Two times in a row now I have ordered online for delivery and my order hasn't shown up. The first time I called the store 2 days later and it was just sitting there. I'm currently waiting for an order but the store has closed so I will be calling in the morning. This is unacceptable. I spend hundreds of dollars on dog food and can't even get it delivered by their so called same day delivery.Fyi I ordered my current delivery yesterday so they have had plenty of time.Update: I called the store and once again my order was just sitting there for 2 days. The only explanation I got was "Sorry it got overlooked." I said two times in a row? The manager said "Yes". That was the end.

Visited this store to wash my dog. I’ve been to this store many times and have brought my dog to wash as well. I got done and went up front to pay, only to be hurriedly followed by an associate. They informed the cashier to make sure I pay for a dog wash, this after I just got done telling the cashier I was paying for a dog wash. Not sure if I had “the look” of someone trying to swipe a dog wash, or what prompted the associate to “make sure I pay” but it was a little surprising that this would be a practice/policy. Do a lot of people run out without paying after washing their dogs?

Great pet store for all your furry companions needs!! Employees are super nice. Good selection of cat stuff and lots of litter choices. I can’t speak for the dog department because I’m a cat mom but they have a lot of aisles for the dogs. Cats rule dogs drool 😜

Update: last time I was at this location I had another marvelous experience. The general manager was at the front of the store greeting everyone and personally asking if he could assist in any way. Then I went down to the cat aisle where the employees walked by asking if you needed help with anything and having conversations about each other's cats, it was a very wholesome experience. The general manager went out of his way assisting me with my cats' food troubles. Employees truly care about animals and are interested in engaging with customers. My favorite company and my favorite location hands down.Did a pickup order for some cat food and this was attached to the bag of food. The drawing looks just like my cat and a bunch of really nice coupons within the envelope. Absolutely made my day and wish I could say thank you to whomever drew the cat and put my order together. ❤️

Lots of great items for your pets, but the fish are not cared for. In most of the tanks a large majority of the fish are dead, and not even cleaned out! Absolutely awful how they’re being taken care of.

Do not use the self service dog wash. Very little soap dispensed and dog was not clean. Smelled like wet dog after a 45 minute bath. Bring your own soap if you go. For $14, it was really disappointing. Then I had to clean the tub myself!!!

Edit: Thanks to Zack for taking care of the fish and resolved an issue that had taken place. I'll continue to come back when treated fairly like this situation. Made shout outs to them but I challenge you to keep your fish healthy and happy for customer retention

Here are the pro's and cons. Pro, it is very clean and very large sized store. Pro, they had my dog's favorite brand of food, which is Hills Science Diet. Pro, pretty reasonable prices. Pro, good variety of dog food and cat food. Con, the cashier was a bit friendly. I go here because it's closer for me. Pro. You can order your pets food and pick it up curbside. Pro, check the specials, sometimes they have your brand on sale, which helps save money. Pro, great variety of toys and treats for your pet.

New dog wash!! (The old cat adoption room)My favorite pet store in town! I do miss visiting Penelope since it is under new owners there is no longer a "store pet". They almost always have what I'm looking for and I get coupons in the mail every so often.They carry alot of small pet items, which is really helpful for my rabbit supplies.Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location. Highly recommend.New selection of small pets to adopt ♡

This particular Pet Supplies Plus has been most helpful. Credit goes to Manager Brian who keeps the ship running smooth. He and the employees are interested in customer satisfaction. That in itself is REFRESHING and compelling as I'm sad to report customer satisfaction is sorely missing in most service driven businesses today 🙄.The store is well lit, well stocked, clean and organized. The employees are friendly and pleasant making customers feel welcome . I should note that there is a Psp 10 minutes from my home but THIS store is like night and day different..and worth it to me to drive 30 minutes. I'm wagering manager Brian makes the difference ... Give that man a RAISE!

I only shop at pet supplies plus to buy the medium sized cat trees either for my cat, as a gift, or a donation. They are very sturdy, heavy duty, and last a life time. Worth the hefty price unlike everything else that is overpriced in the store.

Best staff! Well mainly the young assistant manager! Callie was her name. She helped me a lot. The store is really clean too. Everyone was ignoring me when I needed help, but she came and answered all my questions and knew a lot about the food I needed for my new dog! I'll definitely go here again if I need help.

The 1 and best mom and pops style pet store I've ever seen!! Awesome place to go for pet supplies, reasonable prices, everything you need and staff who actually care.... PLUS decorated homemade baked dog cookies / biscuits treats!!!! (That my dog loved by the way!!)

Employees are nice. They had the cat little we like to use made of recycled news paper. Also had a good selection of temptation treats in stock. Usually there are coupons floating around for this place. Love this place. The outside is beautiful.

I never felt bombarded with questions while browsing and this store has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The store is kept clean and I love taking my little papillon with me when it's time to get food (he loves picking out his seasonal toy).
