We came to the store at 9:30 PM. All fitting room are closed.!!! How could the clothing store have fitting room closed? Just close the whole store then and then when we ask for manager we’ve been waiting there for at least 10- 15 minutes and the manager doesn’t show up! got me thinking they did it intentionally so we leaveAnd then the cashier lies and say usually fitting room closes at 7 PM imagine the store closes 11 PM so 4 hrs the store open but no fitting room? Yah right!!

if I could give this store a zero I would. we went to the try on some clothes and the fitting room in the back was closed with a sign saying go to the fitting rooms in the front of the store. we went there light was on for it and the worker says they’re closed. when I said what time do you close she states at 11pm when it was 9:30 at the time. I said what time do the fitting rooms close? she mumbles out 7pm which doesn’t add up or make any sense. when my mother who is in a foot brace by the way asks to speak with the manager since none of what this worker was saying makes any sense, she gives the run around and supposedly called her. we waited for 20 minutes to speak to this unprofessional, so called ‘manager’ that never came out at all. we left everything behind and left. if you want to be lazy and not work stay at home. don’t waste everyone’s time and be ignorant and rude to top it off.

I wish they had more furniture. I think she’s the manager, or at least should be- sweetheart just like her other cashiers, tanned gorgeous lashes and good with recommendations. Store was flawless and I could find everything.

The Rochester store is very small as compared to the Sterling Heights store; not enough selection for me to find anything I wanted. Will have to try a larger one. Nice and clean and orderly though.As with all Burlington locations, they're extremely fragrant near the checkouts; if you have fragrance allergies, this will certainly trigger them. If you need to shop here, you'll want to bring a companion to check out for you.

I've always liked Burlington stores and always find great deals. Although sometimes the store is low on stock and a bit messy on this visit it was extremely clean and organized and there were lots of choices. I found a pair of Teva sandals for $15 which were priced at $75 on Amazon! I have, however, encountered a few snobby customers that said derogatory comments I won't repeat but suffice to say they should be at Somerset instead 😉 👍😏

My first time at this store. The store was very neat but I arrived at 8:30 as Google states they opened at 8 but the front sign states 9am. Needless to say I wasn't happy. The wait wasn't worth it for me. This location caters to clothing not much hard goods. The counters are short and merchandise made no rhyme or reason. Grouped odd. As I entered the manager I think said good morning and I said you need to get the website up dated for hours. She was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated that. Won't return though.

Needs to be organized better but is clean and employees are helpful and will get help if they don't know, much better than other places where people won't even look at you let alone go to get someone else to help you. I appreciated the help when I was there.

I have not shopped in a Burlington in over 10 years. This is a new location. Fabulous bargains. Products for the whole family. Store is clean and has decent lighting. Friendly staff. Parris was very helpful.

Large store with lots of brand name clothes and many other departments. Prices are very low. I think they have better deals than TJ maxx or Marshalls. I am shopping @ Burlington more often.
