure he was selling us the right product. The hives are gone and we will be shopping here from now on. The store is clean, well stocked, and organized every time we go there. Highly recommend this store!

I religiously come here for my pet food and during the winter will bring my dog in for a bath. We occasionally have gotten a treat or two for our pup which has been great!The staff is always helpful and the rewards program is great. Love supporting the local community too over big box retailers.

Best pet store around!!! The owner is great, and the employees are friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. If you need advice on quality food, supplements, or toys.. this is the only place to go! They do so much to support the community, and help find animals loving homes. We are extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful business, here in Rochester! I just cannot say enough about what a special place this is!

This is the ONLY pet store I go to for all of my dogs needs. Amazing selection of products. The staff is super attentive and knowledgeable on all the products and they treat you like you're the only customer in the store. They have a partnership with the humane society and do cat adoptions along with selling small animals. They're really involved with the community considering it's a small family owned business!!! Wednesday's you can get your dogs nails trimmed by a professional and they also have do it yourself dog baths which is great! 10/10

The best pet store chain in all of Michigan. They carry a large selection of frozen raw foods I purchase for my dog. They have so many 'made in Michigan' treats, plus a wide variety of high end organics, freeze dried organs, fish skins, frozen dog bones, it's an amazing store!They also carry a huge selection of dog toys, quality beds, winter coats, you name it. They have leashes, gates, and a wide variety of bully sticks. Pick up some goats milk for your pet.They carry high end brands of CBD oil and lots of remedies such as ear cleaning solutions, probiotics, and more. The staff is very knowledgeable and will help you with any questions.Self serve wash stations are available that are fully stocked and always clean.The staff are genuinely friendly and love greeting your pet.I know my dog Morgan looks forward to visiting them as well!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Huge selection for dogs, cats, and small pets. The DIY dog wash is exceptional- very clean, private room, and ALL the items you need to bathe/dry/groom. Dog wash closes 1 hr before the store.Update: great selection for all animals, including small friends :) highly recommend.

Great place to shop. The owner is there most days working with customers, and he is a nice guy. The employees are always extremely friendly and helpful. Clean store, great selection of quality pet food and other supplies. Nice variety of cichlids, and other aquarium fish. They also house adoptable cats, rabbits, and guinea pigs for the Humane Society.

This is an excellent pet store. AJ has helped me and my girlfriend on many occasions with our pet snake. Incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in many pets and their needs. I highly recommend visiting this location if you haven’t yet! Huge selection of healthy food for your pets and a very fun environment to be in!

I live about an hour way and went out for dinner saw the pet store and stopped in. I’m so glad I did. The store is clean, organized, and the staff is extremely helpful/friendly! Not to mention they carry extremely DURABLE dog toys!I will be making the trip down here more often because it’s totally worth it.

Great local pet supply and animal spot. The staff is always incredibly helpful and they'll order anything you want. They have a small cat adoption center, usually a changing assortment of small mammals (including ones that are for adoption on occasion!) and a small but decent selection of fish and reptiles. Crickets are the best price in the area and always healthy. They never die rapidly like some other stores.

Premier Pet Supply is one of the best pet stores around. I come here for all of my needs for my dog. This store is the most competitive store I've found to purchase the specific brand of dog food I buy. The employees are EXTREMELY friendly, and get to know you as a customer (and your dog). All of the workers, and the owner are extremely helpful, and always willing to answer any questions you have - or give advice on the products.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened, I love the stores selection and the staff are very friendly. I’ve been wanting to use the self serve dog wash station, I finally did today and I’m happy I did. Everything you need is there plus it’s a private room which I haven’t found at other self serve grooming places. My only issue was the shampoos and conditioners seemed *extremely* diluted. I have one of the shampoos I used there at home and it was nowhere near the same consistency or lather, I understand diluting them to make it easier with the squeeze bottles, which are helpful, but they didn’t work as well as when I’ve used the regular product at home. I had to use a ton to get it lathering. I hope they address that and maybe cut back on the amount diluted. Other than that it was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back to use the stations again.

I wasn't having the best luck with my dogs food at a big chain pet store. They kept changing the kibble size, and sometimes, I couldn't even find it so I stopped in just recently into the Rochester Hills location of Premier Pet Supply and I was treated so nicely as soon as I walked into the door. Unfortunately, the location did not carry the food my dog is currently on but the gentleman who asked if I needed any help had some great information on other options he would recommend feeding my dog. So far, my dog LOVES the food and I will be shopping here again! I really enjoy shopping small and local!

They have a wide variety of quality pet products and are always willing to help you not only choose which ones would work best for your pet and your budget but also to carry it out to your car for you. Great service! They are willing to spend time answering questions, and they have a good selection of high quality foods, including dehydrated raw and some freezer raw for both dogs and cats. Lots of treats and toys, and they do adoption events. Highly recommend!

I'm a regular customer as we have a Leopard Gecko who likes crickets (and wax worms). Both of these are lower priced (and closer to home) at this shop than at any of the big chain Pet stores. The store is smaller, but still stocks the vast majority of what I need on a regular basis.The staff is always friendly and pleasant to talk with, and keeping the cats up near the registers is a smart move that usually gets me to check in with the furry residents.
