I recently went into PetSmart to figure out how to make safe water for my fish tank because I recently just moved to Rochester. The person working in the fish department made sure I was finding everything okay and it turns out I was buying the wrong stuff to take the chlorine out of the water. He showed me what to buy and I was very appreciative of his help. I recently went back for my dog’s dog food and he was working and he asked me if everything was going well with the fish tank. And I thanked him again for helping me out and that everything is going okay with the water situation. I continue to go to Petsmart.

Michigan Humane Society is now located within this facility. I went here for my baby annual checkup and I tell you this is a one stop shop for all your pets needs. I think this was a very smart move for them to move the clinic inside of PetSmart. 🐕

Can I rate this a zero? Took 2 of my dogs to get groomed and they’re both not even 50% groomed. The groomer said “they wouldn’t sit still.” I’ve taken my dogs to several grooming appointments and never had an experience like this. This place is trash

Good products but the grooming center isn’t great . They never cut my dogs hair right. Even if I show them a picture of how I want my pups hair they say ok and never do it right . I posted two photos .the photo with the bandana is what I asked for , the other photo is what they did . I also said I wanted his tail even with his body hair and he has a bushy tail like a squirrel.

Even during the pandemic they had most of the things I wanted in stock. Their pricing is competitive and the associates are friendly and knowledgeable.It is to be noted that they have pets in need of a home for adoption!

Very rude and unprofessional person on the floor who was listening to headphones on his shift and acted as if we were an annoyance/inconvenience. Refused to sell a live product. A store that sells reptiles that require live food isn't willing to sell the food. Not coming back here.

Good place for all ur pet needs. A little heavy on the pocket though compared to Petco in some areas.We got 2 Guinea pigs drop here.They have variety of fishes, hamsters, small pythons, guinea pigs, chameleon, lizards and birds too. They provide dog training as well.

We went and bought fish. Ashton helped us. We bought green neons, neon tetras, a beta, and male guppies. They gave us a plant with the fish! I am so impressed by their betas being in containers with plants!!We were very impressed by Ashton's knowledge of fish. He talked about how the betas with larger tails are usually more chill. We wanted a beta to be in with our fish. He said that he could not guarantee a beta's behavior, but that was his experience. They have some betas in their tanks. They seemed to all be chill, so we bought one.We looked at the reptiles and birds. Everything was clean. I included a picture of the water dragon moving.

Took our 6 month old golden retriever puppy to get groomed for the first time. Sydney did such an amazing job! I can’t believe how soft he is! He smells amazing and his “grinch feet”paw pads are trimmed perfectly! Rigo loved her! Sydney was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I will definitely be requesting her on a regular basis. Thanks Sydney!

Our GSD was extremely neglected in her former home so we took the beginners class with Steve. I highly recommend any and all of his classes. He is caring, knowledgeable, experienced with behavioral and a great guy. Our girl has really come around thanks to Steve.

Do not allow this PetSmart to groom an older dog who needs patience. Our golden received the most hideous $122 haircut. GROOMERSarah P *groom dogs only* P - all this groomer could say is sorry, he had a hard time standing up for periods of time. I was in shock when I saw him! They could have called me to come get him. They could have given me a discount. I should said I refused to pay but I was speachless. I don't think this woman ever cut a dog's hair before unless the dog needed shaved and then she couldn't do that evenly. His head area was uneven, which has nothing to do with him standing up No bandana either! I will never return there. This groomer should have been embarrassed and the manager should have stepped in to help her if she was stuggling. DO NOT LET SARA P. butcher your dog's look. I wish I could give a negative star rating. I had to give it one star in order to post. How pathetic is that!

Jasmine A., our groomer is truly exceptional. She goes above and beyond to take care of our dog Jasmine (yes they have the same name too) and Caesar during grooming. She is gentle and understanding of our dogs health needs. Our dog has itched after grooming for the last 11 years. Our groomer has found a solution and she is much more comfortable. Jasmine is genuine and compassionate about her job. She loves being with them and you can tell by her positive attitude. Thank you so much. ❤️🐶🐾🐾

Very much disappointed. I advise everybody not to go to the groomer Angela. I explained specifically how I wanted the cut but didn’t care to listen or see the picture and she ruined the look of my dog during the important event I was preparing for him. She was disrespectful and sighing all the time. In fact she told my dog that ‘I WON’T BE NICE WITH YOU’.
