We have 2 dogs and they both love this pet store. The staff is so friendly and make the dogs feel special and welcome. The dogs know where the treats are behind the counter. they go behind the counter sit and wait for the cashier to give them one. Then they go check out the store. Not many places sell their food, but they carry all of the flavors of their food. The staff is amazing and are very knowledgeable about the foods and treats they sell. My puppies looked a little skinny and coats were dull when we brought them home. After a week of them eating the food suggested by the employees they have packed on weight and their coats are shiny, and they look and feel great. Thank you, Hollywood Feed.

I have always loved the small business feel of this store . Although it may be a chain -it does not at all have that energy. I am always greeted with a smile and a hello and if I need help I can find an associate easily . The person who helped me yesterday evenings was however, by far the most knowledgeable and friendly employee I have had the pleasure of shopping with yet. She also had a French Bulldog and had many recommendations for the “high maintenance” lifestyle as I call it . Digestive and skin allergy issues along with their stubborn, silly and defiant but adorable personalities are a lot to explain to someone who may not be familiar. I felt i was in the best hands last night with the girl who was helping me . It would be obvious to any shopper how much she truly loved her job and animals . I will continue to shop here instead of Chewy wherever possible because of the customer service and wide range of retail they maintain at Hollywood FeedThe z

Hailey spent a lot of time helping me find just the right dog chew for my picky dog who chews through everything. She recommended a Tibetan Dog Chew and he loves it! Hailey was extremely knowledgeable about all of the products and was very friendly. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately I do not remember the 2 female employees names however they were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. They explained all the current and upcoming deals in great detail. We have a new pup and still figuring out what she likes and they explained their return policy for treats and food. They price match any and all other competitors and donate open returns to a local shelter. Nothing is wasted! They even deliver! I definitely recommend this place and it is so close!

First time visiting the PetPeople store and I was very impressed. They recommended a good chew toy for my Lab puppy. I also enjoyed meeting Ranger, one of the managers dogs while shopping. Great Place. Hope to visit again soon.

Our favorite pet store! It’s always well stocked, very clean, and has high quality products. Every employee we’ve had an interaction with has been super friendly and helpful, especially Erikav! She took the time to help us find the perfect adult food to switch our puppy to and even helped size a life jacket and put it on him!

The store is pretty and clean, and it seems well organized and stocked. From what I can tell they only sell higher quality/premium goods, which is really nice to see. They have a small animal/aquatics section but it is very small, so I’d only recommend shopping here if you’re looking for something for your dog/cat.

I’ve been meaning to write a review about our local store for awhile. This is THE pet store to go to if you live in the Rochester or Rochester Hills area. You can tell right when you walk in (with or without your fur baby) that everyone working here has a true love for animals. Probably some of the friendliest retail staff you’ll run into and has more of a “local” vibe than the bigger super chain stores. Prices are competitive and inventory is up to par. They do sell the higher quality items but that’s what you should be giving your pet anyway. I’m never sure why people get upset if a store doesn’t have discount or low end pet food…would you only want to eat discount or low end food? Probably not. Lol. Give Pet People a try and you’ll definitely be back!

The staff at Pet People deserve at least 10 stars! They really know their stuff! The moment I walk in the store someone is always there to greet me and my Great Dane puppy Odin and ask us what we are looking for! I have gotten not only great products here but great advice as well!! They always go above and beyond here and I highly recommend everyone check them out!I would like to thank the staff so much for the quick service for the curbside pick up and home delivery during these crazy times! The staff has been so helpful and the service is so incredibly fast! You are all heroes to my fur babies! Thank you again for all of your hard work!

Staff is great and very helpful, especially Noah. He took the time to show me the different ingredients for my cats. If the items are too heavy or if I have a lot to carry they always offer to help take the items to my car. Store has high quality items which is exactly what I want.

Fantastic store. I am a new cat owner and was looking for specific types of food. I had the wet in mind and they had the brand and Noah, the gentleman who helped me, gave me some great recommendations to try. He was fantastic and very kind. I will be getting all of my kitty's food from here from now on because if the amazing customer service. Noah was a great help and I could tell he actually cared about my Eve.
